BetTom UK Review: Our Tests & Real User Ratings (2026)
BetTom is a new betting and casino site that launched in May 2025, using the EveryMatrix platform and sportsbook. It has quickly become very popular among UK punters, but why?
In this review, we put the site to the test by signing up, verifying our account, depositing real money, placing bets and withdrawing funds.

There is a lot to like about BetTom, despite its infancy. The fact that well-known figures are behind the site instantly gives you a sense of security, and it must be said that EveryMatrix (the sportsbook and casino provider) has done a good job with the overall product. No doubt, we will start seeing it on more UK sites.
The betting margins average of 5.29% is one of the big positives, no doubt, as punters can rest assured knowing the fees charged are fair. Furthermore, when we tested the withdrawal process, we received our money after just two minutes (!), which is a fantastic result.
As you would expect, however, there are a couple of things to fine-tune for BetTom. The bet builder could use some more markets, while the minimum deposit of £10 can be improved. Nevertheless, we were very impressed with how good the foundation of BetTom is.
About BetTom
Having enjoyed a lot of success as the manager of BetGoodwin, confirming it as one of the best bookies for horse racing, Paul Colley (now CEO of Bet Tom Ltd) and a few others decided that it was time to branch out with another option for UK punters. And so, BetTom came to life, hitting the market at the end of May after quite a long wait.
Just like BetGoodwin, 36Vegas, Octobet and a few others, BetTom uses EveryMatrix as the platform and sportsbook provider. As such, the product is of a very high level from the get-go and that is great to see. Exciting times are ahead for the bookie, in other words, and it remains to be seen if a very good brand can become even better.

By definition, BetTom is certainly one of the new betting sites in the UK. However, since experienced gambling executives are behind the operations, punters can rest assured about the legitimacy. BetTom also has a valid licence with the UKGC, of course, under the account number 64959.

Obviously, since BettTom launched at the end of May, there is no Trustpilot rating for us to look at. That being said, with a dedicated team and a very good platform, the rating will likely be rather high for a betting site.

Once again, as BetTom is such a new site, there hasn't been enough time for it to be fined by the UKGC (and it likely never will get a fine).

BetTom Deposit Methods
Considering it only launched recently, a limited list of payment methods wouldn't have been a surprise at all for deposits at BetTom. However, the initial methods on offer are quite good, even if not as good as what we tend to see on the best betting sites.
Customers are given the option, at least on iOS devices, to deposit with debit cards, Apple Pay or Trustly, which is a good starting point.
There is a £10 minimum deposit for debit cards, which is a little annoying, but certainly acceptable at this stage. That being said, other popular methods like Skrill or PayPal, which are both e-wallets, should ideally be made available in the future.

How to Deposit at BetTom
Below, we have put together a step-by-step guide for depositing funds into a BetTom betting account. Just to be clear, we did this on a mobile browser.

Following this, you will be taken to a new screen to enter your payment details. After doing this, you may need to verify your payment with your bank, though this can be done in seconds.
BetTom Withdrawal Methods
As expected, the list of options when withdrawing is not more fruitful. Instead, it goes the other way, with customers only being able to withdraw with methods they have already used to deposit.
Given that we had only deposited funds with a debit card, as seen in the test, this was the only option available to us when withdrawing just minutes later. However, this was not a bad thing, with the money reaching us surprisingly quickly.
Rather than it taking hours or days to reach us, the payment was in our account within two minutes - a staggering result. Admittedly, we had initially been confused when we did not have any pending withdrawals, however, this was due to the speed of the process, which is among the fastest that we have seen.

How to Withdraw Funds From BetTom

Withdrawing funds is not as simple, with there not being a main screen option. So, again, we head to the profile area via the icon. Then, tap the 'Withdraw' option to enter the relevant cashier.

Wait for the Money
In our test, the money was with us in less than two minutes, which is a fantastic result. Considering we used a Visa debit card, it will be down to the availability of Visa Direct, which speeds up payments. Nothing to complain about here, indeed.
BetTom Sportsbook Review
Moving on to the sportsbook, it is provided by the increasingly popular (and growing) EveryMatrix. In short, a very solid product is on display, with around 30 different sports offered as well as special markets (entertainment, politics and so on).
The football games, at least when looking at a competition like the Premier League, have a lot of markets for punters to choose from. The bet builder layout is also nice but it fails to rival the best bet builders for a key reason: player card markets are seemingly not offered. The feeling is that this can be fixed by the bookie, though.
As for horse racing, it takes centre stage on the homepage and a promotion banner for best odds guaranteed can be seen at the top. There are meetings from all over the world, with the UK and Ireland as well as the US as the top options, and BetTom also pays out first past the post.
Returning to sports with a two or three-way outcome for a second, the betting margins are very good as our test showed an average of 5.29%. This is up there with some of the best betting margin scores in the UK, so we can only commend BetTom (although as a new bookie, you need something to pull punters in, so it's logical).
Finally, as already mentioned, there are special markets on the site. Next James Bond odds, election outcome odds and more are offered by BetTom. All things considered, this makes the bookie a decent one for all punters, regardless of whether you prefer horse racing or e-sports for that matter (yes, that sport is also present).
The design is pretty okay, though some might view the colour scheme as a bit 'shouty', for lack of a better word. There are no doubt some things that BetTom will have to improve in the coming months as well, but some sharp edges were always expected for such a new bookie.
BetTom Mobile App
BetTom offers an app for iOS and Android users, meaning all bases are covered. That said, while the sample size is small, it hasn't had the best reception so far. The App Store rating sits below three stars, though the Google Play version is just short of an impressive four stars.
We found the app to be decent in our testing, or let us put it this way: it gets the job done and a little more. It saves you the trouble of opening the browser every time and it's just a more intuitive experience, which is never a bad thing.

Saw this listed as a new betting site and wanted to give it a go, mainly for the sign up offer 🤣 found it really good though, and use it regularly now

I think over a 6 week period I made 1500 pounds. During that period and to try and stop using theit site they disabled cash back on every market. They then restricted how much I can place on any bet and today they closed my email with the general statement "Following review of your account". Avoid people as they only take onosing customers.

Great new addition, but the site can be a bit hard to navigate sometimes.
An impressive amount of markets and odds but again, my only complaint is that it is not as user-friendly as the "big" sites.
