Founded in 2020, Vickers Bet has gone through quite a few changes leading up to today's version. Available online and via a mobile app, there is plenty that makes it a modern-day option for customers.
In this review, we put the site to the test by signing up, verifying our account, depositing real money, placing bets and withdrawing funds. All to give you a full, honest look at what it's really like to bet at Vickers Bet, and whether it competes with other options on the market.

Vickers Bet, whilst not a well-known betting and casino option, isn't a bad one. The site features a nice interface, as does the app, and it's clear that punters are the priority, judging by the low betting margins.
Featuring almost 25 different sports, there is also a very strong range of markets available for each, with elite fixtures as easy to find as low-level options. Additionally, a strong casino area and speedy withdrawals (less than an hour for us) help build the brand.
However, the lack of payment methods makes the site questionable in itself, as do the limitations on some of the 'premium' football and horse racing markets. All things considered, Vickers Bet can be descrived as average with a plus.

Vickers Bet is still part of the list of new betting sites that launched in the UK, having been released in 2020. Since then, the site has been through a couple of platforms (including Playbook Gaming), so it's not exactly surprising that some punters might not recognise it.
For the current version, the site has partnered with Swifty Global to assist with its sportsbook and casino - the fact that it looks the same as Swifty Sports is only a giveaway about this - and there is certainly a lot to like about this platform.
In this review, we take a look at everything you need to know about this bookmaker. By the end, you should be able to make an informed decision about whether to sign up or not.
There is a bit of a strange situation with BetVickers' UKGC license, as the site is registered under two different companies. The account listed on site - 66877 - does follow through to Vickers Bet, under the license name of J R & S Leisure Limited.
However, when searching Vickers Bet on the UKGC website, the account returns with number 2203, licensed under the name 'Johan Vickers'. This is certainly a bit strange.
Nevertheless, the site holds the relevant licensing, maybe twice as much as is actually needed, so it's definitely regulated by the Gambling Commission, making it safe and legit.
Despite it being a newer bookmaker, the site has plenty of reviews in the UK, and they are not overwhelmingly positive. In fact, the Trustpilot score is just 1.8, which isn't great. In addition to this, 77% of reviews so far have been 1-star.
Betting sites are rarely rated well, but this is definitely not great.
There has never been any regulatory action taken against Vickers Bet, and this is to be expected. Nevertheless, it still deserves to be praised and bodes well for any potential customers.

There are actually a few promotions offered at Vickers Bet, which aid the experience, especially if you like racing.
The first two are quite common, with customers getting extra places on selected UK and Irish races, whilst also getting a boost on accumulators depending on how many selections are made. Both can still be appreciated, of course.
Then, there are two other promotions of note. The first is a money-back offer on certain races, where if your horse comes second, you will get your money back as a free bet. Finally, on Fridays, any money lost in the casino, you will get a percentage back.
This section is called deposit methods, but that is a bit of an oversight. Unfortunately, Vickers Bet only offers one payment method for all customers: debit cards. The lack of an e-wallet or even a digital wallet is really poor for a site that is older than five years now.
With that said, the £5 deposit minimum is welcomed, but whether it makes up for the lack of methods on offer is debatable. We have collected everything you need to know about deposits at Vickers Bet below:
| Payment Method | Min Deposit | Max Deposit | Deposit Fee | Processing Time | Triggers Bonus |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Visa | £5 | Not specified | No fee | Instant | |
Mastercard | £5 | Not specified | No fee | Instant |
Depositing funds into a Vickers Bet account is very easy, but we have put together a step-by-step guide if you need some assistance:
After you have created an account, head to the 'Profile' area, which can be found via the icon in the top right. Then, tap 'Deposit'.
Next, you need to select which payment method you would like to use. However, the fact that only one is offered says something in itself.
Finally, enter how much you would like to deposit, and enter your card details. Payments are instant, so you can begin betting straight after you have completed the process.
There are certainly a few positives about Vickers Bet on this front. The fact that our payment arrived in less than an hour is pretty nice. Additionally, the £5 minimum remains for withdrawals and is welcome.
However, once again, it's really frustrating that you only have one method to choose from. Below, we have collected everything you need to know about the withdrawal methods at Vickers Bet.
| Payment Method | Min Withdrawal | Max Withdrawal | Withdrawal Fee | Withdrawal Time |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Visa | £5 | Not specified | No fee | 55 minutes in our test |
Mastercard | £5 | Not specified | No fee | 1-3 business days |
If you are unfamiliar with the withdrawal process at Vickers Bet, you can follow our step-by-step guide below:
Once again, we need to head to the 'Settings' menu. So, tap the icon in the top right, and then 'Withdraw' when given the option.
Following this, you will be asked how much you would like to withdraw. Of course, there is no choice to change methods, given that only one is offered.
Finally, submit the request for your withdrawal, and wait for your money to arrive. In our test - conducted in December 2025 - we were left waiting for 55 minutes for the funds to arrive. A pretty good result, one must say.
Bookmakers must be able to identify you as a customer, which is why there are so many personal questions when you sign up to a betting site, also known as the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. However, there are occasions where this fails.
In these situations, you can upload any of the following documents to verify yourself:
Failing KYC is not the end of the world, and it can be for simple errors. Most of the time, submitting one of these documents will get your account up and running again pretty quickly.
Vickers Bet was launched in 2020, and in the years since, the site has grown thanks to the help of Swifty Global. The platform isn't the most well-known name on the market, but its implementation has certainly helped here.
If you have used Swifty Sports, the site will feel very familiar, thanks to the use of its tried and tested sportsbook interface. It also extends to the markets themselves.
There are just under 25 sports available to bet on with Vickers Bet, which is a pretty standard amount for a bookmaker of this size. With that said, there are some omissions from that list, such as E-sports, political markets and even specials.
Of course, these are not essentials, but they are always welcome.
As one would expect, the main markets are available, so you can easily bet on football and horse racing, among other sports, with upcoming fixtures shown on the homepage to make punting quick.
The football markets are quite solid, but there are certainly a few lacking options. You cannot bet on shots or fouls, but goalscorers and results are available. So, if you wish to make a bet builder, the choices are limited.
Given that you can search for leagues directly, it again points towards Vickers Bet prioritising ease of use, which can always be appreciated.
Horse racing also brings some intrigue for punters; the fixtures available are solid and prices are also boosted on a regular basis. However, the lack of place markets is disappointing, as is the omission of live streaming.
There is a lot to like, but there are also several things that need to be improved if this is to become one of the best betting sites available.
There is quite a lot to like about the casino section of the site (and app, for that matter), even if it's not really a casino option.
Featuring a long list of options from Pragmatic Play, the site boasts a rather impressive library. So, the 'Big Bass' series of games is available, as are lesser-known options like 'Starlight Princess', which isn't always easy to find in the UK.
The site also features a themed selection of games. We reviewed the site in the run-up to Christmas, and there were plenty of Xmas-themed slots highlighted, so it's nice to see the interface being updated.
Then, there is also a nice set of 'Live Casino' choices. Blackjack, baccarat and roulette are all offered - unfortunately, there is no Poker available, so it may be worth heading elsewhere if this is your go-to - and there are multiple tables for each.
Customers have the option to bet as much as £10,000 per hand, too. So, if you are looking for a high-stakes casino site, this may be the one for you.
As one would expect for a bookmaker that has been around for more than a few years now, an app is available on iOS and Android for Vickers Bet, and it's pretty solid indeed.
The interface makes it easy to get around, even if some areas may need a bit of a rework. For example, the 'Search' area features all the sports, not just a search bar. But the good news is it's very responsive, and if you want to place a bet, you can do so quickly.
Since the casino also being accessible through the app, this only boosts its usability. Punters now seek the ability to find a casino and sportsbook inside of one app, so Vickers Bet passes again here.
It is probably not one of the best mobile apps on the market. However, in its category, it certainly does well.
Ensuring that punters in the UK gamble safely is a priority for the UKGC, and failing to offer the needed tools can result in fines for bookmakers. So, ensuring that they can support customers is a must.
For Vickers Bet, it is no different, so the following tools are readily available:
GamStop and BeGambleAware are also shown in the bottom banner, next to a Safer Gambling link, so we can certainly tell that the site is focusing on ensuring customer safety. If you need to use the tools, we always recommend you do, there is no shame in doing so.
There are four ways to get customer support on Vickers Bet, which is really promising. Firstly, there is the FAQ section, but this is just a text page, with no area to actually ask questions.
That leaves three methods of communicating with the site. Firstly is the on-site live chat, which is open between 10 am and 9 pm. With the same opening times, a phone line is available for those in the UK.
Finally, there is an email system in place, but there is no information about how long it takes for them to respond. Below, we have collected everything you need to know about the customer support at Vickers Bet:
| Chat | Yes |

| Phone | 01325 402001 |

If you are looking to sign up on Vickers Bet, you can follow our step-by-step guide on how to do so below:
You can also use our link at the top of this page, or the banner at the top, which will bring you straight to the welcome offer and the registration form.
The first step is to enter your email to see whether you already have an account set up. If you don't, then you can proceed to the next step.
Following this, you need to provide your personal details. So, enter your name and date of birth, amongst other information. However, you will not need to provide you address information.
Finally, you will be asked to verify your account using your email and phone number. Then, Vickers Bet requires you to upload a few forms of ID to prove you are who you say you are, and you live where you say you do.
It is an interesting way to ask for the information. However, it saves the need to verify later on.
