BetFusion is a white-label sportsbook that is registered with the UKGC under Anakatech Interactive Limited. It hasn't always been that way, though, as BetFusion was initially under AG Communications Limited before it was forced to switch in 2026.
In this review, we put the site to the test by signing up, verifying our account, depositing real money, placing bets and withdrawing funds.
Our unique BL Score also combines real user tests from Trustpilot, app stores and the editorial team to give a full, honest look at BetFusion.

BetFusion have opted to make a bold (albeit forced) change to its structure by relaunching their platform alongside the guidance of Anakatech Interactive Limited (UKGC: 48789), and it does a pretty solid job.
It improves on the AG Communications version of the site in many areas, but has reduced its offering in others, with the payment options being chopped down from what was a vast array previously one of the standouts.
On the flip side, the responsible gambling controls have been enhanced, whilst the sportsbook and casino have seen adjustments but, ultimately, wash through in a similar place; that's one that is marginally above average on both fronts.
Owned by DirectBE Ltd (09706823), BetFusion only entered the betting scene in late 2024 when it launched with the support of the now-former operator AG Communications Limited.
Less than two years later, though, the DirectBE hierarchy decided to pivot into an agreement with Anakatech Interactive Limited.
Anakatech have been in the UK market since November 2017 and boasts 10 domains under its umbrella, including names like LuckyMate, Winomania and, on a white label basis, operates BetNero and 7bet amongst others.
Perhaps most notable for BetFusion customers, though, is the impact they will see on the sportsbook. It will be powered by Altenar.
BetFusion is licensed and regulated for UK markets courtesy of their partnership with Anakatech Interactive Limited (UKGC: 48789).
Anakatech oversees 10 different domains, giving it a good experience of the challenges the industry can pose. That, together with licence conditions being met, means that BetFusion is in safe hands as a safe and legitimate bookmaker.
Generally speaking, we always include a summary of the Trustpilot rating and common themes in our bookmaker reviews. That way, you don’t just have to take our word as gospel.
Unfortunately, with BetFusion going through significant changes, there is no reliable record of them on the Trustpilot platform.
You can take a broad view across the wider Anakatech platforms, though, which can provide some insights. Winomania scores 2.4 out of 5.00, with LuckyMate being awarded 2.0. Those ratings aren't amazing but context is everything; a big-name brand like Ladbrokes only scores 1.2 from 5.00.
With BetFusion only entering the market in 2024, it’s perhaps unsurprising that they have not had any regulatory action taken against them.
Anakatech Interactive, however, has a longer history having launched in 2017. There is more good news here, with Anakatech also boasting a clean bill of health.
One of the big benefits AG Communications gave to BetFusion was a host of payment methods. Now, under Anakatech, the payment options are fewer.
With that being said, you still have a decent range of banking methods to pick from. There are four options - Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Instant Bank Transfer - that all offer a deposit range between £10 and £5,000.
You can find bookmakers with lower deposit minimums, admittedly, but are plenty who ask for more too.
Finally, it is worth stressing that we have also conducted a detailed deposit test using a Visa with our funds available immediately.
| Payment Method | Min Deposit | Max Deposit | Deposit Fee | Processing Time | Triggers Bonus |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Visa | £10 | Not specified | No fee | Instant | |
Mastercard | £10 | Not specified | No fee | Instant | |
| Apple Pay | £10 | Not specified | No fee | Instant | |
Instant Bank Transfer | £10 | Not specified | No fee | Instant |
Depositing funds with BetFusion is an easy process. You can follow our step-by-step process below:
After registering for an account, ensure you are logged in and navigate to the cashier by clicking on the "£" icon in the site header. From the pop-up window, hit "Deposit".
On hitting the "Deposit" button, you will be moved to a new screen that lists a range of payment methods available for selection.
Simply select the payment method of your choosing.
At the top of the deposit page, you will see a row of buttons that you can pick from to define your desired deposit amount, whilst an "Other" box exists to create a bespoke deposit amount.
Beneath this, you will be asked to enter your payment details, before needing to tick a button to show you "understand" how your funds are handled.
Click "Deposit".
The withdrawal options available at BetFusion are solid but, as is generally the case, your option to withdraw funds will be limited by what methods you have used to deposit.
The terms are the same for each method, with the difference that a maximum amount is actually provided by the bookie here: £5,000. The minimum, as we said with deposits, can be lowered but it is considered standard right now (i.e. not a priority).
We always test the deposit and withdrawal processes. Visa was our chosen deposit method this time, and our withdrawal took under six hours to land back in our bank account. Not terrible, but not great either compared to the fastest bookies.
| Payment Method | Min Withdrawal | Max Withdrawal | Withdrawal Fee | Withdrawal Time |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Visa | £10 | £5,000 | No fee | 6 hours in our test |
Mastercard | £10 | £5,000 | No fee | Up to 5 days |
| Apple Pay | £10 | £5,000 | No fee | Up to 5 days |
Instant Bank Transfer | £10 | £5,000 | No fee | Up to 5 days |
The BetFusion withdrawal process is a simple one. If, however, you need a helping hand, you can follow it through with our step-by-step withdrawal process below:
When logged into your BetFusion account, click on the account icon in the top right corner.
From the menu, click on the "Withdrawal" button.
You will be presented with a list of available withdrawal methods, which are limited to methods you have used to deposit previously. Click the banking option of your choice.
You will see a simple screen featuring an "Amount" box. Enter your desired withdrawal amount and click on the yellow "Withdraw" button.
There is a good range of sports covered on the BetFusion sportsbook, with no fewer than 33 different sports available to wager on. That includes a number of eSports, horse racing and football.
Before we get to the ins and outs of those sports, however, we should touch on the structure of the smartly designed sportsbook. There are three navigation layers that dominate the top half of the screen, in conjunction with a targeted panel of top events.
The first layer enables navigation between the sports home page, live sports and your betting history. Beneath that you have a narrow ribbon that details high-level sports categories, such as "Racing" and "Virtuals", and, finally, the more standard scrollbar that allows you to explore different sports.
Right, with the comprehensive navigation noted, let's circle back to the sports themselves. Horse racing and football are the big two and both offer event coverage that spans around the globe. They also benefit from live streaming as well, albeit only on selected race meets and matches. Regardless, that is a nice touch.
As for market depths, these vary by each sport you delve into but they offer more than just token markets. A World Cup football fixture, for example, boasts around 200 markets. Each of those markets is clearly laid out on the site too, whilst you have personalisation options inside events. You can toggle between sliders and table layouts for a lot of markets.
The BetFusion casino has had an overhaul and it looks really smart. The colour scheme makes for a smart feel, with green trim and a solid black background that means the game graphics pop nicely.
You have a text search function and basic filter at the top of the game lobby, sitting just above a smart-looking, 14-option navigation bar running horizontally across the page that enables targeting of specific casino game types.
From there you then drop into the game lobby itself, which features around 1,800 titles. Here you've got well-sized game tiles, featuring curved edges and each tile is accompanied by the name of the provider too. There are some big-name providers to consider as well with Hacksaw, PlayNGo and Pragmatic Play among the most notable.
It would be amiss of us not to mention the standalone live casino as well, which whilst separate does match in style and substance.
Right now, as of June 2026, you will find a BetFusion mobile app on the App Store. It does not work. Our understanding is that whilst an app is available to download, it is underpinned by the "old regime".
Under Anakatech, there is no mobile app. Thankfully, there is a mobile-friendly browser version that enables you to enjoy a decent "on the go" experience.
It is probably fair to say that there are pros and cons to BetFusion's decision to move across to partner with Anakatech. The responsible gambling improvement is an almighty positive.
There are elements of it flowed through the registration process but the main "win" comes in your account section. You will find a dedicated "Responsible Gaming" area. Within this, the below options exist:
You can drill into this section and configure a host of controls to run over your account, all from one screen. It would literally take just seconds to get set up.
The only slight downside to this is that whilst the tools live in your account, the explanation of what each tool is and the broader "what is responsible gaming" lives elsewhere. It is still easy to access but forms part of the main menu - not the account section.
The most annoying aspect of the BetFusion customer support is finding the relevant section on the site; it is accessed in the site footer under the "BetFusion" collapsed button. Here you will find a "Contact Us" button.
Your method of contacting BetFusion is three-fold. You can submit an online form, send a direct email or, most popular, raise a message in the live chat. The chat operates seven days a week, but not for 24 hours; instead it runs from 8 until 11 each weekday and 10 until 10 on weekends.
24/7 live chat functionality would have been fantastic but you still have the vast majority of a day covered and, importantly, under the same footer header, you will also find a FAQ document. It isn't the most comprehensive but there is still value to consider exploring any issues there, as a first port of call.
