Luke Woodhouse has been solid as a rock in this tournament, and has reached the last 16 with relative ease. Woody has lost just two sets throughout the tournament, but all three of his opponents have failed to average over 90.
Krzysztof Ratajski survived match darts to recover from 3-1 down to overcome Wesley Plaisier in the last 32. The Polish Eagle showed a lot of grit to come through that tie, and i think he'll relax now and treat this as a free role.
I think Ratajski will come through this match, but not without a fight from Woodhouse, so over 4.5 180s looks likely if we see over 5 sets.

Jonny Clayton looks to have played himself into the Premier League, and will no doubt secure that with a victory this afternoon. He held himself brilliantly in the previous round to overcome a valient display from Niels Zonneveld. The Ferret produced 11 maximums and an average of 98.44 to battle through 4-3.
Andreas Harrysson has proved that he belongs at this level, and if he continues to be as solid as he has been, he will cause Clayton big problems. The big Swede averaged 96.11 during his 4-2 victory over Ricardo Pietreczko and if he plays at that level today, he will remain competitive.
Harrysson could easily cause a shock here, it wouldn't surprise me at all. However, he's a deceivingly high scorer and if this goes to at least 6 sets, he will hit more than 5 maximums.

Justin Hood has made an excellent impression on his World Championship debut, although a few weaknesses began to show in his win over Ryan Meikle. He still performed to a high level with a 94.68 average, but he’ll know he’ll need to raise that standard again to handle the Northern Irishman.
Josh Rock looked sharp and fully focused in his 4-1 win against Callan Rydz, firing in nine 180s and averaging just under 99. Rock might feel a little hard done by having to play in the evening session and then return for an afternoon match the next day, so getting himself fully switched on again will be important.
Overall, Rock appears to be in excellent form, and while Hood has shown he can deal with pressure, this match feels like it could be one step too far for him.

Charlie Manby has been the story of the tournament so far, and has handled the expectations fantastically well. He came into this as many peoples dark horse to progress, and he's done just that without having to show his A game.
Gian van Veen continues to look like someone who is a genuine contender for this year's World Championship. He faces a tough test tonight, but if he keeps playing like he has done, he should be fine.
This seems like a genuine future rivalry, and I can see there being plenty more battles between them both on that stage. Tonight though, experience will be key, and I think the Dutchman will come through this in 6 sets.

This has all the makings of a classic, with two all-time greats going head-to-head for a spot in the World Championship quarter-finals. These two know each other’s games better than almost anyone, having crossed paths countless times on the biggest stages over the years. Both were pushed hard in their opening matches, but since then they’ve stepped up a level and looked far more convincing.
Gary Anderson has arguably caught the eye the most, playing with a relaxed confidence and producing flashes of his very best form, although his finishing has let him down at times. Michael van Gerwen, meanwhile, has looked completely locked in since surviving an early scare in round one, and I’m expecting another strong performance from the Dutchman here.
From a betting point of view, I’d personally avoid picking a winner because this feels like a genuine coin-flip. Where the value really stands out is in the 180s market.
Anderson has been piling in the maximums, especially in his win over Wattimena where he landed 14, and MVG has also been scoring heavily. If this goes the distance, as I expect, there should be plenty of chances for both players to rack up those 180s.
