When I used the app as well as the website, it wasn't clear to me that this is a new bookie. Things seem to be a lot more advanced than they usually are for a site that's just starting, with a decent market depth, okay betting margins and a nice design overall.
The withdrawal time was one of the positive surprises as well, with the money arriving in our account instantly. We did the tests with a Visa debit card, which makes the result even better as opposed to if it had been with Trustly or an e-wallet.
Having said that, the lack of FAQs and a bet builder is disappointing. We almost take bet builders for granted these days so it's a huge omission, and something the provider Torrero will have to work on. If that is fixed, then there's a bright future for the provider as well as Betmaster.

Betmaster is not a new bookmaker as the Maltese-based option has been accessible since 2014, at least in foreign markets. However, its owners BM Solutions GB Ltd launched a UK-based product in January 2025.

In fact, 88% of people rate the site one star, which is not great. Though betting/casino sites are rarely ranked well. So, we can largely disregard these reviews and ratings.
💰 Has Betmaster Been Fined by the UKGC?
This is another important thing to consider: Betmaster has never been fined by the UKGC. Of course, given its short lifetime thus far, it is not really too much of a surprise. Nevertheless, it is still a positive, if not a necessity, really.
Betmaster Welcome Offers
Offering good sign-up bonuses is a way for new bookmakers to easily attract customers, and Betmaster does this on the face of it. However, upon taking a closer look, most punters will probably be disappointed.
For the sportsbook offer, punters are granted a 100% bonus (up to £100), which seems really strong at first. However, you are then forced to wager this amount 10x at odds of 1.7 or better, and you can only win £1000. In actual fact, it is not that brilliant...
The same situation is in place with the casino, Betmaster will again offer a 100% bonus on your deposit plus 100 free spins. Again, though, the caveat is rather significant. Players must wager the bonus 40x with the same £1000 cap, whilst the free spins are also capped at £40 worth of winnings.
Instead, it is probably worth considering other bookmakers' sign-up offers if you only want to find a new bookie for its sign-up offer.
