Man United splashing out £72m on Rasmus Hojlund back in 2023 was always seen as a bit of a risk. Few, though, could have predicted just how badly the spell could have gone with Hojlund enduring a horrid spell in a declining team.
With a fresh start looking likely, we assess who leads the Rasmus Hojlund next club odds.
The latest transfer betting odds for Rasmus Hojlund's next club are listed below.
Rasmus Hojlund has struggled to prove himself in England since joining Man United from Atalanta back in the summer of 2023.
At 22-years-old though he is still a young striker and, if he has the right mentality, this period of his career could prove good for him in the long run.
That obviously leaves an almighty question mark for a lot of clubs with Hojlund’s wage demands sizeable as well.
The risk might not outweigh the potential reward for clubs in England given the young forwards stats in the Premier League. Hojlund’s next club odds though suggest that clubs in Italy’s top flight may well feel differently.
Inter Milan are currently odds on to be Rasmus Hojlund’s next club. In Lautaro Martinez and Marcus Thuram the Nerazzurri have two strong attacking options but they lack depth heading into next season.
Marko Arnautovic and Joaquin Correa have already left the club and it’s widely reported that Mehdi Taremi will be heading for the exit door too.
With Inter, who made the Champions League final for the second time in three seasons in 2024/25, competing on all fronts Hojlund would get plenty of gametime at Inter.
He’d also have senior strikers with whom to share the burden of pressure; that’s something that has been suggested has been a huge issue at Old Trafford.
Put all that together and there is every chance Hojlund to Inter has serious legs.

You could make a strong case for Juventus needing to add to their attacking ranks right now. When you then consider that there have been talks of Dusan Vlahovic leaving and Randal Kolo Muani’s future not yet confirmed ahead of next season, Juve really could look light in the striker area.
Rasmus Hojlund isn’t likely to be a direct replacement for either of those players with Victor Osimhen said to be high on Juventus’ list of targets.
The 22-year-old would be a decent addition to a broader attacking unit though having netted 10 goals in 34 matches when with Atalanta previously.
When you then consider that Man United is reportedly one of the clubs putting the feelers out with Vlahovic’s camp about a move to England, it is very clear to see how a deal could be structured.

Like Juve, it is hard to doubt that Napoli are in need of reinforcements to their attack. Only Romelu Lukaku is what you’d call a proven centre forward and he’s 32-years-old.
Beyond Lukaku, who top scored for Antonio Conte’s side last season, the other recognised strikers failed to deliver. Giacomo Raspadori scored six goals from 26 appearances with Gio Simone netting once from 30 outings.
Of course, that doesn’t mean that Napoli will be actively pursuing Hojlund. Recent reports actually suggest they’re close to a £25m deal for Lorenzo Lucca of Udinese.
If that deal gets over the line, we’d probably need to see Raspadori or Simeone moving on before another striker is added.
Even then, it dubious whether Hojlund would appeal given what is likely to be a fairly large financial outlay, even if just a loan.
Again, like Juve, they might feel they have a wildcard to play. Victor Osimhen. United have been heavily linked with the Nigerian and Napoli want shot of him.
We’ve got a theme developing here because, unquestionably, AC Milan will be making additions to their striking department over the course of the summer; their centre forwards stock is lighter than Napoli’s with the out-and-out strikers struggling to hit double figures between them last season.
There have been muted links around Hojlund but, in truth, it’s fairly quiet on Milan’s rumour mill. Jean-Philippe Mateta of Crystal Palace is one name said to feature on the Italian club’s wishlist whilst Jhon Duran and Moise Kean have also been floated as potential targets in recent days.
None of those would appear to have real legs at the moment though and, as such, any punt at 10/1 would be exactly that, a punt. And, probably, an ill-informed one at that.
