Although Playbook Gaming Limited is well-known for its white-label services, Rhino Bet is the one site that the company both owns and operates. The site was launched back in 2021 during the pandemic, aimed at making the most of the online gambling spike, and it is thus considered to be one of the new betting sites in the UK.
The sportsbook leaves a lot to be desired, at least compared to the best UK bookmakers, and the welcome offer is also a poor one. From time to time, however, Playbook Gaming will offer a decent deal on one of its white-label sites. As such, given the many sister sites, it is not exactly surprising that punters are attentive to this.
The fact that NRG Bet is our favourite is not really surprising, with it also being owned by Playbook/Sharedbet. The welcome offers are decent and the sportsbook is, of course, the same as Rhino Bet. Anyone who likes to place bets on the latter will certainly enjoy NRG Bet as well, but that cannot be said for all of the sisters.
Below, we review each of Rhino Bet sister sites and as they are fundamentally the same product, we focus on the differences between them.
NRG BET is one of the newest betting sites in the UK, having launched at the start of 2024, and it uses the Playbook Gaming platform. It's technically operated by Sharedbet Limited, and not Playbook Gaming like the other sites here, but these two companies are from the same people. In short, NRG BET is definitely a sister site of Rhino Bet.
The sportsbook is exactly the same as the others (what a shocker!), but the best welcome offer of the bunch can be found here, at least in our opinion. Punters can claim a £10 free bet by depositing and staking at least £20 with minimum odds of evens. In other words, this is slightly better than Rhino Bet which gives the same free bet for staking £25.
BresBet was launched in 2021 and is owned by the horse racing enthusiast Nic Brereton. Having said that, the site is operated by Playbook Gaming and thus sports the same design as its sister sites. The colour scheme is a bit more colourful but that is the only difference as far as the sportsbook goes.
The bookmaker is actually on our bookmakers blacklist as it suffers from a poor welcome offer - 50% of losses refunded on the first day - and a lack of customer support. The latter can be said for all of the Playbook Gaming sites, to be honest, but some are better than others. As we also stated in our review of BresBet, it is not worth signing up.
Dragonbet is owned by Lovell Brothers Limited and during its infancy, it was actually not operated by Playbook Gaming. After the previous provider was taken over by another company in 2023, though, Dragonbet opted to switch sportsbook providers and it has been under the Playbook umbrella since.
The bookmaker focuses heavily on the Welsh market and while this has attracted some punters, the site is not that impressive. The sportsbook lacks several key features and, above all, there is no betting offer for new customers to claim. Similarly to BresBet, we thus recommended other options instead in our review of the site.
Planet Sport Bet hit the market in 2021 and is owned by the Football 365 group, which is responsible for popular news sites such as Team Talk and Planet F1. The site is operated by Playbook Gaming and while famous people such as Robbie Savage have been brand ambassadors, the brand has never taken off.
The bookmaker used to have a pretty good bet £10 get £10 welcome offer for punters to claim, but it has since been scrapped. This lack of a betting sign-up deal, as well as the subpar sportsbook and poor customer support, means Planet Sport Bet has no chance of competing with the big sites in the UK.

New betting sites are often synonymous with welcome offers in the UK, as punters look to find deals they are yet to claim, but Rhino Bet's sister sites are not the best for this purpose.
