10bet UK Review (2025) - Is It Safe or a Scam?

UKGC Licence 43173

10bet was launched in 2003 and has since established itself on the UK market, with a neat design and a comprehensive sportsbook. That being said, and rightfully so, some punters might be hesitant to sign up for an account. So, should you? Our review takes a look at the pros and cons.

Thanks to a comprehensive sportsbook with a nice design, 10bet has been able to achieve some success and it's certainly not a low-quality bookmaker. On the other hand, the feeling is that it ends up somewhere between the best and the worst. The perfect word to describe 10bet would thus probably be average.

There is room for growth, though, and simply improving the terms of the welcome offer could go a very long way. You can be sure that many punters have opted against signing up due to the 8x wagering requirements, so a better offer would probably result in more customers as well. In any case, very average as things stand.

Is 10bet Legit and Safe?

10bet has been around for over two decades, launching in the UK in 2023, and it has certainly received mixed reviews since. Owned and operated by Blue Star Planet Limited, which holds a UK licence under account number 43173, the bookie has always been at the forefront of design and this has naturally attracted a lot of customers.

Before we get too carried away, yes, it is safe to sign up, deposit and place bets on 10bet thanks to the UKGC licence. Blue Star Planet Limited has also decided to focus solely on 10bet, so there are no sister sites. On the other hand, even if that is a foundation for success, the latter can never be guaranteed.

The Trustpilot rating of 3.7/5, which is rather high for a bookie, suggests that 10bet is doing something right and we have reason to agree. It should be pointed out, however, that the welcome offer could have better terms and not knowing the latter fully could result in fury among new customers.

10bet Welcome Offers

As alluded to above, 10bet does have a welcome offer but the terms could be a lot better. First of all, we are not talking about a bet x get x structure - which the best offers in the UK have - but rather a 100% matched deposit. That could be considered a good offer if it was not for the 8x wagering requirements, which sour the whole deal.

10bet Deposits and Withdrawals

There is an impressive selection of payment methods at 10bet as Apple Pay, PayPal, Skrill and more can be used to deposit funds. The minimum deposit amount is set at £10, which is slightly higher than the £5 minimum withdrawal, but overall 10bet passes this test with flying colours thanks to the diversity.

10bet Sportbook Review

Having been around for over 20 years, 10bet is clearly doing something right and the sportsbook is at the helm of this. In total, around 25 sports can be found on the site and the market depth is indeed impressive. The well-known company Playtech provides the sportsbook, so the aforementioned is not at all surprising.

On the football side of things, there are games from all over the world and the bigger ones - such as Premier League games - tend to have a lot of markets. There is also a good bet builder tool for punters to use, with popular markets such as player card available. In short, there is not much else to ask for.

10bet sportsbook

The horse racing section features meetings from several countries and there is also live streaming for all UK races, as well as selected international ones. The betting margins are low too, which is nice to see, as our test showed an average of 6%. That is certainly up there with some of the best bookies around.

In addition to sports, punters can also find markets for entertainment such as the Oscars, and there is also politics to bet on. Overall, thanks to the nice design and comprehensive offering, the sportsbook gets a good rating from us. It is just a shame that the welcome offer has high wagering requirements.

10bet Customer Support

Customers who are looking to sign up for a 10bet account will be happy to hear that there is a live chat, in case you run into trouble. The chat is available between 8 am - 1 am daily and there is also an email address, though we assume most will use the live chat. The FAQs section is rather comprehensive too, so most questions can probably be answered there.
