Mr Mega is part of the Aspire Global (AG) network, giving it over 20 sister sites to choose from, all run under the same AG Communications Limited license.
While this opens the door to a wide selection of similar betting experiences, it also means you will encounter some common issues across the network such as:
Although a few AG brands offer an okay betting experience, more AG sites currently sit on our blacklist than our recommended list, due to the issues above in our own testing, and a high number of complaints from real players.
Still, if you are curious about Mr Mega's sister sites, we have listed some brands below that we currently recommend.
Mr Mega is a 2021 launch by the gargantuan that is AG Communications Limited (UKGC: 39483) or Aspire Global as some might better recognise the parent company.
AG Communications boast a wide range of white-label brand names that operate in the UK markets; some are better than others. Here we take a look at a handful of Mr Mega sister sites to see if there are better options for you.
If you want to focus on the positive elements of Mr Mega then you will find plenty of factors to talk about with a deep coverage of sports that are backed up by strong betting margins and a website that functions slickly. It all sounds great, doesn’t it? It’s not.
Take a breath and check out the reviews available at Trustpilot, and you’ll see exactly what we mean. It has a track record of atrocious feedback and severely lacking customer support. At the time of writing, 73% of reviewers rate Mr Mega with just one star. We caution you against signing up with it.
Mr Mega is a brand name that suggests having serious confidence in itself but, actually, the offering available on Mr Mega is far from following through on that thought process. How do these sister sites measure up?
We have been quite clear that the issues at Mr Mega are not explicitly related to the physical offering itself. Mr Play boasts a lot of the same benefits with betting margins of 6.57% and a deep range of markets in both casino and sports space; the latter of which is assisted by a good betbuilder functionality too.
Customer service is again probably the biggest red flag from a negative standpoint, albeit the Trustpilot rating, which still isn’t great, is superior to that of Mr Mega. With all things weighed up, we’d categorise Mr Play as one of the stronger Mr Mega sister sites.
Launched in 2024, Bet Fusion is another on the conveyor belt of Aspire Global white-label sites. You can immediately see similarities with Mr Mega, which means the sportsbook is very good in respect of sports covered and the bet types available, whilst the casino, which includes a live casino element, is also solid.
With the site still in a relatively infant state, we can’t draw on Trustpilot for customer feedback, but it is hard to see that being glowing given what we’ve covered about other AG sites.
One thing we do know that is a negative compared to Mr Mega and Mr Play is the sports betting margins; they come in north of the 8% marker at Bet Fusion, which is poor.
We can jump to the chase where Mr Luck is concerned. The Trustpilot rating, which is admittedly only from 35 reviews, makes woeful reading with 83% of reviews scoring it at a measly one out of five. Several of those reviewers bemoan the ability to award zero stars too, which says a lot. The betting margins are also garbage at 8.51%.
If you look past the betting margins and take the limited Trustpilot reviews with a pinch of salt then it’s not all bad.
As is the case with a lot of Mr Mega sister sites, there is a lot to like about the sportsbook and casino, namely in how vast the choice of options are across both.
