For a new betting site, Betsuna has plenty of upsides. It hosts a fantastic casino - which was unexpected - as well as a pretty decent sportsbook, offering solid current and future betting opportunities.
A good number of payment methods certainly soften the blow from the 70-minute withdrawal wait, although 1% fee on withdrawal could be seen as a reason alone not to join. Although it's not much, it adds up over time.
Still, there are positives that - as said - I perhaps didn't expect to find. Is it a betting site that I will be rushing back to? Without an app, no, and probably not with one either. It's just so hard for sites like Betsuna to properly compete with the best bookies.

Having been founded in May 2026, Betsuna is one of the newest betting sites available to UK punters and it's certainly an interesting option to consider.
The site currently resides on the ProgressPlay Limited license, which is one of the largest companies in the gambling sphere. This is because it operates more than 125 different sites across white-label agreements and self-owned sites.

Betsuna has not been fined so far. However, that doesn't mean it launches with a clean bill of health.
Indeed, ProgressPlay Limited was fined in May 2025 for three reasons: two Anti-Money Laundering responsibilities and one Social Responsibility code violation.
Now, that doesn't mean Betsuna is any more or less legitimate, considering it had not launched when the action was taken. Nevertheless, it still doesn't look great for the operating party.

Depositing with Betsuna is a really simple process and the site deserves credit for this. Indeed, you can access the cashier via the bottom menu and it's all done in one page.
In terms of payment methods, we were given plenty of options (which is always nice) and it definitely made up for the £10 minimum in place. That said, we would always like to see the amount on the lower side, which tends to be £5 on the best bookies.

It's worth mentioning that it was a bit difficult to confirm the payment here, with setting up a deposit limit and heading back to the area. However, it eventually went through.
Betsuna Withdrawal Methods
Withdrawals with Betsuna are almost as easy as deposits, even if you have to go a slightly different way to access the cashier. Nothing surprising, as this tends to be the case on most betting sites (we suppose they ideally want to keep the money!).
That said, within just a few clicks, we had our withdrawal started and we didn't have to wait that long for the withdrawal to arrive. To be precise, we waited 70 minutes after requesting the withdrawal with a Visa debit card. Sure, definitely not the fastest we have tested, but decent.

Betsuna Sportsbook Review
Betsuna's sportsbook is among the broadest on the market, with more than 30 different sports available. Of course, this includes some of the biggest sports in the UK, as well as lesser-seen options like arm wrestling and water polo.
Then there is a range of novelty markets, like odds for politics and different e-sports games. In other words, you are completely covered, no matter what you want to bet on with Betsuna.
The final piece of nerdy bookmaker information is, unfortunately, somewhat of a negative. Indeed, the site has a 9.01% betting margin, which is pretty high compared to its competitors.
This doesn't make it a no-go. However, if you are looking for value, you may struggle with Betsuna.
In terms of the actual offerings, there are more than 350 markets available per elite game, which is heavily impressive. However, there are 175 markets still offered on less popular fixtures - like the U23 Portuguese league.
Put it this way, its offerings are more than good enough. There are also multiple odds-boosted games per day, which is superb. So, whilst the margins may be high, there is value available still.
If racing is more your forte, then do not worry as there are plenty of options available: meetings from UK, Irish and international tracks can be found every day.
Additionally, the ability to bet on antepost markets - split into flat and national hunt - is a really nice bonus for a new bookmaker to be offering. We're big fans.
There are then several promotions that must be spoken about when looking at the sportsbook.
First and foremost, you have the first past the post promotion for racing, where, whatever happens, you are paid out if your horse finishes the race in first, even if the result is changed.
Additionally, there is a 10% cash back offer - up to £500 - on weekend betting losses. That sort of offer is difficult to find elsewhere, so it could be worth considering for that factor.

When accessing Betsuna for the first time, you are directed to the casino area, which may suggest that it's the focus of the brand. From using the casino too, you may assume the same.
Indeed, it's one of the widest casino operations that we have seen. It offers games from several of the biggest casino operators in the UK, notably Hacksaw Gaming, NetEnt and Pragmatic Play.
However, there are also a host of niche operators, meaning some games are available at Betsuna that cannot be found elsewhere. This makes it a highly interesting option.
If that wasn't enough, there are several live casino options. So, whether you want to play game shows or table games, you will have plenty of options to choose from.

All in all, this is very impressive for a new casino site, although we perhaps shouldn't be shocked as ProgressPlay have a long history with casino.

Considering that it has only just launched, Betsuna doesn't have an app on iOS or Android, though we perhaps wouldn't be holding out for now just because the site is new.
Indeed, none of the ProgressPlay Limited sites offers an app, as far as we can see. In other words, you should look elsewhere if you are looking for a new betting app.

Betsuna offers a wide range of customer support options and it starts with a very solid FAQ area. There are several different sections and a search bar, which makes it even easier for customers to use.
With that said, the FAQ area is shared across several of the ProgressPlay Limited group.
You can email 'Betsuna', too. However, it's a general email for a group of casinos rather than being specific to them. Of course, this isn't the biggest issue, but it would be nice if it were personalised.
