Start the Registration Process

How to Deposit on the Betway App

Head Over to the ‘Banking’ Section
After opening the app, select the ‘Banking’ area in the menu located at the bottom of the screen. From here, you will automatically be taken to the ‘Deposit’ section, where you can choose your payment method.

How to Withdraw on the Betway App

Now it's time to choose your withdrawal amount. There will be a pre-selected amount, or you can enter a custom amount. After choosing your withdrawal amount, check the tickbox about the ‘Terms and Conditions’.

Betway App Sports Review
The main focus of Betway’s app is its sportsbook, which is understandable given that the app is titled ‘Betway Sports'. And with more than 25 sports available on the app, it ranks highly for its versatility.
Finding a sport is easy to do. Simply tap the ‘Menu’ option in the top left corner of the home screen and use the scrollable ‘All Sports’ menu. Alternatively, if you know the event you would like to bet on, you can use the ‘Search’ tool in the middle of the home screen.
When entering the football section of the app, the ‘Top Leagues’ such as the Premier League are promoted for punters, as are sections such as the ‘Live Now’ and ‘Coupon’ categories, and this makes browsing fixtures very easy to do, at the range of level of the sports is fantastic.
The ‘Top Leagues’ may be promoted, but finding leagues such as the Bolivian Second Division is equally easy. To do so, tap the ‘All’ tab and scroll for the country/continent of the league/competition you would like to punt on.
There is one slight drawback, though. Compared to some of its football app competitors, the markets are not as broad, and the interface is not as enjoyable to use, which takes away slightly from the app. Creating bet builder bets follows this trend, unfortunately, and whilst they are easy to create, the lack of available markets is somewhat frustrating.
Browsing the horse racing fixtures is very simple to do, but again, the options are limited. When entering this section, you are immediately met with the next starting race, but you can find others by the other daily tabs, which show you all available fixtures. Similarly to the football markets, the offering is not as comprehensive, but Best Odds Guaranteed is always appreciated.
However, Betway are one of the few apps to offer markets for e-sports, as there are a range of different fixtures and several of them have live streaming.
Betway also offers a very intriguing ‘Feed’ area. In the main area of the app, tap the ‘Feed’ option in the bottom left corner of the app, then select your favourite sports, leagues, and even teams, and you can create a personalised feed.
Betway App Casino Review
Even if the app is called Betway Sports, the casino section of the app is still pretty good. Offering a fantastic range of different casino games, such as card games, table games and slot games, there is a range on the app which matches the sportsbook.
Accessing this casino is very simple. Once you have opened the app, tap one of the ‘Casino’, ‘Vegas’ or ‘Live Casino’ tabs, and from there, find the game you would like to try your luck with. Furthermore, Betway’s Casino allows a massive range of stakes, looking at the Roulette table, for example, there is a minimum bet of £0.25, all the way up to £1,000 per hand.
Customer Support on the Betway App
If you need to speak to customer support on the Betway app, simply tap the ‘Menu’ button in the top left corner, and then scroll to the ‘Help & Support’ tab, then select the ‘Help’ option. From here, you will, unfortunately, be taken to Betway’s website as opposed to a designated area of the app.
You will initially be met with a range of FAQs, or if you scroll down the menu you can find several options, from ‘Casino Promotions’ to ‘Sports Betting Rules’, each section will have its FAQs. However, if you wish to raise your query, you can do this too.
Return to the main FAQ page, scroll to the bottom before selecting the ‘I Have Another Query’ option and then tap ‘Yes’ when asked if you need further help, and you will be prompted to ‘Contact Us’. However, the only option for customers is live chat, which isn't necessarily bad but something to keep in mind.
Expert Opinion of the Betway App
Although the app is simple to use, there are some drawbacks due to this simplicity. In several areas, the markets do not share the quality of other bookmakers in the industry, and while some punters will prefer this over having many fancy features, it is still not the best sportsbook and casino option around.
