Unfortunately, you can tell Bingo Britain is a new launch. EveryMatrix have fallen below their standards a little here as the initial release of the site is pretty poor, it must be said.
The game menu is pretty limited and there is not enough for it to compete with the biggest casinos in the UK. However, in fairness to the site, there is a nice sign-up offer for new customers (you can get 100 free spins) and the withdrawals are instant based on our testing.
It's certainly not terrible, but there is a lot of work needed if it is to compete against its sister sites. Let alone those dominating the market...

Bingo Britain is one of the latest casino sites to launch in the UK, arriving on the market in 2026. However, it is far from being a rookie, thanks to its operator, Palatial Leisure Limited.
Indeed, it is run by one of the oldest online operators in the country, with its license being active since 2009. However, it can also rely on experience from EveryMatrix, which is supporting the site with the platform. This means it has several sister sites, such as BetGoodwin and FitzBet.
In this review, we look at the bingo and casino products, as well as the overall experience. By the end, we hope to provide you with a complete idea of what the site is like and whether it is worth signing up for an account.
Bingo Britain is completely safe and legit, earning the BettingLounge stamp of approval. It is owned by Palatial Leisure Limited, which has been in operation since 2009.
The site is completely licensed by the UKGC through its owners and holds the rights to operate a casino, bingo area, sportsbook and more.
Considering it has only just launched, we have not yet got a fair amount of Trustpilot reviews to include here. With that said, the rating is not essential to our review.
Instead, we just like to include so you have another opinion. Check back later, or access the site's profile directly, if you would like to see a Trustpilot score included in this review.
Considering its age, it would be difficult for Bingo Britain to have been fined already. So, it is no shock that it has a clean bill of health. However, this is also the case for its owners.
Operating since 2009, it has a completely clean account with the UKGC, which must be applauded.
Casino sites often offer the most diverse range of deposit methods. However, that is unfortunately not the case with Bingo Britain. Instead, only debit card payments are accepted.
Additionally, a £10 deposit minimum is in place, which could be improved when you consider that most UK casinos offer a £5 minimum. In other words, if you want to compete with some of the best out there (we assume Bingo Britain wants to!), then a change is needed in the future.
Below, we have collected everything you need to know about deposits at Bingo Britain.
| Payment Method | Min Deposit | Max Deposit | Deposit Fee | Processing Time | Triggers Bonus |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Visa | £10 | £6900 | No fee | Instant | |
Mastercard | £10 | £6900 | No fee | Instant |
Below, we have put together a step-by-step guide for adding funds to an _ account.
Depositing at Bingo Britain is really simple. To begin the process, just tap 'Deposit' shown in the top right corner.
Once in this area, you will be faced with a drop-down menu of the payment methods available. However, there is only one option: debit cards.
Now, tap 'Add New Card' and enter your details when prompted, then tap 'Save'.
Following this, you need to enter your deposit amount and you will be ready to finalise the transaction.
There are flaws, but this is a really quick process, it must be said.
When it comes to withdrawals, things are equally limited. Again, only one method is available and that isn't great. Then, the £10 minimum remains in place.
However, there is something to shout about. Indeed, it is the fact that Bingo Britain offers instant withdrawals - as shown in our test - so we cannot complain too much here.
Below, we have collected everything you need to know about withdrawals at Bingo Britain.
| Payment Method | Min Withdrawal | Max Withdrawal | Withdrawal Fee | Withdrawal Time |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Visa | £10 | £6900 | No fee | Instant in our test |
Mastercard | £10 | £6900 | No fee | Within 3 business days |
If you are new to Bingo Britain, or perhaps want to see the withdrawal process before signing up, you can take a look at our step-by-step guide below:
When you are ready to withdraw your winnings, tap the 'Profile' icon in the top right corner. Then, tap 'Withdrawal' in the menu to enter the cashier.
Once you enter this area, you will be shown the payment methods available and the cards, too. Of course, we had only deposited once, so we did not need to change anything.
Finally, enter the amount you'd like to withdraw and wait for your money to arrive. In our test, we didn't even have to wait for the money, with it arriving instantly.
Unfortunately, at the time of writing, Bingo Britain does not offer a sportsbook. This is not a real surprise considering the focus on bingo and the casino areas. However, it may put some people off signing up.
If you are looking for a bookmaker, there are many good bookies out there, even ones using the EveryMatrix platform like Bingo Britain.
We did contact the live chat about this, and we were given the following response: "Not yet, but I believe sports betting is coming soon". Considering the links to EveryMatrix, it would not be a surprise if a sportsbook were to be added.
Given that the site is focused on casino games, with the lack of a sportsbook, it needs to sit at a decent level and it can be debated whether it does.
We cannot be too harsh here, considering it is a new site. However, launching with only 500 slot games is pretty poor in our view. Indeed, we often see several thousand on casinos today.
So, this does not really feel like a full commitment to it. Again, considering there is no sportsbook, more can be asked of Bingo Britain here.
There are a few options provider-wise, though, and this starts clawing the site back towards a positive point. Indeed, games from Pragmatic Play, BluePrint Games and Games Global are all offered.
Of course, this means that you will find plenty of different game types and this variety only enhances the experience of players.
Again, though, there is that feeling of lacklustre-ness. The limited number of providers is noticeable and you cannot even filter games by the providers. So, it can be a hassle finding some options.
The Live Casino feels limited too as there are 20 different options to choose from, ranging from blackjack, roulette and different game shows.
In terms of the bingo side of things, there are certainly a few options. Indeed, when entering this area of the site, you can pick from quite a few different lobbies.
However, only four of them - at the time we tested it - were starting in the next 15 minutes.
It is an alright casino, but it must be said that this has to be the base step; it is in a good place. However, it needs drastic improvement if it is to really compete with the best options.
Offering fewer than 650 casino games - whether it be slots, live shows or bingo rooms - just isn't good enough.
As mobile apps go, it is pretty easy to get them right. Keep the design clean and make it easy to navigate. Bingo Britain does only half of that, unfortunately. It is simple to use, but its design could be better - though that is more of a general flaw.
It all feels a little novice-y and whilst we'd love to say that was an exclusive for Bingo Britain (a new site), it is normally the case for the sites that use the Every Matrix platform.
Now, that is not to say that it is unusable, far from it. Instead, there are just better options and alternatives that we would prefer to use on a regular basis.
As of now, only an iPhone app is available for customers looking to try the site on a mobile device. However, we can expect an Android option to arrive eventually. Due to its age, too, the app currently does not hold a rating on the iOS App Store.
There are positives and negatives about the customer support sections on Bingo Britain. Primarily, the omission of an FAQ area is a big concern, considering it is a foundational piece of any digital site.
However, it is redeemed a little by its other options. As is standard, an email is available with replies 'as soon as possible'.
Alternatively, you can use the live chat or even call Bingo Britain. From our experience with the former, replies were quick and we were helped very, very quickly. So we cannot have any complaints.
The addition of an FAQ area would certainly not go amiss, but for now it is pretty solid.
