How We Can Help

At BettingLounge, we provide everything from bookmaker reviews and withdrawal tests to the latest news and betting tips. This means that we have a fairly extensive team of writers, who all have been in the betting industry for quite some time.

In other words, it wouldn't be a brag for us to say that we know what we're talking about; it's just a matter of experience after going through betting journeys ourselves. We want to put that experience to use by answering any questions you might have.

Simply use the contact form below and we will get back to you as soon as possible, assigning the right team member to your query. For horse racing-related queries, for example, you want to get a response from Ben or Conlan, while Isak is your guy for corporate queries.

We also list previous questions asked below without any sensitive details, just so other punters who might have the same issue can be helped too.

Q (Shane): The one thing I'm looking for is a sports betting site that lets you deposit £1 only. I'm a horse racing fan but all sites seem to require a minimum deposit of £ 5. Can you suggest a decent site I can visit please?

A (Ben): Hi mate! There are some good ones out there for sure and we have them all listed on our £1 deposit betting sites page. AK Bets and StarSports are probably best if your main sport is horse racing, given their past as on-course bookies.

Q (Arnis): I'm on a 'mission' to find out if Swifty uses its own software or has signed any SaaS deals. Checking the UKGC website, it's clear to me that they don't have any white-label deals, as those would have been recorded there.

My question to you is: can you do any more detective work to find out whose SW is being used for Swifty? [along with Vickers Bet and TigerBet since they are all the same]

A: Hi Arnis! I checked with Swifty directly (not customer support, with the actual management) and they confirmed that the sportsbook/platform technology is actually their own.

They manage both Swifty Sports and Vickers Bet (platform + affiliate handling), while TigerBet merely uses the platform (but has its own affiliate stuff).

The platform, as such, is provided by the parent company Swifty Global (see here: https://www.swiftyglobal.com/). Hope that helps :)
