Fruity King forms part of the extensive Progress Play network but is no stranger to the UK betting market in its own right having been launched back in 2015.
In this review, we put the site to the test by signing up, verifying our account, depositing real money, placing bets and withdrawing funds.
Our unique BL Score also combines real user tests from Trustpilot, app stores and the editorial team to give a full, honest look at Fruity King Sports.

Fruity King does a lot of things quite well, but it all means very little when it is packaged together in such a poor manner.
The better parts of the site are the football offering in the sportsbook, which sees football market depths reaching towards 700 different betting options, and the deep pool of games in the casino and live casino.
Beyond that, you have good payment options, a solid customer support function and a sensible approach to responsible gambling.
The big downside, however, is the site design. The casino isn't modern and lacks a filtering tool, whilst the sportsbook navigation is a little clunky. Your main problem is one of aesthetics.
There is a horribly contrasted white background that makes everything within it feel very basic and, what's worse, it doesn't even fit a mobile display properly.
Simply put, there are better betting sites available - even if you just stick to some of the Fruity King sister sites.
Fruity King has been operating on the UK betting scene since 2015, trading as a white label platform under ProgressPlay Limited (UKGC: 39335).
With Fruity King boasting over a decades worth of experience, and ProgressPlay having been in operation for a year longer than that, there is a lot of knowledge behind the scenes.
With fingers in pies across sports, casino and bingo areas and an extensive range of experiences both independently and through its relationship with the operator, there should be a solid base for the site to develop from.
Fruity King is a trusted and safe betting site to use, falling under the ownership of the UKGC registered Progress Play Limited (UKGC: 39335).
Progress Play launched in 2014 and now holds bingo, sports and casino licences, with Fruity King having been part of the licence since 2015.
The Trustpilot rating at Fruity King isn't exactly stellar, coming in at just 1.6 out of 5.0. On the surface, that's not great. There are big name brands that have worse scores, though, with William Hill just one example of a household name that doesn't sit as high as 1.6.
The other thing it note is that Fruity King doesn't have loads of reviews against it. That can make the scoring more volatile in either direction.
Fruity King's operator, Progress Play, has been fined for licence failures. It was hit with a seven-figure fine for anti-money laundering and social responsibility failures, with the regulatory action taken in May 2025.
The good news, however, is that it was found to have taken corrective steps. It means you can use Fruity King with confidence, without any concerns that there is still a hangover from those issues.
There is a good range of deposit methods offered at Fruity King, with no fewer than 10 different options available to bettors.
The impressive aspect is that it's not just different types offered, but a range of brands too. A debit card user, for instance, can deposit via Mastercard, Visa or Apple Pay, whilst someone that wants to use an E-Wallet can opt for PayPal, Neteller, Skrill or Payz. Pay by Bank, Pay via Phone, Paysafecard and Neosurf are available as well.
The deposit minimum is not too bad either. It varies by payment method, but the site minimum is £10. The maximum, by contrast, is £2,500.
| Payment Method | Min Deposit | Max Deposit | Deposit Fee | Processing Time | Triggers Bonus |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Apple Pay | £10 | £2,500 | No fee | Instant | |
| Visa | £10 | £2,500 | No fee | Instant | |
Mastercard | £10 | £2,500 | No fee | Instant | |
Pay via Phone | £10 | £40 | No fee | Instant | |
Instant Bank Transfer | £10 | £2,500 | No fee | Instant | |
Skrill | £20 | £2,500 | No fee | Instant | |
Neteller | £20 | £2,500 | No fee | Instant | |
Paysafecard | £10 | £700 | No fee | Instant | |

PayPal | £10 | £700 | No fee | Instant |
You can deposit funds to your Fruity King account by following the below steps:
After logging into your Fruity King account, click on the "Cashier" button located in the site footer.
Click on the deposit method of your choice.
Under the box titled "Enter amount", key in your desired deposit amount or, alternatively, populate it using one of the four default options.
A page asking you to validate your deposit attempt will appear. Providing you are happy to go ahead, click "Approve".
The next page you see will depend on your chosen deposit method, however, you will need to input your relevant payment details.
A confirmation screen will appear, confirming your successful deposit.
The range of banking methods offered at Fruity King is definitely a positive for the site, with Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard, Pay by Bank, Pay via Phone, Paysafecard, Skrill, Neosurf, Neteller, Payz and PayPal all available choices, depending on how you've added funds to your account in the past.
It isn't all good news, though. Fruity King withdrawals are charged a fee of 1%, albeit with a cap of £3 applied. The withdrawal time is fast, though; our tests put that at 33 minutes.
To end on a brighter note, however, it is worth noting the minimum withdrawal amount of £5.
| Payment Method | Min Withdrawal | Max Withdrawal | Withdrawal Fee | Withdrawal Time |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Apple Pay | £5 | £2,500 | 1% | 33 minutes (in our test) |
| Visa | £5 | £2,500 | 1% | Up to 5 days |

How you rate the Fruity King sportsbook really depends on what lens you look through. In terms of how it looks and operates, it leaves a lot to be desired. However, in terms of what it actually offers, it's pretty good.
Starting with the negatives, the general aesthetic of the sportsbook is really poor. Progress Play sportsbooks generally have the same design and that is applied here at Fruity King but, rather than being spread across the full screen, its navy background is bizarrely embedded into a white base and looks like it's been built as part of a school project rather than as a professional betting site.
Beyond that, the general layout and navigation is open to question marks as well. You can manoeuvre around the site and find everything you want to, but it takes some getting used to and certainly doesn't win any prizes for simplicity and intuitiveness.
With those design choices going firmly in the "cons" column, what does the Fruity King sportsbook do well? Well, the first thing to note is that it provides a path to over 20 different sports to bet on. Included in that haul of sports are the expected likes of football, horse racing and greyhounds, but also a handful of eSports and some lower-profile sports, such as cross country skiing and MMA.
The racing markets, which live in a dedicated section in the sportsbook, are heavily tilted towards UK and Irish meetings, although there is some international coverage too.
Football is a different beast, though. You can bet on competitions from around the world there, with the market depths attached to top-level matches arguably the standout aspect of the entire Fruity King sportsbook. You can choose from over 600 markets on the day of kick-off.
There are some design elements we like as you delve to this level of the sportsbook too. When looking over a particular set of events, you can fast-toggle through popular markets without losing your place on the page and also benefit from seeing colour indicators that show prices shortening and drifting.
The mention of odds brings us nicely on to the Fruity King betting margins; they came in at 8.83% during our test.
The Fruity King casino is a real head scratcher. It offers up some really elite elements but, equally, has some really basic shortcomings that level it out to a position of being a fairly average space.
Starting with the positives, there is a huge collection of games with over 6,500 different games available to play. The majority come in the form of slots but, equally, there are more than 1,000 live casino games to explore too. It's not just quantity either. Software providers like Pragmatic Play and NetEnt show that Fruity King benefits from some excellent relationships in that space.
Unfortunately, things go downhill from there. On a more subjective note, the casino design choices do very little for us. The game tiles are rectangular - almost twice as high as they are wide - with the corners all sharply edged. Contrast that to a lot of more modern-looking casino lobbies and you lose the softer, rounded corners and squarer shaped game tile. The Fruity King design isn't as sleek.
The game filtering is lacking too. You have a text search that runs across game title and provider name but there is no guidance to help narrow the game type, either through type, volatility, pay line or stake. This isn't exactly uncommon but it does mean it is difficult to really make the most of a huge pool of games.
Despite a growing demand from punters for on the go betting platforms, there is no Fruity King mobile app offered.
Ordinarily, we're not overly precious about brands offering an app because most modern brands ensure their sites are mobile-friendly in browser mode.
Unfortunately, there are elements of Fruity King's site that don't quite hit the mark we'd expect. The biggest sign of that is the black "overspill" that runs down the right hand side of the site; it really makes the site design look cheap and lazy, with it easily solved through a bit of attention to detail.
Fruity King offers two different routes towards some form of Responsible Gambling support. The only real criticism we have of the approach taken is that the detail is split in two places because if you combine the two, it would be a really well put together resource.
The more standard guidance is accessible via the site footer. Here there is some wording that talks to what problem gambling is and how you can identify signs of it, whilst you can see some third-party links as well.
In the main menu, though, there is a "Play Responsibly" section that takes things to another level. The layout of the page is smart, with each of the below topics linked to a dedicated area where you can read more on the subject and, importantly, configure your account settings:
The Fruity King customer support is probably one of the stronger aspects of the site.
Starting with the self-help options, you can navigate to the "Support" option within the main menu. Here you will find a really well structured FAQ page.
It is cleanly split into 10 different sections, with each of those then able to be toggled through to a deeper question and answer page. All told, there are well over 100 frequently asked questions to browse, whilst a search function at the top of the page enables you to hone in on the answers you're looking for.
Despite having a decent set of FAQs, it won't always provide what you need. Thankfully, you can contact Fruity King through email or, more impressively, through a 24/7 live chat function.
The live chat does require you to navigate through an AI-bot but, in truth, that wasn't too painful during our tests. Within a few words, we were able to speak with a human agent and, from there, response quality - both in time and depth of answer - was fine.
That means the one minor miss is that there is no telephone contact, but such method of contact is reducing massively in 2026.
