BetFusion is a relatively infant white label sportsbook and casino that is underpinned by the giants AG Communications Limited (UKGC 39483).
With a blend between new energy and big-time player, our BetFusion review will get to the crux of what is important to leave you well clued up on the good, the bad and the ugly.

BetFusion operate in the UK betting market under their association with AG Communications Limited (UKGC 39483).
As a standalone brand, though, they’re not exactly well-known, with less than a year worth of trading under their belt. We are unconvinced they will ever go on to establish themselves as anything like a top operator either.
On the positives, you’ve got strong deposit methods, rapid withdrawal times and a casino offering that is excellent.
Unfortunately, the sportsbook is average at best and really drags down the overall score. The reasons for this being a combination of mediocre market depth and questionable betting margins of 8.03%.
BetFusion is far from a well-known brand name in the online gambling space having only launched to the UK markets on October 9th, 2024.
That doesn’t really tell the whole story, though with the new bookmaker, who is owned by the UK registered DirectBE Ltd (09706823), powered by AG Communications Limited (UKGC 39483).
AG Communications, or Aspire Global as they are also known, are well-established in the industry with other brand names including MrPlay, MrLuck and Neptune Play also falling under their umbrella.
BetFusion is licensed and regulated for UK markets courtesy of their partnership with AG Communications Limited (UKGC: 39483).
With AG Communications having a host of different brand names falling under their stewardship, BetFusion has to be considered a safe brand to bet with and certainly ticks all the legal boxes.
Generally speaking, we always include a summary of the Trustpilot rating and common themes in our bookmaker reviews. That way, you don’t just have to take our word as gospel.
Unfortunately, with BetFusion a new brand to the marketplace, there is no record of them on the Trustpilot platform.
What we can potentially read into a little bit is how some of the other AG Communications brands measure up. We highlighted three brand names earlier (MrPlay, MrLuck and Neptune Play).
They all come out somewhere around the two out of five marker. Whilst that might seem on the low side, relative to a lot of the bigger names in the online betting spac,e that is a fairly average performance.
With BetFusion so new to the market, it’s perhaps unsurprising that they have not had any regulatory action taking against them. The same cannot be said for AG Communications Limited. The UK Gambling Commission has fined them twice.
In November 2022, it was fined over £237k for failure to comply with prevention of anti-money laundering and terrorist financing. More recently, in February 2025, it was fined in excess of £1.4m for a range of breaches across anti-money laundering and responsible gambling terms.
It should be noted that whilst the latest action came during BetFusion’s trading period, the charges apply to a period predominantly prior to their launch, October 2022 to October 2024.
There is little to complain about where the BetFusion deposit methods are concerned with a decent variation of options available to punters.
Amongst the options available to you are Apple Pay, Visa and Mastercard, Paysafecard and a number of eWallets including Skrill and Paypal.
The minimum deposit methods across all those payment methods is only £10 as well. You can find bookmakers with lower deposit minimums, admittedly but are plenty who ask for more too.
We made our test deposit via Visa with our funds available immediately.

Depositing funds with BetFusion is an easy process. You can follow our step-by-step process below:
After registering for an account, ensure you are logged in and navigate to the cashier courtesy of the yellow ‘Deposit’ button situated in the top right corner of the page.
On hitting the ‘Deposit’ button, you will be moved to a ‘Secure Deposit’ screen that list a range of payment methods available for selection.
Simply select the payment method of your choosing.
This step of the BetFusion deposit sees the screen split into two different aspects. The first is just where you have to populate your relevant payment details, such as card number, expiry date etc. This is self-explanatory.
Where we have a small watch out is in bottom half of the screen. Here you can input your deposit amount but it does default you to a £40 deposit, which is £30 more than the minimum required.
In fact, none of the three quick deposit options are at that entry level; they’re £25, £40 and £50. If you don’t want to use those, simply overwrite the ‘Amount’ box.
Once done, hit the yellow ‘Deposit’ button at the bottom of the page.
You will then see a ‘Success’ screen confirming your transaction amount and reference number. Either use the ‘X’ button in the top right or hit ‘Back to Games Lobby’ to start playing.
The withdrawal options available at BetFusion are vast with something for everyone but, as is generally the case, your option to withdraw funds will be limited by what methods you have used to deposit.
We always test the deposit and withdrawal processes. Visa was our chosen deposit method this time, and our withdrawal took just nine minutes (one of the fastest withdrawal times in our tests) to land back in our bank account.

The BetFusion withdrawal process, in the most part, is straightforward and intuitive. Notably though, not all of it. Fear not, our step-by-step withdrawal process is below to explain it all:
First things first, get logged into your account. From there, you need to access the main menu – accessed via the three horizontal stripes in the top left corner.
Instinct might see you try and interact with the balance shown in the top bar, which is a feature a lot of other bookies use. It does nothing with BetFusion other than tell you what your balance is.
Once the main menu is open, the word ‘Withdraw’ is nowhere to be seen. Instead hit the ‘Cashout’ button; this can be found next to the more prominent yellow ‘Deposit’ button.
You will now find yourself in a screen that looks very different, with the top half dominated by red text that largely lays out some regulatory details. Under that is some blue text outlining a ‘New Cashout Request’.
You can see the amount eligible to withdraw and a ‘Select Cashout Method’ dropdown menu; the options in this dropdown will be limited to your previously used deposit methods.
Select the relevant withdrawal method and update the ‘Cashout Amount’ section with the amount you wish to withdraw. Once set, hit the yellow ‘Request Cashout’ button.
You will then see a ‘Request Received’ screen with a ‘Keep Playing’ button to take you back to the main site.
As for timings, our withdrawal request was made at 23:08 and arrived back in our bank account at 23:17. That puts the withdrawal time at a seriously impressive nine minutes.
The BetFusion sportsbook offers a moderately deep coverage of sports. All told, there are 34 different sports offered, with football and horse racing the top two.
That does not mean it doesn’t dip into more niche sports, though, with stock car racing and netball perhaps good examples of lesser followed ones on offer. In addition to that, there is also an e-Sports offering with eSoccer, NBA2K, and Counter Strike the headline picks.
When dropping into the next layer down, the market depth and event coverage is pretty solid too. Leading with football, not only is there a decent offering from around the world, but also deeper layers of the pyramid in a lot of those countries.
Brazil is a good example of that with eight different competitions offered. The market choice though is only really "alright" with around 100 different markets; this is reasonable but far from market-leading and impacts the strength of the betbuilder functionality on offer.
To a certain extent, the horse racing coverage is a similar story. On the surface the offering isn’t half bad with race events from both the UK, Ireland and around the world but no live-streaming and the failure offer Best Odds Guaranteed leaves it short of the leading bookmakers.
The layout and colour scheme of the BetFusion sportsbook deserves a bit of praise though. Navigation is simple with a range of icons on a horizontal scroll bar alongside a search bar. Events are then broken down into clearly defined boundaries, with odds clean, tidy and easy to read and explore.
The last thing we need to cover off is a pretty big thing; the betting margins. Our test put them at 8.03%. You will find bookies with worse margins, but 8.03% is bordering on unpalatable.
Football markets (Club World Cup game) | Circa 100 |
---|---|
Betting Margins | 8.03% |
Horse Racing Coverage (Countries) | UK, Ireland + Global |
If the sportsbook is somewhat underwhelming, the BetFusion casino comes out swinging. The offering is strong both in style and substance.
You have an easy to navigate menu that signposts a range of different game types. These include slots, Drop & Wins, Jackpots and Table Games.
There are literally hundreds of different game variations to pick from with several software providers underpinning those games including names such as Play’N Go, Pragmatic Play and NetEnt.
Known brands don’t stop with the providers though; a lot of the games are recognisable as well with Starburst and Big Bass Splash a couple of noteworthy examples. That all carries through into the table games too. You will find Poker, Craps, Roulette, Blackjack and Baccarat. They all come in various different guises as well.
The last thing worth touching on where the casino is concerned is the live casino. Here you can find pretty much everything you’d expect with more of those aforementioned table game type offers along with additional games like Monopoly Live, Marble Race and Funky Time. All told, there are over 100 different live casino games.
A lot of ‘young’ online bookies are slow to get mobile betting apps attached to its platform. That is not the case with BetFusion having an app available for users on iOS devices; an Android app is not yet available.
It’s not all bad news for Android users though. The app isn’t wildly different from the mobile friendly website with the navigation and look and feel consistent across the two. The only thing you really miss out on is the ability to have push notifications enabled.
The Responsible Gambling section at BetFusion leaves a lot to be desired, unfortunately. There is a nod to the responsible gambling tools during the sign up process but once you’re registered, even finding the relevant section is painful.
It does not appear as an outright menu option and is not specifically called out under your “Account Settings”. You will find “Deposit Limit” and “Reality Check” options there, but not under the umbrella you would probably expect.
Instead, you have to navigate the FAQ section or scroll all the way to the website footer to find a “Responsible Gaming” section. Once there, it still leaves a bad taste. The headline part of the section is a 12 piece “yes” or “no” questionnaire to establish if you might need support, which is fine.
Beyond that though, whilst all the relevant information can be found it is presented like a terms and conditions page; the readability and flow is quite painful.
From a straight tools perspective, it does deliver, though. The tools available to you are:
It is also worth highlighting that the site also signposts third-party assistance, both in respect of gambling support and software blockers.
All in all, the boxes are ticked well, but the lack of easy navigation to the information makes it feel like an afterthought.
The headline maker for BetFusion’s customer service is their live chat function. A lot of operators, not all mind, offer chat functionality but the option of a UK based live chat that runs 24/7 is less common.
Admittedly, you do have to navigate a virtual assistant first, which may or may not be helpful depending on your question.
During our test, we navigated through the bot to a human within less than a minute. Once connected to a human, the replies were quick, polite and always provided the information we needed. It’s hard to complain at that.
What’s more, live chat isn’t your only tool. You also have a searchable FAQ section and, for a deeper dive, the aforementioned virtual assistant. There is also the option of email contact.
Contact via telephone is not available, but in truth, most operators have phased that line of contact out nowadays. We wouldn’t mark it down for lacking that option.
