Bluefox Sports is very much an "alright" platform for both your sports and casino needs. It would need an almighty overhaul to ever be anything more than a mid-tier offering, though.
The positives on the site are a reasonable array of sports available in the sportsbook, with excellent betting market depth available across top-level football.
You've then got a strong casino library, which boasts circa 6,500 games, including well over 1,000 live casino titles. We can throw more good words around for the range of payment methods offered on the site as well, whilst customer service and the approach to responsible gambling deserve a little bit of credit as well.
Unfortunately, most of that has to be dragged down in our scoring because of poor navigation and site design. The structure looks okay at first glance but quickly becomes a little muddled when you try and drill deeper into the platform.
When you then fold in withdrawal fees of 1% and some wider withdrawal problems, the negative vibes start to stack up and, unfortunately, they come in some important areas.
Bluefox Sports has been in operation for a good period of time now, first entering the UK betting scene in 2017 under the operation of ProgressPlay Limited (UKGC: 39335).
Initially, its main focus was in the casino space but it added sports to its offering a few years later and, together with the fact Progress Play have been licenced since 2014, there is now a wealth of knowhow behind the brand.
With all of that in mind, there is a lot for us to get stuck into and, come the end of this Bluefox Sports review, you'll be much better informed on exactly how the platform is put together.
Yes, Bluefox Sports is a trusted and legitimate betting site for sports and casino gambling. Operated by Progress Play (UKGC: 39335), the brand has been around since 2017 and is backed by a well-known operator.
The Bluefox Sports Trustpilot rating doesn't make the best of reading, coming in at just 2.0 out of 5.0, with zero five-star ratings and 88% of reviews awarding just the solitary star.
There is context required, though. The most important thing to note is that there have only been a handful of reviews cast, which makes the ratings somewhat volatile. If you want to look beyond that, though, whilst 2.0 looks like a low score, it's actually better than a number of bigger name brands.
With Bluefox having been around since 2017, it was in operation when Progress Play was charged with failures related to social responsibility and anti-money laundering, in mid-2025.
The UKGC fined Progress Play £1,000,000 for those shortcomings, but did note that corrective action had been taken.
Of course, it should be noted that the regulatory action was never a specific reflection of Bluefox Sports.
The wide range of deposit methods offered at Bluefox Sports is one of the best things about the site. It's not just the fact that you have a variety of types to choose from, but the brand choice within each deposit category as well.
There are 11 different deposit options available to Bluefox punters. Visa, Mastercard and Apple Pay provide a choice across debit cards, whilst E-Wallets come in four different shapes, namely Payz, PayPal, Skrill and Neteller. The latter two are generally excluded under Bluefox Sports promotions, though, so keep that in mind.
The 11 options are rounded off by Pay by Bank, Pay via Phone, Paysafecard and Neosurf.
With so many different options, it is perhaps expected the deposit range varies. At a site level, the Bluefox Sports minimum deposit stands at £10 and runs up to a maximum of £2,500.
| Payment Method | Min Deposit | Max Deposit | Deposit Fee | Processing Time | Triggers Bonus |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Visa | £10 | £2,500 | No fee | Instant | |
Mastercard | £10 | £2,500 | No fee | Instant | |
Payz | £20 | £2,500 | No fee | Instant | |
Instant Bank Transfer | £10 | £2,500 | No fee | Instant | |
| Apple Pay | £10 | £2,500 | No fee | Instant | |

Your choice of deposit method will shape what this step of your Bluefox Sports deposit process looks like but you will need to input your relevant payment details.
Despite not seeing a "Deposit Complete" screen, you will see your deposit has been successfully processed because your balance will update.
Well, here is an interesting point of discussion.
On the surface, Bluefox Sports offers a wide range of withdrawal methods, with the caveat that they will be limited based on the methods you have used to deposit from previously. This is completely normal.
What isn't normal is that we processed our Bluefox deposit test through Pay by Bank but were not offered this as a method for withdrawal, despite it being quoted as one in the Bluefox.
Instead, we were forced to choose between debit card, which we've never deposited from at Bluefox and Payz, which again, we've never used.
When you then combine that with a 1% withdrawal fee, up to a cap of £3, and a payout speed of 111 minutes isn't market leading either.
| Payment Method | Min Withdrawal | Max Withdrawal | Withdrawal Fee | Withdrawal Time |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Visa | £5 | £2,500 | 1%, up to £3 | 111 minutes in our test |
Mastercard | £5 | £2,500 | 1%, up to £3 | Up to 5 Days |
Payz | £5 | £2,500 | 1%, up to £3 | Up to 5 Days |
Instant Bank Transfer | £5 | £2,500 | 1%, up to £3 | Up to 5 Days |
| Apple Pay | £5 | £2,500 | 1%, up to £3 | Up to 5 Days |
Pay via Phone | £10 | £40 | 1%, up to £3 | Up to 5 Days |
Paysafecard | £10 | £700 | 1%, up to £3 | Up to 5 Days |
Skrill | £20 | £2,500 | 1%, up to £3 | Up to 5 Days |

After logging into your Bluefox Sports account and open the main menu.
Once in the main menu, open the "Cashier" button and, from the sub-menu, "Withdrawals".
A list of available withdrawal methods will be shown. Choose your preferred method.
Key in the amount you wish to withdraw.
If you are happy with the notification that appears, "Approve" the notice to confirm your withdrawal intentions.
Your withdrawal is now complete. You will see a message confirming this.
The immediate aesthetic check of the Bluefox Sport sportsbook probably gets a "pass". The navy sports platform is central embedded on a black background, which looks tidy enough, whilst a quick glance at structure shows scroller bars and navigation buttons.
As you start to explore the sportsbook, though, you quickly realise the navigation isn't as good as it initially seems. The layout of scrollers and icons look fine - if a tad dated - but the actual navigation path they follow isn't intuitive.
A good example of that is under "Popular Matches" within the "Football" section; on the day, Man United travel to Elland Road with their manager under huge pressure for a result and yet several games rank above it on the page layout, including games from Turkey and France that kick off at the same time.
With those shortcomings noted, the actual depth of offering at Bluefox sports is good. There are in excess of 20 different sports to dabble on, including popular choices of football and horse racing and less popular sports like handball and badminton. You get a few eSports thrown in for good measure as well.
Despite being positioned in a prime spot, horse racing coverage isn't as strong as you'd probably expect. It focuses heavily on UK and Irish events, with international race meets somewhat neglected, albeit not non-existent.
Football is a slightly different story. You can bet on league and cup competitions from around the world and market depths are excellent. Expect to see over 500 different markets available on match day, particularly from top-level games.
With clunky navigation at the top of the sportsbook, it does improve as you drill through levels. You get some neat features when browsing through more focussed sports forms, where you can change the view across a number of popular markets and see price changes colour-coded on the odds layout.
Your in-event page is okay too, with icons detailing key features like early payouts, odds boosts and betbuilder compatibility. The ability to favourite markets, alongside collapse and expand functionality is a positive too.
That just leaves the betting margin to touch on, which came in at 8.86% during our test.
The Bluefox casino spreads across two different areas. One is a the slot-heavy traditional casino zone, whilst the other hosts a selection of live casino games. Regardless of which area you are in, the structure of the two pages are extremely similar.
From a design perspective, there is a text search panel that sits across the top of the page. This lacks the more desirable filtering functionality that some of the top casinos offer, but you can browse by game name and software provider.
Beneath that search bar, you get into the array of game tiles. Tiles are rectangular, taller than they are wide and sharply edged with 90 degree corners. Narrow spacing sits between each tile, with navigation through a particular gaming section running horizontally. If you scroll vertically, you'll see different headings for varying game types.
Outside of the structure and manoeuvrability, which is the worst part of the casino offering, the game count at Bluefox is impressive. There are just shy of 6,500 games in total, with more than 1,000 sitting in the live casino.
You can't knock the quality either; Pragmatic Play and NetEnt are two big names that provide games.
There are a lot of consistencies across Bluefox Sports' sister sites, but a mobile app isn't something they have in common as standard.
Bluefox steals a march on some of the other Progress Play brands in this space. It does offer a mobile app to both Android and iOS users.
It is 53.5MB in size so doesn't take up huge space on modern devices, but customer reviews across the app stores are very limited.
Whilst the app doesn't really enhance the user experience, it does provide the ability for push notifications, which is something.
In terms of what the Bluefox Sports Responsible Gambling section offers customers, you have to offer up praise.
There is a good range of safer gambling tools available to you:
Beyond simply offering the tools, though, you can easily find them too. They are located within the "Play Responsibly" button in the main menu.
The page is also laid out in a really clear manner, with the above listed tools forming separate buttons and linking directly to deeper information on how they work. You can activate the tools from here as well.
Bluefox Sports' Responsible Gambling page isn't perfect, though. The main menu area doesn't offer up any detail on what problem gambling is or third-party support links. This information is available on the site, it just happens to live on a separate "Play Responsibly" page accessed via the footer.
It is good that all bases are covered, but pretty illogical to spread it into two different pages - especially when they're titled the same way!
A strong customer support function is an underrated quality where online bookmakers are concerned and Bluefox Sports measures up well in this area.
The headline offering is a live chat function, which is available 24 hours a day. Yes, there is a chatbot that you'll need to navigate on first contact, but getting through to a human is fairly easy and the response times are prompt too. We've not had to wait more than a few minutes during our tests.
If a live chat isn't your preferred method of contact, there is also email available, however, you don't have the ability to pick the phone up.
There is a strong self-help section to explore too. The Bluefox FAQ not only covers off over 100 different questions but also makes itself easy to browse. You can utilise a search functionality, whilst manual browsing is easy too, owing to a smart and tidy layout.
