Saturday's Football fixtures are a huge part of the English tradition and I'm here to provide some insight and try and find the best value in selected matches.
Ipswich are struggling to pick up points in the Premier League this season, and look set for relegation at odds of 1/8 with BetVictor. But, they have remained competitive and have scored in each of their previous 5 matches in all competitions.
Crystal Palace are in fantastic form and have won five of their last seven fixtures in the league. Even after their rampant 4-1 victory at home against Aston Villa last time out, that was only their third home win in 14 Premier League fixtures this season, which is a little worrying.
Ipswich have only won two away matches this season and I think they'll continue to struggle this weekend at Selhurst Park.
I expect them to get on the scoresheet though as they've opened the scoring in three of their last four matches away from home. Recent form suggests the Eagles look set for another 3 points so a Palace win & BTTS looks fantastic value here.
Just a point separates these two sides in the Premier League table and it looks set to be a competitive match at the Amex. Both these clubs progressed to the FA Cup quarter-final last weekend after wins against Newcastle and Manchester United.
Brighton have responded well to their 7-0 defeat to Nottingham Forest and have now won their last five matches in all competitions. They don't have the greatest home form though this season, winning 5 and drawing 6 of their 13 matches. Fulham on the other hand have been fantastic on the road this year and have been unbeaten in 10 of their 13 matches, including 6 victories.
The draw looks like the value play here for me. We have two very evenly matched teams who are both in good form, but because of Brighton's record at the Amex, I think Fulham can gain a valuable point in the race for European Football.
Burnley are the only unbeaten side left in the Championship this season and have only conceded 9 goals in 35 matches and haven't conceded at home since December 2024.
Luton grabbed a valuable three points at Portsmouth last week to lift themselves from the foot of the table but they've still lost 13 of their last 14 away league matches, and currently sit at 8/13 on Bet365 to get relegated from the Championship.
Luton are the second lowest scorers in the league this season, with just Stoke behind them, and with their away form added into that, as well as Burnley's tendency for clean sheets at home, I think this selection looks very solid.

Wrexham have recovered well after losing three games from six in January and have won four of their last six matches in League One. They continue to pile the pressure on Wycombe above them for automatic promotion and I expect another 3 points at home against mid table Rotherham.
The Millers have only won 3 out of 17 away matches this season but did win on their latest trip 3-2 against struggling Bristol Rovers.
Wrexham have only lost 2 games at home this season and have the second best home record in League One. The Red Dragons should be too strong here and the price looks very generous.
Bolton performed fantastically on Tuesday, beating league leaders Birmingham 3-1. The Trotters are now well and truly in the playoff mix after winning six of their last eight League One fixtures and are now just a point behind Huddersfield in 6th.
Bolton have won 7 away matches in 16 this season, whilst Burton have the worst home record in the division, with just 3 home victories in 17. Burton have recovered well lately but Bolton look as if they're on a late charge for the playoffs and should have too much for The Brewers.
Liverpool had a superb 1-0 victory away at PSG in the Champions League on Wednesday as their chase for an historic treble continues. The Reds are top of the Premier League by 13 points (1/16 to win the title) and have only lost one game in the league all season.
Five wins in a row in all competitions and three clean sheets in a row makes it very difficult to raise a case for Southampton getting anything here, especially at Anfield.
Southampton remain rock bottom of the Premier League on just 9 points after winning only two games all season. The Saints are on a run of four defeats in a row and have conceded 11 in their last three League fixtures, failing to score in their last two.
Mohamed Salah has 25 goals in 28 matches this season (1/4 to win the PL Golden Boot) and looks set to take advantage of the worst defence in the League and add to his impressive tally.
