Start the Registration Process
In order to start the registration at Parimatch, download and open up the app. You can also use our links at the top for quick access. Once this is done, tap the green ‘Sign up’ option in the top right corner of the app screen.
Enter Your Personal Information
The first step is to enter your personal information, including your full name, date of birth and telephone number. Tap the green arrow in the bottom right corner to proceed.
Provide Your Full Address
Following this, you must enter your address and this is very easy thanks to Parimatch's automatic list, where you can find your address after entering initial details. After this, tap the green arrow again.
Set Your Account Information
Finally, enter your email address, create a password, decide on your marketing preferences, and confirm you agree to the T&Cs of Parimatch. Once this has been done, tap the green ‘Create Account’ button.
Deposits and Withdrawals on the Parimatch App
Unfortunately, Parimatch is quite limited with its payment methods, and whilst it offers debit card payments, it only accepts Apple Pay as another form of payment. How to Deposit at Parimatch
If you are new to the Parimatch app and would like some assistance with depositing funds, you can follow our step-by-step guide below:
Open up the ‘Deposit’ Cashier
On the Parimatch app, there are two methods of withdrawal. Firstly, there is the quick deposit option, which can be found by tapping the green ‘Deposit’ button in the top right corner. Alternatively, tap the ‘Profile’ icon in the top right corner and then the ‘Deposit’ option.
Choose Your Deposit Method
Parimatch offers two methods of payment, at least for first-time deposits, either via Visa payment or through Apple Pay. In our test, we chose to use Visa. Once you have selected your method, enter your details and a deposit amount. We opted for the minimum amount of £5.
Confirm Your Deposit
After you have done the above, tick the checkbox which confirms you are the owner of the card, and tap the green ‘Deposit’ button. You will then be shown a screen confirming that your payment has been successful.
Tap the yellow cross in the top right of your screen, and you will be taken back to the main menu where you can begin betting.
How to Withdraw From Parimatch
If you are unsure about how to withdraw funds on the Parimatch app, you can follow our step-by-step below for some assistance:
Open up the ‘Withdraw’ Cashier
Just like when depositing money, tap on the ‘Profile’ icon in the top right corner of the home screen. However, instead of choosing ‘Deposit’ in the menu, select the ‘Withdraw’ option and you will be brought to the withdrawal cashier.
Choose Your Withdrawal Method
Parimatch will offer you three different methods for withdrawing funds, but you have to withdraw at least the deposit amount to the same method before you can choose another one. Therefore, we chose Visa once again and it should be noted that it supports Visa Direct.
Enter the Amount to Withdraw
Finally, you need to enter your withdrawal amount. In our test, we opted to withdraw the minimum amount of £5. Following this, tap the green ‘Withdraw’ button at the bottom of the screen and you will be brought to a confirmation page.
Wait for the Money
Once this has been done, you will be taken to a confirmation screen, which states that the withdrawal has been successful. However, there is no indication of how long it takes for the money to reach your account, but in our test it took around 19 hours.
Parimatch App Sports Review
Once you have loaded onto the Parimatch app, customers will immediately be impressed by the interface of the app and the easiness of navigating the different menus.
When on the home screen, several markets are presented to customers across a range of different sports and Parimatch also highlights some great offers, such as odds boosts and some fantastic promotions. The boosts can often be found for high-profile Premier League games, which is great.
Some sports can be found on the home screen by browsing the main page, or there is a scrollable menu on the home screen which displays some of the more popular markets.
If you cannot find the sports you are looking for in these areas, then you can do so by using the 'Menu' option in the app's bottom corner, and then you can use the 'A-Z Sports' option, or the search tab.
The story is very similar when you are browsing the sub-sections of the app. Starting with the football section, Parimatch highlights some enhanced bets alongside some in-play fixtures, as well as a 'Bet Builder' section and 'Bet Boosts' section.
Creating bet builders on the app is a very enjoyable experience. Not only is there a fantastic range of markets but Parimatch also provides the ability to search for specific players within markets - for example, searching for Dominic Solanke to score for Tottenham Hotspur, as seen below.

Getting support on the app is very easy to do, and quick to access from the homepage. Simply head to the 'Menu' area in the bottom corner, and then you can find the 'Contact Us', 'Live Chat' and 'Help Centre' sections.
Through the contact section, you are offered multiple options, from live chat to requesting a call. Additionally, there is the option to seek assistance through different social media platforms which is a nice touch.
Furthermore, you can also access the 'Help Centre' from this page. However, this brings you to an out-of-app FAQ hub, so whilst not a bad thing, if there was an area like this in the app it would be very appreciated.
As a general customer support section, though, there are a lot of good things to be said about the Parimatch app. Again, while many new betting sites struggle on this front, Parimatch is solid thanks to the BetVictor backing.

It is almost difficult to imagine that Parimatch has been active in the UK for just four years. Of course, the white-label solution is a bit like cheating, but credit where credit is due. As a regular punter, it is among the better apps that I have used.
As said, this high quality is very understandable (almost expected) and during my test of the app, there were no occasions where I found myself struggling to navigate things. In short, the interface is very nice.
