Unibet is one of the largest and most popular online gambling companies in the world, and its UK operation is no exception. Unibet UK offers a wide range of sports betting markets, competitive odds, and generous promotions. It also has a strong focus on customer service, with a team of experienced and knowledgeable staff on hand to help with any queries you may have.
In this review, we will take a closer look at everything that Unibet UK has to offer, from its sports betting markets to its customer service. We will also highlight some of the pros and cons of using Unibet so that you can make an informed decision about whether it is the right bookmaker for you.
Unibet has been in the sportsbook game since 1997 (founder Anders Ström) starting in the Scandinavian market.
The site supports fair gaming and has implemented excellent security measures for keeping personal data safe.
They have made sure that there is something that will appeal to the majority of sports betting enthusiasts. If you are into checking statistics, you won't have to go any further than this site.
Also, be sure to take advantage of the Unibet sports sign up offer for UK customers worth £50! We have put together a simple guide for how to claim and use Unibet's sports bonus.
Unibet has a solid selection of promotions and rewards available, at the time of reviewing there is:
Money-Back as a Free Bet if VAR is used- This is only for UK customers and English domestic matches such as the FA Cup Final. (T&C's Apply 18+)
Win a Share of £1000 with two Weekly Freerolls- Place a bet of at least £10 between Tuesday and Thursday to get a ticket. Also between Friday and Monday for another ticket. (T&C's Apply 18+)
In-Play Free Bet Club- Place five £10 or more in-play bets at odds of 2.00 or greater a week on either Football, Cricket, Tennis or Darts. (Between Monday and Sunday) To receive a free £10 bet. (T&C's Apply 18+)
Unibet's 90+ Cashback- Get a refund from £5 to £30 on all losing Correct Score, Halftime/Fulltime, First Goalscorer, and Last Goalscorer. If a goal is scored after the 90th minute. (T&C's Apply 18+)
At first glance, you see various promotions and special offers. Combined with a handy search tab just below and various other in-play or recommended events.
In the same fashion as many other competitors, Unibet has the Sports list down the left-hand side of the page.
But only down the left, some have a horizontal bar filled with tabs of selected sports. Instead, Unibet has chosen to fill those tabs with an Inplay link, Racing, News, Sponsors, and a betting guide.
Although it does seem to take longer to find the desired sport, as well as it is in a fairly small font size.
If the small font is of no issue, the navigation throughout Unibet is smooth and simple. Also, the colour scheme is effective at being easy to read and quick to understand.
Unibet may not be the largest Sportsbook in terms of customers, but it sure does have a wide range of sports and markets rivalling some of the biggest betting sites in the UK. Indeed it has one of the most impressive lists of sports and markets available.
From the popular markets such as football, tennis, etc to obscure sports like pesapello, sumo, chess and many more. Not only does it have almost all the sports you could want to bet on, but the markets in these sports are also extremely dense.
In football alone, there are over 47,000 different markets to choose from. In fact, at the time of reviewing the Europa League Final has over 570 different markets to bet on.
When the industry average sits in the below 200 range it is wildly impressive to have such depth in betting choice.
Even in the smaller sports/competitions, you have a wonderful amount of betting options available. Going back to their motto of "By Players for Players." It is so clear whilst looking at the variety of choices in these betting markets.
Overall, if you want a huge depth and a variety of sports and markets. Unibet provides a one-stop shop for all your betting needs.
At first glance, the live betting page could be a lot easier to understand. There is no clear organisation for live games, such as a subheading stating the competition.
Instead, the country and competition are below the game in a smaller font. It seems to be some kind of alphabetical order, however, the two games at the top were not.
They were belonging to Italy and Germany so maybe the "Bigger" countries appear at the top with the smaller leagues following in alphabetical order. The layout could easily improve for fasting reading and bet selection.
On the left, you have all the different markets and odds available to bet on. Combined with the usual infographic on the right. With this in mind, Unibet truly leads the way with pregame statistics.
In the pregame statistics page, you can see more stats than any other competitor. Even the smaller leagues and games have this feature which is unique and a huge positive for Unibet.
Unibet are leading from the front when it comes to their live-streaming. After all, they claim to have hundreds of streams available every month.
To access the live feed is free, you just need to log in and have money in your account or a bet within the past 24 hours.
If you use either the mobile site or betting apps depending on your device's compatibility. If you do choose the app, there are two, one for their sportsbook and one for their casino.
Both platforms are user-friendly and have great designs, and, there are plenty of quick links to popular sports or events for fast bet selection too. All the sports and events can be found easily in their A-Z sports tab at the bottom of the page.
You can also bet and watch UnibetTV for free live streams on select events. As well as their cash out feature and promotions. But, the promotions, live scores, statistics and customer support are all external links from the app.
In brief, Unibet has an awesome mobile platform. You get access to their live streaming and great market depth in a clean and functional design. But, their customer service, live scores, stats, and promotions should all be built into the app.
Unibet has a world-class customer service with several different methods of communication. Firstly, on the right-hand side of the site, you can find the "Help" tab. Then you can click on the "Contact Us" tab bringing you to the FAQ's page.
In conclusion, Unibet is a solid sportsbook capable of pleasing both the average and high stakes gambler. Firstly, the market and sports depth are second to none, offering huge diversity when searching for the desired bet.
Secondly, the live feed from Unibet TV is an incredible feature with hundreds of games a month, adding a whole new dimension to live betting.
Lastly, with the world-class customer service running 24/7 seven days a week. You will never struggle to resolve whatever issue's you may face. Overall, we recommend Unibet as a safe, diverse and fun sportsbook worthy of your time.

Unibet has been asking different verifications over 4 months. Since 28th of December 2019. I have provided them all they asked for. Copies of IDs and utility bills. They kept asking me to provide more documents which I always did. For example screenshot of a money transfer (twice) picture where I am holding ID in my hand next to my face. With 2 different IDs Then another statement which has came to my home address via local post service. And finally I had to order official proof off address with stamp and signed by Finnish authorities. They keep stalling cancelled my withdrawal attempts. Account is now frozen and I have not got any explanation why. This is worst behaviour I could ever imagine from the bookmaker. DO NOT PLAY THERE EVER
