Saturday's Football fixtures are a huge part of the English tradition and I'm here to provide some insight and try and find the best value in selected matches.
Brighton have lost Joao Pedro and are fighting to keep hold of Carlos Baleba which could well halt their momentum. However, the Seagulls have won their season opener in their previous four campaigns, a club record.
Fulham have one just one of their last eight season openers, and after a quiet summer transfer window, they may struggle to break down the home side.
Sunderland return to the promise land after an 8 year absence and will hope to give Premier League survival a good go. Home support will be key this season, especially today with a sold out Stadium of Light for their return to the top flight.
West Ham have had a good pre season but with question marks over Lucas Paqueta's commitment and the loss of Kudus, they could be in for a long season.
Thomas Frank takes over the reigns at Spurs, and after their European success and a strong summer transfer window, they look more than likely to progress this season. After a bitterly disapointing campaign in 24/25, they have been handed a nice fixture to start.
Burnley, led by former Tottenham player, Scott Parker, were promoted last season with 100 points. It's going to be a hard task again for The Clarets to achieve Premier League survival, especially after losing a few key players of the summer.
Preston have started the season well, with a point away at QPR and a midweek cup victory against Barrow. Leicester though, look far the superior side, and after an opening day victory against Sheffield Wednesday, they look fantastic value to register back to back wins to start their Championship campaign.
Millwall have made an encouraging start to the season with a victory away at Norwich and a midweek cup win away to Newport. They'll be happy to get back to The Den and take advantage of a home fixture here.
Middlesbrough struggled to overcome Swansea on the opening day and followed that up with an embarrassing 4-0 home defeat to Doncaster in the cup. An away fixture against the in form Lions could not have come at a worse time, and they may concede a few again here.
