Here, we conduct a BetMaze review to see how the brand measures up under its new structure. This involves looking at the key processes - registering, depositing and withdrawing - and exploring the sportsbook and casino areas.

BetMaze is very much what we'd describe as an average casino and sportsbook.
The casino area is probably the best element of the site, owing to the collection of games on offer sitting at around 6,500, whilst there is similar positives to take from the sportsbook. The standout thing there is the market depth, which runs several hundred deep across top-level football matches.
It's not all positive, though, with both of those areas dragged down by the site design. The casino suffers from an aesthetics angle and the sportsbook navigation just isn't immediately intuitive, which can make exploring the space to its maximum a bit harder than it should be.
With similar pros and cons sitting across other areas like customer service and responsible gambling, it's hard to push BetMaze into the category of being "good" - but it's also not half bad!

BetMaze was first launched in the UK market under the stewardship of AG Communications Limited (UKGC: 39483), but now operates under ProgressPlay Limited (UKGC: 39335), with the latter picking up several brands after AG Comms exited the UK space in 2026.
More generally, ProgressPlay have been on the scene for 12 years. In 2014 it secured its casino licence, with its general betting licence coming four years later. Then, in 2024, it added the bingo element as well. Each of those areas are offered to you at BetMaze, making it a real one-stop shop for your betting needs.
The other benefit BetMaze has from its partnership with ProgressPlay is the experience it has from its extensive web of different domains.

The BetMaze Trustpilot rating isn't too bad at 2.4 out of 5.0, keeping in mind that major brands like William Hill and Coral both score at 1.2.
Despite that, there is a strong mix of one-star reviews, with 75% of reviews awarding just a single star. There is an important caveat to that, though, which is that the number of reviews is extremely limited.
💰 Has BetMaze Been Fined by the UKGC?
BetMaze has a clean bill of health where UKGC regulatory action is concerned. Whilst AG Communications and Progress Play have both received penalties, both pre-date the BetMaze launch date.
Given the current setup of BetMaze, though, the Progress Play charges could be of interest. It was fined back in May 2025 for failures around anti-money laundering and social responsibility.
The settlement notice issued by the UKGC does recognise that corrective steps were taken, which means it's not something that should affect your decision making too heavily in 2026.
BetMaze Deposit Methods
The vast array of banking methods offered at BetMaze is probably one of the best things about the site. You can deposit to your account from 10 different methods, with a strong variation of both general type and specific brand.
Apple Pay, Visa and Mastercard cover the debit card options, with Skrill, Neteller, Payz and PayPal all serving as choices for punters that prefer to fund their accounts through E-Wallets.
There is then Pay by Bank, Pay via Phone, Paysafecard and Payz to round off the lot.
The methods come with varying deposit ranges, but the spread across BetMaze spans from a minimum deposit of £10 to an upper limit of £2,500.

BetMaze Withdrawal Methods
You have a plentiful range of banking methods available to you at BetMaze.
Depending on the method you have used to deposit funds your withdrawal options could be any of 10 different options, namely Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard, Pay by Bank, Pay via Phone, Paysafecard, Skrill, Neosurf, Neteller, Payz and PayPal.
There is a variation in the minimum and maximum withdrawals across those methods, but the site minimum is noteworthy. It sits at just £5, which is half of the minimum deposit amount.
That is certainly something to speak positively about, with that quite a rarity in the industry. The withdrawal processing speed of around five hours is not exactly anything to write home about, though, despite not being bad.
We cannot say the same about the withdrawal fees, though. All BetMaze withdrawals are charged at 1% of the withdrawal amount, up to a maximum of £3. Any withdrawal fee is not a good look.

How to Withdraw From BetMaze
You can pull your funds out of BetMaze by following the below withdrawal steps:

Log into your BetMaze account and, when there, open the "Menu" button located in the bottom left corner.

BetMaze Sportsbook Review
From a structural perspective, the BetMaze sportsbook appears to prioritise racing as its headline events, with horses and greyhounds living in their own area.
You don't necessarily get that feel when you start digging into the main race offering, though. There is a clear focus on the UK & Irish markets, with only a spattering of international meets covered.
There is a much stronger coverage when you step across into the football markets. You can wager on fixtures from around the world, with price boosts appearing on Brazilian Serie A perhaps the best example of how deep the BetMaze football tentacles run.
It's not just the number of games covered that impress, though. You can also benefit from good market depths, where a Premier League match will boast in excess of 500 different betting markets for you to explore.
Alongside those headline-grabbing sports, there is plenty of lesser-followed sports with things like Biathlon, MMA and some e-Sports offered.
If that talks to the "what", the next big question is the "how", which brings us to structure and navigation of the BetMaze sportsbook.
There are a few different horizontal panels that drive the sportsbook. The main bar, though, is a collection of square panels that feature coloured icons. This forms your main ability for manoeuvring between different sports.
Beneath that, a scrollbar details different betting markets and then, below that, you quickly drop into the main betting panels where events are laid out. The odds are laid out cleanly, with small colour coding used to show shortening and drifting prices.
Our favourite feature is the ability to toggle between markets within the same fixture; this can see you quickly browse around 10 popular markets without leaving the main betting hub.
Finally, we need to touch on the betting margin. That sits at 8.93%.
BetMaze Casino Review
The BetMaze casino offering is split into two core components - a traditional casino and a live casino. Regardless of which area you navigate to, the structure and design of the page is identical.
You have a search bar that sits across the game lobby, which presents rectangular game tiles. They sit taller than they do wide and have sharp corners - as opposed to curved edges that many of the more modern casinos opt for. Whilst looking slightly different from the norm, they are easy to read and interact with.
Away from the design of the casino, the quality of the games is impressive with recognisable software companies like Pragmatic Play and Evolution just a couple of the names to partner with BetMaze.
There is a good volume of games too, with over 6,500 titles to dabble across. The majority are slots but there are in excess of 1,000 in the live casino too, which is impressive.
One factor that is a real shame, however, is the lack of a strong game filter. With such a strong collection of games, having the ability to easily narrow down game type, win lines and volatility would be a real benefit to users.
BetMaze Mobile App
Many of BetMaze's sister sites do not offer a mobile app, so we weren't sure whether we'd find one when conducting this review. A mobile app does exist, however, and is available for iOS and Android users.
There is not too much to note about the app itself, though. General download numbers and reviews are limited making it difficult to read too much into what is said.
The general look and feel of the app is near identical to the mobile-friendly browser version but, during our tests, it felt slightly less responsive. Don't get us wrong, it didn't perform tragically, but minor transition delays were notable compared to the browser version.
With this in mind, alongside the 66MB size consideration, we'd probably lean towards using the main website. The app hasn't been updated in over 12 months either, which is another point to note.
BetMaze Responsible Gambling
There are two different avenues to consider when looking at the BetMaze Responsible Gambling approach.
In the site footer, you will find a "Play Responsibly" link that talks about Betmaze's general approach to safer gambling. It then signposts some third-party support links and talks to the tools that are available on the site. This is just one long page of text, albeit with headings separating each area.
The better way of navigating the BetMaze Responsible Gambling information is from your main menu. Here, you can navigate through to your account section and access a different "Play Responsibly" link.
The structure here is much stronger, with a brief introduction then leading into dedicated buttons for each available tool, which are listed here:

You can click on any of those buttons to find out more about the tool and how it works, whilst also being able to activate the tool too.
Whilst neither section is "wrong", it's a real shame that BetMaze don't connect the dots for customers by putting the full information into the same place.
BetMaze Customer Support
Your first port of call where the Betmaze customer service is concerned is likely to be the site FAQ. It's a pretty decent offering too.
You'll find a well-structured page, complete with search bar, that clearly breaks out 10 key areas of help. These range from "Bonus & Promotion" to "Verification", with 121 different questions and answers laid out for you to explore.
If that doesn't answer your questions, there is also the option to email Betmaze or, for a quicker response, you can reach out to the customer service team via live chat. The live chat is available 24/7 and, generally, sees a good response from agents.
The one gripe we'd have is the fact you have to navigate "Fin The Bot" before getting to a human. Unfortunately, finding a non-bot driven live chat function is growing increasingly difficult, so it's hard to penalise Betmaze too heavily for it.
