The 2025 Premier League roadshow moves onto Liverpool and the M&S Bank Arena for night 12 of this year's campaign. Just five nights remain until the cut-off for the Playoffs at the 02 Arena in London, and all of these players will want to start making their move before it's too late.
Stephen Bunting will be playing in front of his home crowd tonight and must carry on his upturn in form if he's to close the gap on the top 4.
Chris Dobey reigned supreme in Rotterdam last week to claim his first nightly title of the season. Three 100-plus averages secured the Beddlington star maximum points and the £10,000 bonus as he closed the gap to the playoff spots to just 3 points.
Luke Humphries was very poor last week in Rotterdam after playing beautifully the week before. He averaged just 90.17 during his 6-3 defeat against Chris Dobey, and Cool Hand failed to register a maximum.
The world number 1 looked back to his best on night 10 when he averaged 118.43 in a 6-1 victory over Stephen Bunting, but inconsistency has been the biggest hindrance to his season so far.
Humphries remains second in the Premier League table and is on course to qualify for the playoffs with an eight-point buffer to 5th place. He's seven points behind Littler in first place, though, and will need to start picking up results soon if he's to catch The Nuke.
Nathan Aspinall continued his good form in Rotterdam, beating Gerwyn Price 6-3 with a 97.02 in his opener before losing to eventual winner Chris Dobey in the semi-final. The Asp is up to third place in the table, two points ahead of Michael van Gerwen in 5th, and a good end to his campaign will see him qualify for the finals night in London.
I really like Aspinall most 180s here because Humphries has been extremely inconsistent with his power scoring lately, highlighted by the fact he failed to hit a maximum last week.
The Asp himself hit 8 maximums in two matches in Rotterdam and hit 12 in three matches during his Night 10 win in Birmingham.

Michael van Gerwen showed everyone exactly why he's an all-time great and remains as dangerous as ever after winning European Tour 4 on Monday.
A running average of over 100 whilst struggling with his action and his confidence should do him the world of good coming into tonight.
The Dutchman is under huge pressure at the moment, though, after losing 3 of his last 4 matches in the Premier League. He's now down to 5th in the table and in real danger of missing out on the playoffs if he doesn't start picking up consistent points.
Luke Littler hasn't made it through to a final since winning Night 8, but he remains top of the Premier League table by 7 points. The Nuke beat Rob Cross in the quarter-final, with a 108.56 average, before losing to Stephen Bunting in the semi-finals, but averaging 101.39 in Rotterdam.
This looks set to be an interesting contest as MVG and Littler renew their rivalry. MVG showed signs of his brilliant best during Euro Tour 4, but continues to struggle in the Premier League.
For me, the safest bet is the teenager playing well, especially as he'll want to stamp down his authority on the Dutchman. The Nuke has a running average of 103.41 over 25 matches during the Premier League, and I expect him to be bang up for this again tonight.

Rob Cross has lost his last three matches in the Premier League and has slipped to 7th in the table, 3 points adrift from the Playoff places. He hasn't played badly, though, averaging 99.68, 97.93, and 110.15 in last week's defeat to Luke Littler.
Voltage also lost in the last 16 of Euro Tour 4 on Sunday, 6-4 against Krzysztof Ratajski, but again played well, averaging 98.37. Losing becomes a habit, though, and when you're struggling for wins, it becomes harder and harder to get over the line, and he may suffer the same fate again tonight.
Stephen Bunting has continued his remarkable turnaround during this year's Premier League, and after another solid night in Rotterdam, he's closed the gap to seven points to the top 4. He reached the final last week, losing out 6-4 to Chris Dobey, but beat MVG and Littler before that.
The Bullet has lost just three from his last 17 matches in all competitions, and I expect that to continue tonight against Cross, who has won just 1 of his previous 6.

Gerwyn Price is hanging onto 4th place in the Premier League table after winning just one of his last four matches, including 3 in a row.
He looks to have lost his mojo over the past few weeks, and the Welshman has to be fired up in order to play well. If he doesn't get back on track, he could be in danger of missing the playoffs, as he has in-form players ready to pounce.
One of those in-form players is Chris Dobey, who claimed his maiden nightly win of the season in Rotterdam and comes here just 3 points behind the Welshman in 4th. Dobey averaged over 100 for the night last week and hit 14 maximums in three matches.
Scoring power is essential to Dobey's game, so it was no surprise to see him win last week when he rediscovered that scoring ability.
This match all depends on Price, so I'd be reluctant to pick a winner, however, The Iceman hasn't played well over the past few weeks, and after Dobey's maximum masterclass last week, he looks great value to do the same here.
