Fafabet is a new online gambling site using the FSB Tech platform and offers a comprehensive gambling product with 30+ sports, hundreds of betting markets, and thousands of casino games.
New UK sports betting site Fafabet is aiming to make a splash in a highly competitive field.
With so many different online bookmakers in the UK these days, Fafabet has its work cut out but the site has made a promising start since it was released on to the marketplace recently.
Owned and operated by the iGaming company TaichiTech Limited, Fafabet has all the licenses required to reassure all customers from the UK that it is a safe place to go for online betting.
Mobile users can also download the Fafabet iOS onto their devices from the App Store, but unfortunately, there is not yet an Android app available from this new UK betting site.
People thinking about joining Fafabet are likely to have questions about the site's operator, as well as the games that are available to play in the Fafabet casino, before making their decision.
At this time, Fafabet does not have a signup bonus for new customers. Instead, we recommend checking out our list of free bets & betting offers worth over £2000.
Fafabet is a UK betting site from TaichiTech Limited, an iGaming company that is licensed and regulated in Great Britain by the Gambling Commission under account number 57385.
Only launched recently in the UK, Fafabet combines both an online casino and a sportsbook site, as is the case with a lot of betting brands that are launching on to the market these days.
Virtual sports are also available to bet on at Fafabet, so the site has close to the full package, although it does not currently have a separate poker room, while online bingo is not offered.
Fafabet has got 24/7 customer support in place, which is something, not a lot of the other new UK sports betting sites that arrive on the scene are immediately able to offer their users.
The site is built on the FSB Tech platform, which means Fafabet is likely to feel familiar to anyone who has placed bets with similar sportsbooks such as JenningsBet or Bet600.
People with iOS devices such as an iPhone can download the Fafabet mobile betting app, with features such as the ability to log in via Face or Touch ID among the reasons to grab the Fafabet app. Fafabet's app for iOS is well regarded and it has an average rating of 4.5 stars out of five.
As well as the Fafabet welcome bonus that is designed to tempt new users, customers on this sports betting site can get Best Odds Guaranteed for all of their horse racing wagers as well.
Let's take a look at the sportsbook in more detail in the next part of our full Fafabet UK review.
Fafabet is a solid-looking sportsbook at first glance, with all the major sports that people would expect available to bet on at this new UK sports betting site. A lot of fresh sites lack horse racing and greyhounds markets, but it is good to see this is not the case at the Fafabet sportsbook.
Indeed, people who love to bet on the sport of kings will be able to benefit from the Best Odds Guaranteed promotion that is offered at Fafabet. Many of the top bookmakers in the UK have BOG among their betting bonuses and deals, so Fafabet is in line with a lot of its main rivals.
Other promotions of note on the new UK sports betting site include a form of acca insurance. The Fafabet acca insurance deal sees customers who put at least four football bets into an accumulator receive a free bet of up to £10 in the event of just one leg letting the wager down. It is fair to say that Fafabet's range of betting bonuses and promotions are a little limited, though.
Football, horse racing, golf and tennis are among the top sports to bet on at Fafabet. However, the list of sports available to bet on at Fafabet includes the likes of hurling, pool and table tennis, so there are plenty of more minor sports to pick from too. As with many new UK sports betting sites, Fafabet has made sure it has a decent choice of esports betting markets, with a lot of industry experts believing this area is going to grow at a rapid rate in the coming years. Among the top esports, Fafabet customers have the chance to bet on are CS:GO, Valorant and Dota 2.
On a similar note, Fafabet's online sportsbook has a separate area for virtual sports betting. On the Fafabet site, users can bet on virtual football, virtual table tennis, virtual motor racing and virtual dogs. There are also two different types of virtual horse racing to pick from here as well.
Betting live in-play works well at Fafabet, but the lack of live streaming might be an issue for some users who are accustomed to being able to tune into live UK and Irish horse racing, as well as top football and tennis action from around the world. Of course, it is fair to say that Fafabet is a new UK sports betting site and therefore live streaming could be added later on.
Odds on the Fafabet sportsbook tend to be decent enough, but the site does not quite compete with the best bookmaker for top value prices across the majority of sports that it has to offer. There do not appear to be any major enhanced odds or price boosts available to boost value.
Depth of markets is good, though, with most major football matches in competitions such as the Premier League or the Champions League having more than 200 different bets to pick from. For some sports, Fafabet also has a create a bet option, which works the same as a bet builder tool.
With all that in mind, Fafabet has made a strong impression as a new UK sports betting site, but there is work to do if the betting brand is to become one of the best in the business. Adding new live streaming for sports such as horse racing should be deemed a priority, while the lack of Android mobile betting apps will also be a source of frustration for a lot of potential Fafabet users.
While most people are probably considering joining Fafabet to bet on sports, like a lot of new UK online bookmakers the site is also home to a casino site with a top range of games on offer.
At the Fafabet online casino site, customers can play a massive array of slots, including big-name games such as Centurion Megaways and John Hunter and the Mayan Gods. Online slots, blackjack, roulette and baccarat make up most of the selection, with no online bingo available.
Live casino games are increasingly popular in the UK, with Fafabet having a separate section for this department. At the Fafabet live casino, users have the choice of dozens of live roulette and blackjack games, with all budgets covered from casual players to VIP customers. Live games such as Cash or Crash, Dragon Tiger and Side Bet City are also available to try out.
While there is no dedicated live poker hall at Fafabet at the moment, fans of the game can test out their skills in a handful of rooms at the Fafabet live casino. The choice is quite limited, however, so those who value the chance to play live poker highly may need to look elsewhere.
Jackpot slots are always among the most eye-catching games to play at new UK online casinos. Fafabet offers games such as Treasure Nile and Cash Splash that have big prizes up for grabs. However, the largest jackpots tend to be the Mega Moolah games that are offered at Fafabet. At the time of producing this complete review of Fafabet, some games had a jackpot of around £5.5 million in play, while another series of slots had a potential top prize of over £8 million.
Hundreds of different slots make up an impressive selection, but filtering through the library on offer at the Fafabet casino is not straightforward. Users can type in the name of a particular game if they are hoping to find it, but there is no option to filter the library by a certain provider. Speaking of which, Fafabet's online casino does appear to be missing games from some of the biggest and best slots studios around, though overall it is fair to say the choice is quite strong. New games do seem to be added to the selection available at the Fafabet online casino regularly, but there does not appear to be any exclusive games. This would not be expected from a new UK online casino that is built on the same platform as a lot of other online betting sites, but it does mean Fafabet lacks something extra to make it stand out from the crowd.
The casino side of things at Fafabet does have its own welcome offer. Those who want to play slots and live casino games should therefore ensure that they claim this, rather than the betting bonus that is up for grabs on the sportsbook. But other casino promotions are lacking. There is not yet any sight of a VIP rewards scheme at the Fafabet casino, while there does not seem to be any opportunity to earn either cashback or reload bonuses when making extra deposits.
This could limit the reasons to return to the Fafabet casino on a regular basis, with the site perhaps more appealing to people who just want to try out a few slots every now and again. With big jackpots up for grabs, there is certainly the chance to scoop a truly life-changing sum of money at the Fafabet casino, but the site lacks any particular unique special features of note.
Customer support is an area where new UK sports betting sites often struggle initially. The resources required to provide 24/7 customer support are often not available, but this is not the case at Fafabet where users are promised they can get the help they need at any time.
However, the only way to reach customer support at Fafabet appears to be via email. While responses to messages that are sent to the customer service team via support@fafabet.co.uk are speedy and friendly, many people would rather be able to use an alternative option.
Fafabet's website mentions that customers can get in touch with support via live chat, but at the time of writing this functionality does not yet seem to be available. There is no contact telephone number listed on the Fafabet sportsbook and casino either, which is another significant blow.
Broadly speaking, Fafabet's customer testimonials are positive with users having had good experiences whenever they have had to contact customer service as a result of an issue. It is fair to say that adding live chat should be deemed a high priority for Fafabet moving forward.
While there is no live chat, Fafabet customers can make the most of a solid FAQ. This part of the site has answers for banking and technical issues and should be the first port of call for anyone who has a problem with a Fafabet account, as the chances are they will find a solution.
Along with customer support, the payment methods offered by Fafabet are quite limited. While a lot of the biggest and best UK sports betting sites have a large number of approved banking options that can be used to make a deposit, this is not the case at Fafabet at the present time.
While credit cards are no longer permitted to make a deposit into a betting account, Fafabet only allows debit cards from Visa, Maestro and MasterCard. There is no option at all to use an e-wallet such as PayPal, Skrill or Neteller to make a deposit, which is a significant omission.
It goes without saying that Fafabet is also lacking the option to deposit using cryptocurrency such as Bitcoin, which is becoming a lot more popular among users of UK betting sites. Also missing is the chance to pay by phone bill, though it is of course possible that Fafabet will be expanding its small list of approved payment methods at some point in the near future. The minimum deposit that can be made at Fafabet has been set at £10, which is fairly standard.
When assessing Fafabet payment methods, there is another major red flag that is raised. According to the site, Fafabet holds customer funds in a Client Funds account held with Metro Bank. This sounds fine on paper, but it is noted that customer funds are not protected in the event of insolvency. As a result, comparing Fafabet to the Gambling Commission’s requirements for the segregation of customer funds at the level means it is deemed to be "not protected".

They do not comply with safer gambling. They dont have any programs in place to flag up anyone who could potentially be vulnerable. Huge breech of licence. Will be reported to the gambling commission as they have somehow given this company a licence to operate in the UK but they dont seem regulated what so ever.
