It was another big weekend in League Two, and not much has changed at the top of the division. Instead, positions have been strengthened, but the same cannot be said at the bottom.
Let's dive in.
The title race in League Two is becoming less of a race as the season goes on, and that is due to Bromley’s domination at the top. Before the weekend, they already had a pretty established lead, and it is not getting smaller.
You can only beat what is in front of you, and it was Swindon on Saturday, who were considered one of the title challengers this season. However, two losses in a row have removed them from the picture.
Nevertheless, their 2-1 win against the Robins means that the leaders have retained their six-point lead at the top. There are seemingly no signs of the Bromley train slowing down, too, which only makes it more difficult to look past them to win the division.
However, they are not alone at the top; in fact, all of the top four won, and this creates issues for where we place certain teams.
Below, we have collected the top teams - aside from the big favourites - and their respective odds to finish top 7 in the 2025/26 League Two season.

It is bold to put Bromley in a category of their own. Things can change quickly, and they often do in the EFL. So, the six-point gap could quickly change, so we head to second, where Salford also have a game in hand.
They very well could be in the above category, but the proximity of the play-off chasers means it is better to lump them all together.
Getting back to the Ammies, they only scored once against Bristol Rovers, but it was all they needed, and they claimed another three points. No complaints from them, after all, it keeps their fine run going.
As it stands, MK Dons take the final automatic promotion spot, sitting third in the league. A second straight win in a row has strengthened them in the promotion market, and after scoring five goals, it is not a surprise.
Whilst still a bit bumpy in the past few months, they are slowly looking more like the team that people thought they would be in pre-season.
That third-place spot is not massively secure, though, considering Cambridge United and Walsall also sit on 47 points.
Cambridge certainly left it a little late, but they managed to grab a 4-2 win against Tranmere this weekend. A fine display of heart, which certainly may have left a few fans with their hearts in their mouths after going behind twice.
For Walsall, it was not as entertaining, given they drew yet another game. Like they did last year, their likelihood of promotion is slipping, and it is understandable why they are now as big as 7/4 to go up.
Another loss for Swindon means that they are in a troubling position in sixth, but they still remain safe at present. Elsewhere, Notts County grabbed another three points against Crewe, which has extended the gap to eighth to three points.
Saying that, though, Colchester, Chesterfield and Grimsby all sit above 40 points, so they are in striking distance of a play-off place. It seems it could go to the wire, and the prices are fairly nice if you wish to take a chance.
For example, Colchester are 11/8 to get a spot in the top seven with Betfred, whilst Grimsby are 9/4 with Spreadex.
Below, we have collected the top three teams and their respective odds to be relegated in the 2025/26 League Two season.
At the bottom, things have been shaken up a little.
Harrogate now sit bottom of the league, and it is understandable why this is the case. Their form is atrocious, and the 3-0 defeat to an out-of-form Gillingham side is rather telling. It is clear why they are at such a low price for the drop.
Newport, however, keep things interesting. Points change things quickly, and their win against Chesterfield has shaken things up massively. Whilst they remain in the bottom two, they are only a point away from ‘safety’.
Bristol Rovers sit on 21 points, and they are very catchable with their recent form reading horribly. They are in severe danger of dropping into the National League. Shrewsbury and Crawley have a small distance away from the bottom two, sitting on 22 points each, and that may just be enough to breathe a little…
The bookmakers certainly think so, with both teams priced at 9/2 to go down. Not safe, but not massively in danger.
