Hotstreak Casino UK Review and Expert Tests (2025)
Hotstreak Casino may sound familiar to some, having been operating as a casino-only site since 2022. However, significant changes were made in mid-2025 as a sportsbook was introduced, widening the scope for Hotstreak and its owner Grace Media.

Hotstreak Casino deserves a fair bit of credit from an ambition point of view, with the introduction of the sportsbook, but there are some cracks to patch. Our review was initially heading in a very negative direction as we could not even access the sportsbook across several devices.
However, we got in contact with the site's customer support team and it was made clear that the problem would be fixed. Sure enough, eventually we were able to access the sportsbook, so credit to Hotstreak for this.
That said, the sportsbook is not fantastic. It feels a little cluttered and bland, but this can perhaps be forgiven since it is a new site. The betting margins help with an average of 6.23%, but the withdrawal time (30 hours in our test) pulls the site back down a little again.
In terms of the casino, it is not terrible but it does not blow you away either. In fact, it is pretty much just a hub for Pragmatic Play titles, like the 'Big Bass' series. If you want to play these games, feel free to try the site by all means. And oh, there is only an app for Android and not iOS.

Hotstreak Casino was initially created in 2022. Its ownership, Grace Media, relaunched the site in 2025, mainly looking to target the casino market. The company mostly offers white-label sites, though Hotstreak is one of its owned brands.
What is a bit worrying is that there are more than 40 inactive sites listed on the license; something that really does not bode well for this project. With that said, though, there are certainly bigger worries than the number of failed projects.
Based on our experience, we would not be too surprised if it heads in the same direction as its sister sites, to be brutally honest.
In this review, we will take a look at everything that Hotstreak Casino has to offer. We will also highlight the pros and cons, so that you can make an informed decision about whether to sign up or not.

Hotstreak Casino is not a well-known brand in the UK, nor is its parent company, Grace Media. Despite the fact that it has around 80 operations listed on its UKGC site. The fire-theme brand is one of them, and this means it's regulated and licensed by the Gambling Commission (under number 57869).
This means that the site is safe and watched by a regulator, meaning it is a 'proper' option to try and sign up with, rather than a dangerous site. Furthermore, Grace Media is licensed to operate bingo, casino and betting, covering all bases of Hotstreak Casino.

💰 Has Hotstreak Casino Been Fined by the UKGC?
Unfortunately, Grace Media, the site's owners, have recently been fined by the UKGC. Something which is much worse than a fine a few years back, for example. The company broke self-restriction rules as well as electronic marketing consent breaches.
Whilst the fine was only low (£60,000) it is still not a good look, and something to consider.

As outlined during the overall score section, we initially could not access the sportsbook on the site. This was after several attempts on a number of different devices. So, we got in contact with Hotstreak Casino. Then, just a day or so later, we could access the site.
For this alone, we must give credit to them.
On the site, around 30 different sports are offered, featuring some of the most popular options like football and darts, whilst 'Winter Sports' and 'Bandy' are also available to bet on. However, there are no horse racing offerings, which is a big letdown.
What must be noted here, though, is that the site is not too kind to the use of other sites whilst browsing the sportsbook. If you change the tab, you will be forced to wait for the site to reload. Over time, this adds up.

There is a really strong set of football betting options, which is immediately noticeable. Featured fixtures are displayed at the top of the site, whilst the side banner displays a list of different leagues, rather than different sports.
There are more than 150 different markets available too, which is certainly a good thing for those looking to use the site's bet builder feature. Furthermore, the betting margins of 6.23% add a lot of value for punters, as does the Early Payout promotion.
Again, though, the site does struggle a little bit when displaying the array of markets, which does slow the process down.

Considering its name, the focus on slots is already somewhat evident from the off. The fact that the site's URL includes casino, as well as the landing page, also suggests that this is the primary focus.
Anyway, the site is presented rather traditionally, at least in a casino manner. A promotional banner flicks through once you load in, whilst you are immediately shown a list of 'Hot Slots' to browse through.
The sections are not interactable with, unfortunately. So, you have to scroll through the list of different sections of games, which includes 'New', 'Featured' and 'Megaways'. A search bar at the top does help a little if you want to play a specific game.
Using the search bar is a little underwhelming, though. Instead of being able to find or sort by providers, you can only find games, which is rather poor.
It is also worth noting that the site is dominated by options provided by Pragmatic Play. This means you will not struggle to find popular games like 'Gates of Olympus', 'Sugar Rush' and '5 Lions'.
Other providers are rather limited, though. This means you will have to find other casinos to play games from NetEnt (Pirots), No Limit City (Mental) and Hacksaw Gaming (Le Bandit).
For a site that prioritises its casino, it does not feel like a massively enticing offering. In other words, there are several better casinos.
Hotstreak Casino's Mobile App
At first, it did not seem like there was an app offered for Hotstreak Casino. However, when searching for Hotstreak 'Slots', instead, we actually found an app available on the Google Play Store.
There have been more than a thousand downloads so far, but the ratings are not too positive, with only a three-star rating. It also does not seem like it is regularly updated, given it has not been touched by Grace Media Ltd since October 2024.
Whether the sportsbook is available on the app, too, is unknown from the preview pictures.
There has been an omission of any information about an iOS app for good reason. Put simply, one is not available for customers with these devices.
However, Grace Media does not offer any iOS apps for its other ventures. In other words, it seems unlikely that these players will be able to leave the web browser just yet.

Customer support is a must-get-right area of any business. But Hotstreak Casino falls a little short of the mark. From the initial email where we were told our account was not verified, we exhausted several methods of contact without much success. Something which the six-hour solution time highlights.
A live chat, which is supposedly available 24/7, was not responsive and did not even allow us to enter the area. Our initial emails were not replied to. When trying a different email listed on the site, the issue was checked quickly, to the site's credit.
Then, Hotstreak Casino also offers an SMS help line. When trying that, we were not supported much more, with our enquiry acknowledged before it went silent for a decent period of time.
If you are looking for fast support, you will certainly struggle to get it with Hotstreak Casino; that much is certain, at least from our experiences across multiple methods. However, we did eventually get our issues solved. Even if it was far from the 'Top-Tier' service they suggest it is.
To sort this, we would streamline the number of different email addresses available, fix the live chat area, and provide quicker replies. Of course, this is not an easy thing to do overnight, though.
