Bonus Boss is no longer operating after its owner, In Touch Games Limited, had its UKGC licence suspended. So, we would say Bonus Boss is leaning more towards a scam than safe. The owner was also fined £3.4 million by the UK Gambling Commission for social responsibility, money laundering and marketing failures as recently as March 2021.

Bonus Boss UK Review (Before Bonus Boss Shutdown)

Bonus Boss is one of the newest UK online gambling sites, and users expecting to get a lot of offers and promotions from the brand due to its name will certainly not be disappointed.

New players who create an account at Bonus Boss can get up to £300 as a deposit bonus as well as up to 50 locked free spins that can only be used on the Supernova Crush slot game.

A no deposit bonus is also on the table for new users at the Bonus Boss casino in the UK. Players do not have to risk any of their own cash to get up to 100 free spins to use on The Spinfather, though of course there are wagering requirements in the terms and conditions.

As well as those wagering details, users thinking about joining Bonus Boss might have some questions such as about the site's owners and licensing, as well as its full range of games.

We have all the answers below in our full review of Bonus Boss, so read on for the lowdown.

About Bonus Boss

Bonus Boss is the latest UK online casino brand to have been launched on to the market by British-based iGaming company In Touch Games Limited, which is located in Halesowen. It follows in the footsteps of its other UK online casinos such as mFortune, PocketWin and Mr Spin, as well as Dr Slot, Cashmo and Casino2020. Overall, In Touch sites have over five million players in the UK so despite not being a big name in the industry, it is quite a heavy hitter.

As with the other In Touch Games online casino sites in the UK, Bonus Boss is licensed and regulated in Great Britain by the Gambling Commission under account number 2091. However, In Touch did have a run-in with the Gambling Commission as recently as March 2021, when the company behind the Bonus Boss brand was hit with a massive £3.4 million fine over its failings.

That might put some people off from joining Bonus Boss but In Touch Games said it would work on those issues and provide a better, safer experience to its players as a result of the big fine. In Touch has donated money to good causes, as well as helping to fund the building of a gambling addiction centre located in the Midlands, near to its headquarters, solely for the use of women after joining forces with the Gordon Moody Association. It also opted to hand out a £500,000 donation to the Dudley Group NHS Foundation Trust, which again is close to the firm's base.

Bonus Boss itself is a mobile-first casino, in keeping with the other brands that are run by In Touch Games. As a result, it is one of a fairly small club of online casinos in the UK that allows players to make a deposit into their account via their phone bill. Up to £10 can be added to an account in this manner, with the other deposit and withdrawal methods that can be used on the Bonus Boss site including the likes of debit cards, e-wallets like PayPal and Paysafecard too.

But what can those who join Bonus Boss expect from the UK online casino? Let's have a look.

Bonus Boss Casino Review

The first thing to note about Bonus Boss is that all the games offered on the site come from the operator, In Touch Games Limited, which means compared to other online casinos its library is a little limited. This is in both numbers and scope, with only slots available to play. Anyone who is looking to play table games, scratch cards or live casino games will have to go elsewhere.

That is not to say there are not great games on offer at Bonus Boss, but those expecting to find the usual top slots from studios such as Microgaming, Play'n GO and Microgaming will not see them included in the list of games that can be played at this UK online casino. Instead, players can pick from options such as Golden Cleopatra, Viking Lightning Spins and Pocket Fruits. Spintacular, a game based on the old Dracula character, is among the Bonus Boss exclusives.

Like other In Touch Games online casinos in the UK, Bonus Boss has a Mega Jackpot up for grabs. This is one of its key unique selling points, with all games paying into the same jackpot. At the time we produced this full Bonus Boss casino review, the jackpot stood at just over £105,000, indicating it had been won by a lucky player not too long ago. The jackpot resets to a generous £100,000 every time it is won and is triggered when a player is fortunate enough to land five jackpot symbols in a winning line on their chosen slot game at this online casino site.

As well as the chance to land the Bonus Boss Mega Jackpot, the welcome bonuses are among the main reasons to register for an account at this UK online casino site. Over the first two deposits that a new player makes at Bonus Boss, they can get up to £300 extra to play with. They also get given up to 50 (20p) locked free spins to be used on the Coins of Fortune game.

In Touch Games is known for its no deposit casino bonuses and new users at Bonus Boss also have the option to claim up to 100 (18p) locked free spins to use on The Spinfather, though there is a maximum win limit of £50 mentioned in the terms and conditions, along with 40x wagering. There is a refer a friend bonus too, but it is capped at £5 and users also have to meet the 40x wagering requirements as well. Some other In Touch brands have better refer a friend deals.

New games are normally added to the Bonus Boss library on a monthly basis. In Touch Games typically puts free spins on the table to give users a chance to try them out, which is welcome. However, as usual, the free spins given out through the Bonus Boss Game of the Month promotion will have winnings subject to a 40x wagering requirement, which is tough to meet.

Bonus Boss follows the same formula as the other In Touch brands, which includes the likes of Dr Slot, Cashmo and Casino2020, as well as the company's flagship site mFortune as well. This means the game selection is quite limited and the lack of live dealer games, considering most top UK online casinos now have these offered, is really rather striking.

High wagering requirements and the fine dished out to In Touch Games by regulator the Gambling Commission are other red flags to be taken into account by those considering signing up here. On the other hand, the twin welcome bonuses here are pretty strong and the no deposit bonus gives people the chance to sign up and play for free, so this is a risk-free option offered by Bonus Boss.
