There is a big week of football ahead as I look to find the best value in selected Tuesday fixtures.
Norwich City's playoff hopes look all but gone after their 2-1 defeat away to Plymouth on Saturday. The Canaries are now eight points adrift from the top 6 after winning just one of their previous four matches.
Sunderland cemented their place in the playoffs (5/2 for promotion) and kept their faint automatic promotion chances alive after a brilliant 1-0 away at playoff-chasing West Brom on Saturday. Four wins in their last six, including two away from home, have given them plenty of hope for a result here tonight.
Norwich are usually so reliable at Carrow Road but they've looked vulnerable this season especially lately as they've lost two of their last six here. They do score goals though and have netted in 12 of their last 13 home league matches.
Sunderland have won 9 games away from home this season which is the 4th best in the league and have also won three of their last four matches against Norwich.
Blackburn are completely out of form at the moment and haven't won any of their previous seven league matches, including five losses on the trot. Their playoff hopes have been dashed due to their recent form and are now 8 points behind Bristol City in 6th.
Sheffield Wednesday have been fantastic on their travels with seven of their last nine wins being away from home. They come to Ewood Park safe for another season in the Championship and have a small chance of reaching the playoffs.
The Owls have scored in their last 7 away league matches against Blackburn and are unbeaten in 4 of their last 5 league meetings against the home side.
Bristol City can take a huge step towards solidifying their playoff position by beating fellow playoff chasers West Brom tonight at Ashton Gate. The Robins are unbeaten in 11 of their last 12 home matches and have the fifth-best home record in the Championship this season.
West Brom suffered a disappointing home defeat 1-0 to Sunderland on Saturday and have now lost their last two league matches. Their away from doesn't look great either and have failed to win any of their previous 12 Championship matches away from home.
A home win looks most likely here and it looks fantastic value, especially with how poor The Baggies have been on the road.

Derby have given themselves a great chance of Championship survival after winning four matches on the trot before losing on Saturday 1-0 at Swansea. The Rams have failed to win any of their last 9 league matches against Burnley and look set to be outclassed by the away side.
Burnley are top of the Championship (17/10 to win outright) and eyeing promotion back to the Premier League. They're currently on a 27-match unbeaten run in the league and have conceded just 12 goals in 40 matches this season.
Derby have lost eight games at home this season whilst Burnley have the best away record in the league with 12 wins from 20 on the road.
Bolton are hanging onto their Playoff position after a run of three consecutive defeats but two wins in two over the last week has given them home to push on for 3 wins on the spin.
Rotherham have won their last two matches in the league but they've struggled for consistency this season and had won just twice in their previous 12 before that.
The Millers have won just four matches away from home this season and look likely to succumb to an 11th defeat on the road in League One.

Peterborough suffered a disappointing 4-0 home defeat to Northampton on Saturday but have eased their relegation concerns after one defeat in ten matches before last weekend. Just eight wins at home all season has led to a disappointing campaign for The Posh.
Birmingham remains 11 points clear at the top of the table and have two games in hand on 2nd place Wrexham. The Blues look set for an immediate return to the Championship after losing just three matches all season.
Birmingham have started leaking goals lately and have conceded in each of their last five matches. Peterborough have scored in six of their last eight matches and should be competitive tonight but the high-flying Blues look a cut above the rest of League One and are the pick in this one.
