Wondering how long it actually takes to get your money from Tote? We put the withdrawal time to the test using real money and a Visa debit card, receiving our money in 2 minutes, certainly not a terrible result.

In this guide, you will find our full test results, the step-by-step breakdown of the process, and tips to get your money out faster.

As part of my usual checks, I tested Tote’s withdrawal process to see how it performs in practice.

After depositing £5 via debit card to start, I noticed the minimum withdrawal was £10, so I added another £5 before requesting the withdrawal.

I submitted the withdrawal request at 1:33pm on 20/02/26, and the funds landed in my account just two minutes later at 1:35pm.

While the £10 minimum withdrawal is a slight inconvenience, the near-instant payout is an excellent result.

Tote Withdrawal Time for Each Payment Method

As one would imagine, Tote has come on leaps and bounds in the almost 100 years since its creation, now focusing a lot on the online version. On the withdrawal front, our result with a Visa debit card was quite good, but there is a noticeable lack of payment methods.

In the table below, we have collected everything you need to know about withdrawals at Tote, from the payment methods available to the withdrawal time for each.

What Is the Fastest Way to Withdraw Money From Tote?

Unfortunately, there are only three methods of payment offered by Tote: Visa, Mastercard and Apple Pay. However, this makes finding the fastest way to withdraw rather easy, and in our test we received our money after 2 minutes via Visa debit card.

Considering the site requires a minimum of £10 to withdraw funds, there are few positives about the process beyond the quick payments. Indeed, a lower minimum alongside or instead of more methods would have improved things a lot.

Ensure You Have Made a Deposit

It may seem obvious, but to withdraw, you will need to have made a deposit already with a debit card, and the below message will show if you have not.

    Enter the Withdrawal Amount

Now, you will need to enter your withdrawal amount. In this case, we chose the minimum of £10. Finally, tap the ‘Withdraw’ button. In our test, it took 2 minutes for the money to arrive, which was great.

Tote Withdrawal Time FAQ

As with any bookmaker, the withdrawal time depends on the payment method you choose to use. In any case, in our latest test, we received our money in 2 minutes when testing Tote with a Visa debit card.

Unfortunately, there are only three payment methods offered to punters at Tote: Apple Pay, Visa and Mastercard. The lack of an e-wallet is certainly felt, especially since many like the speed of withdrawals for those.

Customers must withdraw a minimum of £10 when using Tote. This is seen as slightly on the higher side for UK bookmakers, especially with a limited offering of payment methods.
