BetTom certainly has a bit of an advantage when it comes to stepping into the betting industry. Thanks to its partnership with EveryMatrix, it is in good standing for success. Especially with the brand being supported by a wide range of experience in the industry.
Unfortunately, there is little that can be said about the reviews from users, given that there are fewer than 10 to look at across iOS and Android, which is rather unfortunate.
Nevertheless, this is where we step in, and hope to give you a more true view of the app, and whether it is worth downloading.
BetTom offers two welcome offers to new customers: one for the sportsbook and the other for the casino.

If you would like to find out how to register on the BetTom App, you can follow our step-by-step guide below:
Head to your respective app store and then download the BetTom app to start the sign-up process. Alternatively, you can use our link, which also gives you access to the bonus code.
To sign up, tap the 'Join' button shown in the top right corner of the page.

It is normal for betting sites to make a number of different pages for relevant sections. However, BetTom prefers a scrollable sign-up, meaning everything is in one place, which is certainly more convenient.
Of course, here we need to fill out the relevant information (things such as your name, address, date of birth, and so on). Additionally, you will create your account details here too.
Finally, you will be asked to confirm your preferences, which are related to marketing. Once done, tap 'Join' and you can begin betting!
With new betting sites, we often come across a lack of payment methods in the cashier, and this is unfortunately the case here. In fact, there is only one option, which is debit card payments.
Even if this is a very popular method for bookmakers, the lack of an e-wallet, or something of that ilk is noticeable, and it does take away from the experience. Of course, it is unfortunate, but this can certainly be improved with time.
Below, we have collected everything you need to know about deposits and withdrawals on the BetTom app:
| Payment Method | Min Deposit | Max Deposit | Deposit Fee | Processing Time |
|---|---|---|---|---|
Visa | £10 | £4,000 | No fee | Instant |
Mastercard | £10 | £4,000 | No fee | Instant |
| Payment Method | Min Withdrawal | Max Withdrawal | Withdrawal Fee | Withdrawal Time |
|---|---|---|---|---|
Visa | £10 | £25,000 | No fee | 2 minutes in our test |
Mastercard | £10 | £25,000 | No fee | Up to 5 business days |
If you are new to the BetTom app and would like some assistance with depositing funds, you can follow our step-by-step guide below:
Once you have logged in to your BetTom account, simply tap the 'Profile' icon shown in the top right corner. Then, tap the 'Deposit' option in the menu, which is shown below, to enter the cashier.
In the future, you can tap the 'Deposit' option shown next to the profile icon from the home screen.
The first step to depositing is to choose your deposit method. Naturally, the site will select a debit card, as that is the only method available with Apple Pay not working (at the time of writing).
Following this, you will need to insert the amount that you would like to deposit into the box shown below the payment method area. Of course, this must be higher than or equal to £10 if you are using a debit card.
Then, tap to confirm that you understand the terms of a deposit, and a pop-up showing your deposit amount will appear, as seen below.
Following this, you will be taken to a new screen to enter your payment details. After doing this, you may need to verify your payment with your bank, though this can be done in seconds.
If you are unsure about how to withdraw funds on the BetTom app, you can follow our step-by-step guide below for some assistance:
Withdrawing funds is not as simple, with there not being a main screen option. So, again, we head to the profile area via the icon. Then, tap the 'Withdraw' option to enter the relevant cashier.
Once in this section, double-check that your payment information is correct, and then enter your withdrawal amount.

In our test, the money was with us in less than two minutes, which is a fantastic result. Considering we used a Visa debit card, it will be down to the availability of Visa Direct, which speeds up payments. Nothing to complain about here, indeed.
The experience on the BetTom app is quite definable with the way the sports side of things works. Unfortunately, it has a tendency to be a little slow, and it doesn't really feel like you get much value in a screen.
In terms of navigation, moving to different parts of the app can be a bit difficult, especially with key sports not being highlighted outside of the main screen. For example, when you access the menu via the toggle in the top left, the options are listed alphabetically.
So, you can scroll to 'F' for football, or 'H' for horse racing. However, neither is highlighted at the top of the menu, like most betting apps often do. Perhaps this is down to preference, but the fact that each option is rather big takes away from being able to move around quickly.
When you have accessed the sport you want, the presentation of the markets certainly isn't bad. For example, placing a bet builder is a pretty decent experience, and the odds are quite good in fairness.
When it comes to horse racing, betting on UK, Irish and international racing is possible, and the markets are quite advanced. So, this is another positive that can be taken from our experience.
However, we were also regularly shown 'Access Denied' screens when trying to get around the site, which rarely happens on other new apps, if ever. So, this is a pretty big hit once again. All in all, there are plenty of things that need to be improved.
Players can access two different types of casino on the BetTom app: a live section and a standard online area.
Starting with the latter, we see this section more regularly offered, with betting sites wanting to appeal as 'complete' options that can be used to access more than just sports betting. BetTom provides games like 'Big Bass Splash' and 'Sweet Bonanza', so you can find a good range.
When it comes to the live options, the layout is pretty similar, with sections of different game types, like game shows, roulette and blackjack. Again, the variety is pretty good here, so there is something for everyone.
Unfortunately, the customer support offered by BetTom is not the greatest on the app. In fact, it is rather basic. Customers are only given two options for support: an email section and a live chat.
What makes things even more frustrating is that the email section is just a textbox, with an email inside it. So you cannot even get help from this. To make things slightly better, the live chat is quite responsive.
We wanted to test how long it took to solve a query, and we were connected with a human advisor instantly, whilst it took a minute or two for them to help us with our question. An FAQ section would be nice, indeed, but with the speed of support on the live chat, it is not the biggest loss.
With that said, one certainly needs to be added.

When trying to download the BetTom app, I had a few issues in doing so, with it not appearing on the app store. Perhaps this is intentional, though, with it certainly not being the best option right now.
The app feels a little clustered in some places, and it would be fair to suggest that it may not be optimised for mobile devices just yet. Given that it is a new release, we cannot be too critical, but with the experience of EveryMatrix, we could certainly have expected to see a little more.
Right now, I would not be rushing to use it; there are certainly better. However, it is a step into the market, and for now, it can only get better; it needs to.
