Appearance and Betting Markets
SportNation is a very sleek and simplistic looking website, it is easy to use with a clear and clean layout. The use of darker colours in the majority of the site makes it easy to highlight the areas you want to notice.
The scores are in a bright orange and teams in a clear white to make it both easy on the eyes and simple to navigate.
It may not have all the markets you are looking for, but it has a pretty extensive list. For that reason, we will solely focus on the football market. Right off the bat, though, it is worth mentioning that there are much better football bookies out there for punters.
At first glance it has all the big leagues in football, we are talking about the Premier League, Serie A, Bundesliga, etc. Of those "big" leagues, it has over 100 different markets to choose from, giving a real sense of depth and choice for placing your bets.
But it also has some of the more niche markets to bet on, whilst randomly selecting a league we clicked on the German Third Division. In that, they had over 60 different markets to choose from, which is quite impressive for a more niche league.
Live Betting and Streaming
It is the norm for all online bookies to have an in-play section, of course, SportNation is no different. We do have to say, it does feel a lot less clunky and easier to navigate than some of the bigger websites.
Again for the relatively new site, it is amazing how many different markets and leagues they offer. Like the rest of this site, the in-play section is fairly simplistic, but it's functional and has exactly what you need.
Sometimes you there can be too much clutter on the screen, which makes it difficult to place bets fast and correctly.
When betting in-play speed can be vital to your bet being successful, it also helps when it's clear and easy to make the correct selection, something we feel SportNation excel at.
In terms of free live streaming, we are yet to see any live games being streamed on their site, they have the usual looking map of the pitch. They also have an ordinary list of in-game stats below the map of the pitch, which can be useful if you like to bet on a statistic basis.
The teams are colour coded into either yellow or green with the team name and badge in the corners of the respective stats.

SportNation's betting app and mobile site are identical which is great for everyone. If you do not have access to an app compatible device, simply load their mobile betting site in your device’s browser.
SportNation takes its stunning design and applies it to their mobile betting platforms to great effect. It’s very easy to navigate and understand the mobile layout and has a clear focus on in-play betting on their homepage.

Their customer service is built into the app with live chat and email available from 12 o’clock until 10 pm. It would be great to see a 24/7 customer service but this is the same throughout their service not just the mobile betting platform.
Even though we are on their app, they advertise and link to downloading the app even though it’s already installed. It doesn’t affect functionality but, it is odd that their software doesn’t recognize this.
Overall, we believe the SportNation app is still in early development and has some issues that need working out. It can be slow at times but features everything you need for betting on the go. However, prompting you to install the SportNation app even though you are running the app is an issue.
Customer Service
Customer service is available via live chat on the website or an Email address, there is no telephone number.
If you live chat during the day typical response time is 3 minutes which is pretty good. The email address response time within 48 hours is also a very respectable time frame.
The only downside is the live chat is only available during the day 12 o'clock-10pm 7 days a week but it isn't much of a downside.
Also, we would like to see some sort of 24hr live chat service but again it's still a very respectable time frame.
SportNation Conclusion
Considering SportNation is less than two years old, it has made a lasting impression. Their generous welcome bonuses, promotions and new reward scheme are sure to impress both new and existing customers.
They boast the ability to attract and keep customers happy throughout their stay. It would be a welcome addition to have live game streaming and a 24/7 chat service, but overall it will certainly not disappoint you.

Worst of the worst.Cannot be be trusted once you are in profit. Please read all reviews and on Trustpilot before even thinking about joining them. Ive given these rats various types of proof of ID and still after almost 5 weeks they refuse to pay my balance.Theres many more people in the same position. DO NOT JOIN THEM.

Won 22.50 BUT THEY REFUSE TO RETURN THE MONEY TO MY NEW CARD AFTER LOSING MY OLD ONE. Won money with virgin and sky but was returned winnings to my new card in seconds with no problem. Keep well away.

Deposited 20 for 60 worth of free bets asked on live chat and sued said I hadnt qualified for the bonus even though I did it through the link please do not use these scammers they will take your money I wish I read the reviews first honestly and I would of saved my self the hassle with this scam company ( they also have lots of fake good reviews dont fall for it)

I only joined this place having closed all my other betting accounts and wanting to play a few slots and do some small stake accas. The slots were fairly bad with terrible naviagtion to find the ones I wanted. After winning a small amount twice on two acca bets they limit my lucky 31 to .02 stake which is below their minimum bet.It seems obvious they cant hold a large liability and just bottle it. Glad I dont have to bother verifying documents if they wont pay out.

AVOID THESE SCAMMERS AT ALL COSTS. They will happily let you deposit as much as possible until you day you win a tiny amount and then after claiming its for responsible gambling ask for proof of funds. After sending everything they ask showing clearly how you find the account all the verification it makes no difference they just decide they are keeping your money and not paying it. Truly awful customer services - took over a month to close my account and withdraw funds - almost two weeks to reply to an email in some cases. They will take big bets at times but when you attempt to withdraw the walls come up and youre dragged through delays for 30 days I know a colleague that has had a similar experience

What a Joke of a Betting SiteOpened an account - deposited 100 no problem got a bonus top up (great). Placed my bets and logged in and out of account a few times through the day. Football games all finish so try to log on as my bets have won Happy Days. Account has been blocked and need documents from me no worries fire them across and all has gone quite and account is still blocked.I am confused what is fraudulent about placing bets on English Football and using a debt card in your own name If you are worried about fraudulent accounts request all verification documents before you allow customer to deposit surely..... So a week before Christmas I have no winnings or my 100 I deposited - disgusting. Customer Service response was as helpful as a fork in the eye.To top it off I took a selfie with me holding the original documents to be sure I had not robbed some poor person like they technically have.Looks like this whole thing is quite common over the past month or so.Re-open my account and give me my money back.

I deposited 250 because that was the amount you need to deposit to get a welcome bonus then they told me im not eligble for bonuses. Literally no reason for this id not made a single bet. So i tried to withdraw my money and they said I need to turn it over (BET IT) before Im allowed to withdraw it. Literally stealing money.
