Open the App and Tap on 'Join Now'
In order to use the app, you need to create an account on William Hill. To start the process, download and open the app, then tap the yellow ‘Join Now’ button in the top right corner of the screen.

Enter Your Personal Information
Once you have started the registration, the first thing you need to do is enter your personal information such as full name, telephone number, address and more. After doing so, tap the 'Continue' button.

Choose Your Account Details
In this step, you will be prompted to choose your account details, such as a username and password. You will be asked to decide your security question and answer, as well as selecting a deposit limit.
Here, you will also be able to enter the William Hill promo codes, which are ‘R30’ for the sports offer and ‘M50’ for the Casino offer.

Complete the Registration
The final step of the process is selecting your contact preferences, with two tick box options. After doing that and reading the T&Cs, tap the ‘Agree and Join’ button at the bottom of your screen, and the process will be finished.
William Hill App Sports Review
As is to be expected, the sportsbook is the main focus of the application, and William Hill boasts one of the most complete sportsbooks on the market. Not only is the range of sports extensive, but the actual variety in each sport is fantastic, with punters able to bet on the elite level down to some youth-level fixtures.
When loading into the app, you will be offered easy access to your favourite sports through a scrollable tab. For example, we like to place bets on football and horse Racing so these options are pushed to the main screen (see image). Easy access is also offered to the in-play markets, but this is something we will return to.
Searching for a specific market is very and the app deserves credit for this. Users simply have to tap the ‘Menu’ option in the bottom left-hand corner and click the ‘A-Z Sports’ option. Once this has been selected, your favoured sports (or most popular sports for new punters) will be highlighted at the top, but you can find whichever sport you are looking for by scrolling through the menu.
Betting on football on the William Hill app is a very nice experience, and there are several reasons for this. When entering the area, the app promotes a ‘Daily List’ which presents upcoming matches, whilst also providing ‘Coupon’ and ‘Top Bets’ areas.
In terms of the markets themselves, the available selections are presented excellently, and there is a large variety of different selections available, from team bets such as Corners, Results, and Goals. Additionally, there is a fantastic range of individual selections, such as Goalscorers, Cards, and Shots.
The app also offers a fantastic Bet Builder tool, and although you can only choose eight selections in your bet, you can find some fantastic value in this section. The weekly offer to double your odds is a fantastic incentive to create football bet builders on the William Hill app.
Taking a deeper look at Horse Racing, William Hill offers the standard Best Odds Guaranteed for UK and Irish races, while there are additional offers of extra places and enhanced odds. Furthermore, the interface to find different racecourses is brilliant.
On the William Hill app, it is also possible to watch certain races for free, as opposed to many bookies that always require you to have a bet on the race.
William Hill App Casino Review
Although the sportsbook is the clear focus, the casino section of the app is not too shabby. As with the sportsbook, the range of different casino options is vast and you can easily find classic slot as well as table games.

Customer Support on the William Hill App
Accessing William Hill’s Customer Support areas is very easy to do. Tap the ‘Menu’ option in the bottom left corner, scroll down to the bottom, and tap the ‘Contact Us/Help’ option.
Initially, you will be presented with a range of different topics, such as ‘Euro 2024’, ‘Betting Query’, and ‘Raise a Complaint’. However, you can also input your queries using the search bar at the top of the screen.
If you are still looking for answers after browsing the previously available FAQs, tap the ‘Contact Us’ option at the bottom of your screen, and you will be brought to a Chat area with an Assistance Bot that will aim to solve your problem, but you can request to speak to an agent.
Unfortunately, there are no options to contact William Hill outside of this, and there are no options to go to a website via the app to find a contact number, email address, or postal address.
Expert Opinion of the William Hill App
Navigating the app is very easy and this is further supported by the search option that can be accessed in the App’s main menu. Quick access is thus guaranteed for those who use the app, both for the sportsbook and the casino.
On the app, there is also a large range of markets and a quality interface which gives customers a nice overall experience. One cannot forget the various promotions offered to existing customers, as well as welcome offers when you sign up.
