Grand Ivy has been in operation since 2016, initially launching as a casino. That remained the sole focus for about ten years, as a sportsbook was added to the site in early 2026.
Between these two dates, though, an app was launched on the iOS and Android app stores, with the earliest reviews being found around 2020. So, we believe it was launched around then.
Unfortunately, it is fair to say that the app has never been highly praised throughout the years, regardless of the app store. Indeed, across 64 reviews on both stores, an average score of 1.95 has been given.
People have complained about difficulties using the app, struggles with withdrawing funds and much more, which is certainly not the best.
However, we do have a caveat. Casinos are rarely reviewed positively, and with the addition of a sportsbook being recent, we can hope that the ratings will rise rather than fall further.
Grand Ivy does not use any bonus codes for their new customer offers, with both a sportsbook and casino sign-up bonuses available currently.

If you are looking to sign up on Grand Ivy through the app, you can follow our step-by-step guide on how to do so below:
Firstly, you will be asked to provide an email address and phone number to cover the communication bases. Then you need to create a username and password for your account.
Following this, your next step is to provide some personal details for your account. This is pretty standard, so enter your name, address and date of birth here.
Finally, you will be asked to set your deposit limits and confirm that you agree to Grand Ivy's T&Cs. A process that takes no longer than a couple of minutes.
Several positives can be stated about the Grand Ivy deposit and withdrawal processes, such as the number of methods available to customers in both cashiers.
For example, Visa, Mastercard and Revolut payments can be utilised, as can a few e-wallets. However, not being able to use PayPal - which is probably the biggest e-wallet - is a major flaw.
Furthermore, the other big negative is that payments come with a minimum amount of £20. Indeed, this stays in place for withdrawals too, which is beyond frustrating when you consider that the average UK minimum is £5.
Below, we have collected everything you need to know about deposits and withdrawals on the Grand Ivy app:

If you are new to the Grand Ivy app and would like some assistance with depositing funds, you can follow our step-by-step guide below:
Depositing is really simple, thanks to the dominant 'Deposit' button featured in the top bar of the app. Indeed, tapping this will instantly bring you to the cashier.
Following this, you will be shown a list of different payment options. As usual, we just chose to use a debit card, but there are plenty of others offered.
Once you have selected your method, the next step is to enter your payment information on the following page.
Finally, double-check you are depositing the amount that you'd like to and confirm your deposit. A very quick process.
If you are unsure about how to withdraw funds on the app, you can follow our step-by-step guide below for some assistance:
Heading to the withdrawal cashier is slightly different, as there is no glowing button saying 'Withdraw'. To find this area, tap the 'Menu' button, then 'My Account' when prompted. Finally, tap 'Withdraw'.
When you have entered the cashier, if this is your first withdrawal, you will be shown the method(s) you have previously used to deposit. So, select the option you want to use.
Finally, type the amount you want to withdraw and enter your password. Then, wait for your funds. In our test, we were not left sitting around, as the funds were back in our bank account 12 minutes later.
When you open up the Grand Ivy app, you are met with the sports area, which was admittedly a bit of a surprise given the site's focus since launching. On the other hand, why not push the new section?
At the top of the screen, popular sports are shown, alongside an 'All Sports' icon, which displays a drop-down menu of nearly 30 sports available to be bet on. Not to mention the e-sports, specials and virtuals sections.
We found navigation to be pretty easy between the sections, which is always a positive, especially on a mobile app. It felt like the space was well utilised too, which it may not always do online.
In terms of actually placing a bet, the interface remained smooth and it felt better organised. Indeed, this meant that we could scroll markets a little more easily, with everything in one section, rather than being spread about.
Betting on racing was also pretty solid, we found, with the different fixtures laid out well. Being able to look back on the results of previous races was also a positive, it has to be said.
However, there were a few flaws. Firstly, a lack of streaming gives it a pretty big cross, as does the lack of a radio or something similar.
Overall, the experience was fine; it would be difficult to give it heaps more praise than that. We would be lying if we said that there aren't any better betting apps out there, but Grand Ivy does a decent enough job of presenting its new sportsbook.
The casino should be the main port of call on the app, really, considering it began as a casino as opposed to a sports bookie. However, this section felt a little slower from the get-go.
Indeed, navigating between the standard and live casinos felt a little awkward at times and this is never a good sign.
Additionally, the interface was immediately a bit of a letdown, with no really clear sections displayed, which is a bit of an annoyance. 'Slot games' is not exactly narrowing anything down, really.
With that said, the option to search for a game or provider is certainly handy and helps speed up the process. Even still, though, this section is pretty difficult to navigate.
There are more than 110 live casino games at least, for anyone considering downloading the app for these purposes. So, it's certainly not the worst option in the world. Again, though, we are left feeling a bit underwhelmed by the whole experience, which is never ideal...
Customer support at Grand Ivy is pretty flawed overall and the app, unfortunately, follows that trend.
The FAQ 'section' - using that term lightly - is just one question about resetting your password. Then, the 'Help Centre' takes you to a more versatile FAQ area, but it is outside the app.
Alternatively, you can then join a live chat or email Grand Ivy, with the latter taking you out of the app. With regard to the live chat, we waited for quite a few minutes before we were connected with someone, which is not ideal.

It's difficult to assess the Grand Ivy app because most of what you need is there, which is obviously good. On the other hand, it has all the makings to be a pretty decent 'all-in-one' option, but it falls short when you consider all aspects.
The sportsbook and casino areas are pretty solid, but there are enough frustrations that make both sections forgettable, for lack of a better way of putting it.
Is it an alright option? Yeah. Can you find better? Easily. Perhaps comparing it to others is unfair, but when you are thinking of using Grand Ivy instead of another option, you'd find it tough to pick this one consistently...
