Grand Ivy Review (2026): Our UK Tests & Real Player Ratings

UKGC Licence (52894) See Licence

Since 2016, Grand Ivy has been available for casino players in the UK. However, in the spring of 2026, a sportsbook was added to broaden the site's horizons.

In this review, we put the site to the test by signing up, verifying our account, depositing real money, placing bets and withdrawing funds.

Our unique BL Score also combines real user tests from Trustpilot, app stores and the editorial team to give a full, honest look at Grand Ivy.

Grand Ivy is certainly not the worst option on the market; there is plenty of good to it. Indeed, it offers a solid sportsbook and casino, which is what you really want.

The promotions, from sign-up to current customer offers, are pretty good and the betting margins being 6% is solid for punters and players alike. Additionally, the withdrawal speed (12 minutes, in our test) is a massive draw.

However, navigating the site was sometimes a little frustrating and the minimum deposit/withdrawal amount being set at £20 is a little extortionate. Not a bad site, but certainly not one of the best.

About Grand Ivy

Grand Ivy, for the majority of its lifetime, has been a casino site. Operated by White Hat Gaming and owned by Casimba Gaming, its roots are very much in the Vegas sphere rather than being associated with sports betting.

Despite this, the brand decided to branch out by launching a sportsbook in 2026, which grabbed our attention. White Hat Gaming is never really associated with these platforms, and not here either we suppose, as an agreement was struck with Altenar for the sportsbook platform.

That said, has it been a successful addition and does the inclusion of the sportsbook benefit the brand? Well, that's what we wanted to see. In this review, we look at the sports and casino products, as well as the overall experience.

Is Grand Ivy Legit and Safe?

🔒 Grand Ivy UKGC License: 52894

Finding the actual owner of Grand Ivy is quite a challenge. There is nothing said about its ownership on the website or app and there are mixed reports online. However, we know that the brand is owned by Casimba Gaming and operated by White Hat Gaming.

The latter is a well-known casino operator in the UK and there are more than 40 brands listed on its UKGC license (account number 52894). In other words, Grand Ivy and White Hat's other sites are legit and safe, thanks to holding the license and the constant regulatory checks.

📊 Grand Ivy Trustpilot Rating: 1.6/5

There have been more than 300 Trustpilot reviews for Grand Ivy Casino and they are not so positive. Indeed, the site has a 1.6 rating, with an overwhelming amount of 1-star reviews.

It is somewhat expected, though. Casino sites never perform well in reviews, with people flocking to speak negatively after losing money. So, this is why we do not completely base our ratings on this metric.

Instead, we prefer an unbiased approach, which offers a more honest opinion on whether you should try the site.

💰 Has Grand Ivy Ever Been Fined?

40 different sites are operated by White Hat Gaming, but there have never been any fines given to Grand Ivy or any of its sister sites. Of course, this should be the norm.

However, we regularly see that this is not the case. Operating 40 sites with a clean bill of health is impressive, though!

Grand Ivy Deposit Methods

As is the case with the majority of Casimba Gaming's brands, the payment methods offered by Grand Ivy are pretty vast. From debit card payments to e-wallets to bank transfers, there is something for everything, which deserves a lot of praise.

However, this comes with the drawback of a £20 minimum deposit amount, which is ridiculously high. Especially when you consider that there is a plethora of £5 bookies these days, while some even go even lower than that. Below, we have collected everything you need to know about deposits at Grand Ivy.

How to Deposit at Grand Ivy

Below, we have put together a step-by-step guide for adding funds to a Grand Ivy account.

  • 1

    Head to the Cashier Area

Depositing is really simple, thanks to the dominant 'Deposit' button featured in the top bar of the app. Indeed, tapping this will instantly bring you to the cashier.

    Choose the Payment Method

Following this, you will be shown a list of different payment options. As usual, we just chose to use a debit card, but there are plenty of others offered.

  • 3

    Enter Payment Details and Amount

Once you have selected your method, the next step is to enter your payment information on the following page.

    Finalise the Deposit

Finally, double-check you are depositing the amount that you'd like to and confirm your deposit. A very quick process.

Grand Ivy Withdrawal Methods

The list of options when withdrawing funds is the same as for deposits, just like the terms that come with each of them. Of course, due to the UKGC regulations, you will need to withdraw to the method you used for deposits anyway, so a great selection does not matter as much.

Therefore, it is also good that Grand Ivy (and in turn Casimba Gaming) has put some focus on speed. In our test, we received our £20 withdrawal in just 12 minutes, which is a really solid result. Below, we have collected everything you need to know about withdrawals at Grand Ivy.

How to Withdraw Funds From Grand Ivy

If you are new to Grand Ivy, or perhaps want to see the withdrawal process before signing up, you can take a look at our step-by-step guide below:

  • 1

    Go to the Withdrawal Cashier

Heading to the withdrawal cashier is slightly different, as there is no glowing button saying 'Withdraw'. To find this area, tap the 'Menu' button, then 'My Account' when prompted. Finally, tap 'Withdraw'.

    Confirm the Withdrawal Method

When you have entered the cashier, if this is your first withdrawal, you will be shown the method(s) you have previously used to deposit. So, select the option you want to use.

Withdraw and Wait For Your Money

Finally, type the amount you want to withdraw and enter your password. Then, wait for your funds. In our test, we were not left sitting around, as the funds were back in our bank account 12 minutes later.

Grand Ivy Sportsbook Review

When loading the Grand Ivy site, you are welcomed by the casino. It is no secret that this is a casino-first brand, but the branch out to include a sportsbook is of interest.

With more than 25 different sports on offer, as well as a 'Specials' section for sports, music, politics and awards, there is plenty available for punters to place bets on.

Grand Ivy Sport

It is also worth referencing the e-sports area, which is particularly vast. With more than 200 fixtures across a range of games like Dota 2, Valorant and CounterStrike, there is more than enough going on at one time.

The football offering is pretty solid, with leagues across a number of different levels. From the elites like the Premier League to the Estonian divisions, there is a lot to dig into.

In terms of game markets, there are plenty of options to support the Bet Builder tool, which is available on the majority of games. Of course, the player-specific markets are more readily available on elite fixtures, but this is the case with all the top football bookmakers.

Grand Ivy Football

When it comes to racing, there is a little bit left to be desired, but this is typically the case with Altenar. Indeed, there are no antepost markets available and the lack of live streaming options is a little poor, so there are better horse racing options out there.

Nevertheless, with fixtures from UK, Irish and international racecourses available, you will have plenty of choices when placing a bet.

From a general perspective, with average betting margins around the 6% mark, you are sure to be getting a decent bit of value across the board. However, navigating different sports is a bit difficult.

Rather than heading into a 'football' section, for example, you are forced to navigate the area through the sidebar. It isn't the greatest experience, admittedly.

Grand Ivy Casino Review

Given that Grand Ivy started out as a casino brand, you would expect this to be the more advanced area of the site. This is fueled by the fact that the casino is operated by White Hat Gaming.

In other words, you could say that this is more of an in-house product, rather than being outsourced like the sportsbook. As a result, they are in full control of how the site looks, feels and works.

Grand Ivy Casino

Looking at the game library, there are more than 3,000 different options for customers and navigating them is incredibly easy. With a number of different categories, you can specify what type of game you'd like to play. Alternatively, you can use the search bar to find a specific slot or provider.

So, whether you want to play a game from the 'Big Bass' series from Pragmatic Play or a new release from Hacksaw Gaming, you can do so with ease.

When it comes to the 'Live Casino', the offering is not as vast, understandably. Nevertheless, there are still more than 100 different game shows and traditional table games offered.

Grand Ivy Casino Search

Again, navigation is easy, as is finding the different types of games. All in all, it is a pretty impressive casino section even if the catalogue is slightly limited compared to the industry giants.

Grand Ivy App

It is not really a surprise to see Grand Ivy offering a mobile app for iOS and Android. However, the ratings tell a story and it is not necessarily a good one.

With a combined 58 reviews, the app has an average rating of 1.75 stars, largely influenced by its 1-star rating on the iOS App Store.

The review feels overly emotive, with references to being 'scammed'. So, this is probably not the best review of the app itself.

Nevertheless, from our usage - looking solely at the app and its usability - we would give the Grand Ivy app a 3/5 rating. One star may be a little harsh, but it is far from being the best sports betting app available.

Grand Ivy Customer Support

When it comes to customer support from Grand Ivy, there are certainly a few flaws that can be identified. Firstly, the FAQ section is extremely limited with very few general questions. Instead, it is mainly about your account and setting one up.

With that said, 24/7 support is offered via live chat, but an email is also available for those who do not want to wait to be connected with someone.

Grand Ivy Support

We put the live chat to the test and it took from 9:19 to 9:33 to be connected with someone on a midweek morning. Far from ideal, especially not at peak time...

Saying that, when we'd actually connected to an advisor, our issue was resolved quite quickly - good customer service, just with poor waiting times.
