BetMaze is one of the latest bookmakers to launch with the Aspire Global platform, which perhaps does not sound overly exciting at face value. The name should not deceive either, as the site actually offers an 'all-in-one product' with casino games available too.
In this review, our expert has conducted a full evaluation, including signing up, depositing, placing bets, and withdrawing real funds from the site. So, how does it compare to other options on the market?

It is difficult to give a very positive score to BetMaze in complete honesty. There are good elements to the site, such as the quick withdrawals (we got the money after 25 minutes in our test). However, these are things that should aid a strong bookmaker, not make it one.
The site is also hindered by extensive usability issues on the desktop version, such as slow loading times, missing sections and poor navigation overall. The same can be said for the mobile version, which is made even worse by the fact that there is no app to download.
As if that was not enough, some of the popular sports lack sufficient market depth, while the presentation is pretty cluttered if you ask us. Basic things hold the site back, but that also means they are relatively fixable.
Should BetMaze decide to knuckle down and fix the aforementioned problems, then the score would increase. After all, the fast withdrawal time along with decent betting margins - 6.67% in our test - provides some potential in this case. For now, though, the score is low.

BetMaze is one of the latest launches in the UK, from a relatively new player in the game, AG Communications, or, Aspire Global. The company often operates in the casino market, but there are a few sportsbook enterprises too.
So far, none of its sportsbook operations have become mainstream. So, the latest hope at doing so is BetMaze, which launched in 2025. Both the sportsbook and casino areas are provided by AG Communications, so it is a completely in-house production.
Given it is not a new launch from a leading operator or even a known brand like talkSPORT bet, for example, there is a lot that is unkown about the site. Thus, in this review, we will take a look at everything that BetMaze has to offer. We will also highlight the pros and cons of the sportsbook and casino, so that you can make an informed decision about whether to sign up or not.
BetMaze is one of the latest launches in the UK, as well as on the AG Communications (Aspire Global) licence. Whilst BetMaze is listed as a white-label site, it appears as though it is owned by a subsidiary of the company.
Either way, the site is licensed to operate in the UK thanks to the UKGC licence of Aspire Global, as said. In other words, this means that the site is completely safe to use, as well as being a legit option in the UK.
Reading customer reviews, at least when it comes to betting sites, is a challenging one. Some of the best options on the market have terrible ratings, so a pinch of salt is always required. Nevertheless, BetMaze boasts a 3.4 rating from 5 on Trustpilot, though this is only from two reviews.
Bet442, another site powered by AG, is rated 2.6 on Trustpilot. However, every review that has been left has been 1/5. In other words, a slightly deceptive rating at first.
Given that it is a new site, BetMaze itself has not received any fines or regulatory action from the UKGC. However, AG Communications has been heavily fined previously.
In November 2022, the company was fined around £237,000 as part of 'Conditions attached to the licence, Financial penalty and Warning' findings.
Furthermore, just two years later, the company was slapped with a massive £1.4 million fine after an investigation revealed Social Responsibility (SR) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) failures.
New customer offers are a vital part of any bookmaker, and BetMaze certainly aims (relatively) high with its offering to prospective punters.
For sports-focused newbies, the site offers £20 in free bets after you have deposited and bet £20 at 1/1 or better. Unfortunately, there are a few limits to the free bets. Rather than being £20, you will get a £10 free bet, a £5 in-play bet and a £5 free acca. Furthermore, the winnings are capped and the free bets cannot be used on horse racing.
If the casino takes your fancy, then the other offer may be more up your alley. BetMaze offers to give you a 100% bonus on your first deposit up to £100. However, you must wager any winnings 35x and the winnings are capped at £100. So, is it worth it?

Despite its flaws, which we will get into further, the payment section is strong on BetMaze. This is rather common with Aspire Global sites, though, so it is not a surprise.
That said, a £10 minimum payment is not ideal as we are seeing £5 deposit minimums become the norm. Yet, there are plenty of different payment methods available, including Instant Bank Transfer, Apple Pay and even some e-wallets. A pretty nice list, indeed.
Below, we have collected everything you need to know about deposits at BetMaze:

If you are new to the process, you can read our step-by-step guide for depositing funds into a BetMaze account below.
Depositing is rather simple on BetMaze, and to start the process, simply tap the 'Profile' icon shown in the top left. Then, choose 'Deposit' in the little menu.
The next step is to choose a deposit method, and there are quite a few of them on the site, which is always nice to see. We chose to keep it simple with a debit card.
After selecting your payment method, you will need to enter the payment details and deposit amount on the next page. We opted for the minimum here, so a £10 deposit.
Finally, you will be taken to a confirmation screen, which will confirm the deposit has been completed.
When withdrawing funds, it should be noted that the number of payment methods offered decreases. However, this is simply because you need to withdraw with the same method as you deposited, so it is not like you cannot use PayPal for withdrawals, for example.
Without a doubt, the process is massively aided by the quick withdrawals. In our test with a Visa debit card, it took just 23 minutes for the money to reach our account. This is up there with some of our fastest tests conducted.

If you haven't withdrawn money from BetMaze before, you can follow our step-by-step guide below:
Just like when depositing funds, to initiate the withdrawal process, you need to the menu via the top left corner. Then, you need to enter the 'My Account' section, and tap 'Cashout'.
Once you have reached the withdrawal cashier, you need to choose which method you would like to use. It must be the last one you used to deposit. Then, you also need to enter the amount.
Finally, you will need to 'Request' the cashout, and the process will begin. However, you should not have to wait too long. In fact, we received the payment in around 25 minutes, which is very fast.
Betting sites regulated by the UKGC are required 'by law', as BetMaze makes known, to ensure that gambling is open and fair. So, this is why customers must identify themselves and undergo verification checks.
Normally, these processes are done automatically via the Know Your Customer process. However, there are occasions where this is not fulfilled. In these cases, you will need to upload one (or more) of the following documents:
Failing a verification check can be due to several reasons. It is nothing to worry about, given that it could be due to minor mistakes, such as an old address or even using the wrong name (Steve for Steven).
At BetMaze, there is certainly quite a wide list of sports to bet on. However, the list looks bigger due to the e-sports categories being listed individually. In fact, there are around 30 different options to choose from.
As well as the standard offerings, things like cycling, floorball and ice hockey are bettable on. Whilst, as already mentioned, e-sports has a place, as does a 'Specials' market, but more on that shortly.
Browsing the site, unfortunately, is difficult. When completing this review, we were regularly forced to reload the site; sometimes this was done automatically. So, browsing the actual markets was not a great experience.
BetMaze does offer a pretty good set of options for football punters, both with fixtures themselves and the markets available. Tapping to enter the football area of the sportsbook brings up a complete list of leagues, which is rather full.
After selecting one, a list of fixtures from that competition is shown. Immediately, you will notice that the odds are pretty decent, and this is thanks to the betting margins of 6.67%. Bet builders are also available, but they are slightly limited by the available markets being on the lower side of 150.
It feels more like it is there, rather than being a standout product, unfortunately.
Several of the new bookmakers that we have reviewed have not offered UK horse racing. So, BetMaze is already off to a good start by featuring these meetings, though there was certainly some frustration getting these areas to load...
Live streaming is available, but the markets are not exceptional; limited to only Win, Each/Way, Forecast and Tricast bets. Again, it certainly is not the best horse racing bookmaker that we have seen, and it is not close...
Most of the time, e-sports are listed in one section, with each game available to be found under that umbrella. So, BetMaze's approach is certainly a little bit intriguing, and even off-putting, given that it clutters the main menu.
Counter-Strike, DOTA 2, League of Legends, and Rainbow Six Siege can all be bet on, but there are limitations with the markets again.
When it comes to specials, it is insinuated that there will be more than one market. However, at least at the time of review, only one was offered - the BBC Sports Personality of the Year. Again, there are better offerings elsewhere.
Aspire Global, as a platform provider, have a host of different casino sites. So, you would expect that BetMaze's casino area would certainly be a little bit better than it is. Yet, that is not the case.
Starting things off, there is no sectioning to the area. There are no different categories of games, there is no display of any jackpots, there is nothing, barring a promotion banner at the top. Then, you are thrown into an 8x2 grid of 'Casino'.
Tapping 'Load More' does not do much else, other than provide another 8x2 grid of more games, without any real direction. Nothing else appears but game icons; it does not become more informational at all.
Thankfully, there is a search bar for customers to use. Only, when we tried using this, a message popped up stating, 'Building games index... Please try again in a moment. Try a different search term.'
This would have been helpful if we had searched for an exact game, but when we tried full game names or even just singular letters, nothing appeared.
So, whilst there is a casino area open to players, it is more there out of 'we should have this', rather than it being an actual competent area of the site. Improvements are massively needed, so it is very frustrating.
We even found that entering the 'Home' page of the site actually offered a better casino interface. Something that needs fixing, considering how far behind the actual named section is.
As of September 2025, there is no mobile app for BetMaze, which is not really a surprise given that it has only recently launched. Nevertheless, some other Aspire Global sites do offer betting apps, though we would say it is more of a rarity than anything.
Furthermore, Aspire Global sites do not always make it that far, meaning there is not enough of a following to justify an app. The site usually works okay on mobile, of course, but we experienced navigational issues and slow loading times when using it.
We suspect the app would not be much smoother, considering how the issues carry over from desktop to mobile.
It is vital that bookmakers offer in-house responsible gaming features now, given that it is becoming an increasingly less-stigmatised discussion. So, BetMaze obliges and it does so well, with a handful of different support options:
Play limits, loss limits and reality checks are the best starting points, given that they are not too extreme and can be good ways to keep in check with your betting. However, if you do need more extreme measures, cool-off periods are the best foot forward before taking a self-exclusion.
Additionally, it is worth noting that the site offers to discuss responsible gaming measures, which is worth taking up.
With new customers often having queries, it is vital that a customer support area is strong and noticeable. However, there are certainly doubts with BetMaze's section, but this is not really a surprise.
The live chat, to its credit, is open 24/7 and responses are normally quite quick. However, this option is only open to registered customers. Something which wipes out a big method of communication for prospective customers.
Whilst emails are available, the response time is obviously not as quick, which is not ideal. Unfortunately, there can also be annoyances about the FAQ section, as this section is ultimately not that inviting, nor does it look like a focus.
Instead, it is just lines of text with hyperlinks to answers. It is there, but it is not really the best for customers, more so when compared to the sections present on other betting sites.
