With a reputation to protect, a lot of effort has clearly gone into Grosvenor's online casino and sportsbook. I was pleasantly surprised when I first encountered the latter, but everything made sense once I heard about the Kambi partnership. It is hard to go wrong when you have the latter in place, as evidenced by so many big bookies in recent years.
The bet builder tool is comprehensive, best odds guaranteed is offered and there is an impressive list of sports available to bet on. To top it all off, the design is very nice and makes browsing the sportsbook a smooth experience. As such, it goes without saying that Grosvenor deserves a high score.
Seeing as the Grosvenor brand has been around since the 1970s, through casinos up and down the UK, most punters will already be familiar with the logo. The online product was obviously launched later and a sportsbook was also added in 2016 as Grosvenor looked to establish itself as one of the best both on- and offline.
Rank Group owns Grosvenor and has a UKGC licence through Rank Interactive Limited (account number 57924). There are quite a few other sites under the same licence, meaning Grosvenor has some sister sites. In any case, punters can be certain that it is safe and secure to sign up for the reputable Grosvenor.
On the other hand, security is not a guarantee for high quality and the Trustpilot rating attests to this, with 1.6 out of five stars. Many good bookies have low scores on the platform, such as bet365, but it is still worth keeping in mind before signing up.
Instead of the usual bet and get structure, Grosvenor has opted for a welcome offer that doubles the odds of the first bet. To qualify, you must place a bet of at least and at most £10 and use the boost token within 60 days of qualifying. It should be noted that while the offer says that the odds will be doubled, it is actually the profit from the bet which is doubled.
In other words, if you were to place a £10 bet with odds of evens, you would thus get your £10 profit doubled (if the selection wins). There is also no mention of minimum odds, which is great, but Grosvenor's offer is still a bit behind the best sign-up deals on the market.

There is a decent amount of payment methods at Grosvenor and almost all of them benefit from a £5 minimum deposit, aside from PayPal which has a minimum of £10. It is possible to withdraw just £5 with the latter, though, so that is good. Below we have collected everything you need to know about deposits and withdrawals at Grosvenor.

Grosvenor is one of the heavy hitters on the casino front, that much is certain, but punters might be a bit apprehensive about the sportsbook. Right off the bat, this apprehension might be squashed by the fact that Kambi provides the sportsbook for the bookie, which is great news considering it also partners with the likes of Unibet, LiveScore Bet, BetMGM and so on.
In total, there are around 25 different sports to bet on, including less popular ones such as bowling, cycling and lacrosse. As for the big sports, starting with football, it is well taken care of at Grosvenor and that was to be expected with Kambi. A good amount of markets are offered for most games, even more so for Premier League ones, and there is a comprehensive bet builder tool as well.
The betting margins are very good, with our test showing an average of 5.44%, and this means punters can rely on getting as much as possible from winning bets. Moving on to horse racing, meetings from all over the world are available and we quite like the design of the section, highlighting some useful stats as well as the odds.
Live streaming is also available for horse racing, which is great, and best odds guaranteed is offered for UK, Irish and US races. Esports is another positive for Grosvenor, seeing as some bookies still fail to offer it, and here punters can find games like CS2, League of Legends, Rainbow 6 and more. In short, very comprehensive.
Overall, we are big fans of the Grosvenor sportsbook but again, that was to be expected given the Kambi partnership. The latter is one of the biggest and best providers in the world so anything other than a high standard would have been very strange.
Like any other respectable betting site, Grosvenor has an app that customers can download. Compared to the best betting apps in the UK, it seems to be doing okay with an average rating of 4.2/5 stars on the App Store for iOS. The Google Play Store (for Android) rating is not as flattering, with a rating of 2./5 stars.
Most of the Android reviews are old, and updates have been released since, so hopefully the issues have been fixed by the bookie. That seems to be the case, anyway, as there are no new negative reviews of the app. Overall, it appears Grosvenor's app will do the job and a little more, once again helped by Kambi's solutions.
Customer support is very important for any betting site and given Grosvenor's reputation, both online and in-shop, a high standard is expected. In the top menu of the site, rather than buried at the bottom, there is a 'Support' option and this brings you to the customer support landing page. Here, in addition to FAQs, you will also find a live chat option in the bottom right corner.
The support staff at Grosvenor is available between 07:00 and 22:30 every day, while customers can turn to a chatbot outside of these hours. 24/7 support would have been nice, but to be honest Grosvenor covers so many hours anyway that we cannot really complain.

I opened a betting account with them and used it for a few weeks and then they suspended it for no reason. I asked why and they said they needed proof of identity. They wanted a photo of my driving license or passport and a utility bill with my name and address on. I though it was a scam so I said Im not sending them so they reopen my account
