Pixiebet is a brand new online gambling site to launch in the UK in late 2022. Players will find a legal, safe and licensed UK gambling site with 30+ sports, 1000's of betting markets and a user-friendly design.
New online sports betting sites are launching all the time in the UK, with Pixiebet now one of the freshest options to have emerged on the scene. But how can the site compare to its big rivals?
Owned and operated by an iGaming company called Vivaro Limited, Pixiebet is fully licensed and legal to use in the UK, so there are no safety concerns over betting on its sportsbook site.
Like a lot of the new online sportsbooks in the UK, Pixiebet combines sports betting with an online casino offering a range of games including live dealer tables for classics like blackjack.
With over 30,000 live betting events every month to pick from on the Pixiebet sports betting site, there is more than enough choice on offer for those who opt to sign up for an account here.
But UK sports fans who are considering joining Pixiebet are likely to have some questions about the site's customer service options, payment methods, odds value, company history and more.
Read on for our review of Pixiebet, one of the newest sports betting sites in the UK right now.
Pixiebet only launched in the UK recently, so it is one of the UK's newest online sports betting sites. With so much competition out there in a crowded market, it can be hard to stand out.
But the site has the advantage of coming out of the Vivaro Limited stable. This major iGaming company, which is based in the industry hotbed of Malta, runs a number of successful online casinos and sports betting sites in the UK. Pixiebet's top sister sites include the likes of VBET, Sportingwin and Sponsobet, some of which are likely to be familiar to sports fans in the UK.
Vivaro has also recently launched Xtremewin.co.uk, which is another new UK sports betting site that may be of interest to fans of football and other sports in the coming weeks and months too. As Vivaro is fully licensed and regulated by the Gambling Commission, with the company having been active in the online betting world for around a couple of decades, there are no concerns about whether or not Pixiebet is legal to use for online sports betting or casino games in the UK.
Pixiebet claims to offer 24/7 market-leading customer service, which is an area that a lot of new UK sports betting sites can struggle with, while it has plenty of top payment methods to use too. Visa, Mastercard, Skrill and Neteller are among the top leading options to add funds at Pixiebet.
The site also states that Pixiebet is committed to endorsing safer gambling, as well as promoting awareness of problem gambling. Pixiebet's website highlights the fact that the UK sports betting site is also focused on improving prevention, intervention and treatment as well. So what can customers expect if they sign up for an account on Pixiebet's UK sportsbook site?
New UK sports betting sites often live and die on the strength of their betting bonuses, so this feels like a natural place to start when assessing how Pixiebet compares to established sites.
New customers who join Pixiebet will be hoping to get a welcome bonus when they create an account here, but at the present time, there are no details about whether such an offer is on the table. Indeed, the sports betting promotions page was not functioning at all when we checked it out in the process of reviewing Pixiebet. With nothing seemingly on offer when it comes to major betting bonuses at Pixiebet, the new UK sports betting site will find it hard to attract customers.
Luckily, the Pixiebet sportsbook makes a better impression with a vast range of major markets. Football fans will find more than 1,500 different options, with leagues, cups and competitions from all over the world available to bet on. Football is clearly the top sport to bet on at Pixiebet, in line with a lot of the UK's biggest and best betting sites, but the sportsbook is also strong when it comes to other sports such as basketball, tennis and volleyball among others as well.
The list of sports available to bet on at Pixiebet covers everything from darts and water polo to the likes of futsal, floorball, biathlon and chess. The special bets section of the site also has other options such as a market for the BBC's Sports Personality of the Year award. There is also the chance to bet on some TV shows such as Strictly Come Dancing here as well, while people who are interested in politics can bet on the outcome of various elections here too.
In terms of individual match markets, Premier League fans will find around 400 different bets, which means there is a lot of choice for football fans looking to place wagers on the big game. Combos are offered but the site does not have a bet builder tool at the time of writing. This is something Pixiebet might need to offer down the line as bet builders are currently very popular.
Also missing is any live streaming, which is also the case for most new UK sports betting sites. However, with sports fans up and down the country used to being able to follow a variety of live sports through their betting account, it is worth pointing out that Pixiebet lacks this option right now.
The margins on the Pixiebet sportsbook are decent enough, but the site does not rank right at the top when it comes to value odds for most of the major sports that are available to bet on. Cash-out is offered on major in-play markets, but it is not always available for all sports here.
Esports betting has become a top trend in the industry over the last few years, so it is a tick in the box for Pixiebet that it has a decent enough selection in this increasingly important area. Among the esports covered on the Pixiebet sportsbook site are the likes of Dota 2, CS:GO, League of Legends, Overwatch, Rainbow Six, Rocket League and so on - with lots of choices.
Overall, Pixiebet has made a solid impression on its launch as one of the UK's newest online sports betting sites. However, the lack of live streaming counts against it and customers will be disappointed by the lack of sports betting bonuses, with no welcome offer even available here.
Customer support is an area where some new UK sportsbooks find it hard to compete with the bigger budgets of established betting sites. But Pixiebet has offered 24/7 support from the off. Live chat is the default way for users to get in touch with a betting site's customer service department these days and Pixiebet has ensured a live chat button is offered on every page.
English is the only language available for customer service at Pixiebet. This is unlikely to be a problem for most people signing up for an account at the new UK sports betting site, but major rivals in the industry often have multiple languages available for customer service these days.
A frequently asked questions page is also offered as part of customer service at Pixiebet. The site's FAQ covers areas such as lost login details and payment methods, as well as the limits for deposits, and minimum and maximum bets, so the FAQ section is a good place to start for users.
Pixiebet customers who cannot find an answer to their question in the FAQ and do not want to go for the live chat option can also choose to email the site at [email protected]. This is the same email address that should be used when sending identification documents to the site.
The list of Pixiebet payment methods is solid, with most of the top major deposit options offered by large sports betting sites in the UK also available to use here, including for withdrawals too.
Debit cards from Visa and MasterCard will be the default way for many to add new funds to their Pixiebet account. As with any other UK sports betting site, it is not possible to use a credit card to make a deposit at Pixiebet, following a major change to the law made a couple of years ago.
E-wallets such as Skrill and Neteller can also be used to make a deposit at Pixiebet too. E-wallets are a popular way to manage money online as they are quick and simple, with instant deposits backed up by them usually being the fastest way to withdraw winnings from accounts.
The minimum deposit amount is £5 or the currency equivalent on the Pixiebet sports betting site. This is a tick in the box as the minimum deposit at many UK online sportsbooks is set at £10. As the minimum bet is £0.10p on the Pixiebet sportsbook, it could be a very good choice for any sports fans in the UK who only have a limited amount of money to spend on their wagers.
Deposits and withdrawals are all free at Pixiebet for UK customers. However, the new sports betting site does highlight the fact its users should check if they want to go with an e-wallet as these will sometimes add a transaction fee or similar charge when they are used for gambling.
Pixiebet also points out that the site may ask for identification documents before it accepts any funds, while further identification is before approving the withdrawal of funds out of accounts as well.

Terrible. Missed my free bet by just a few hours and they refused to make any one time exception. Mickey mouse operation. They do not offer good customer service.
