Media Watch - Love Island 2025

For those of you who were around for our I'm A Celebrity or Love Island All Stars odd watches and tips, welcome back to Media Watch! If you weren't with us for that, do not worry. This area does what it says on the tin; we take a look at some of the big stories of the past few days in one place to potentially help with any selections.

It has only been 48 hours since our last update, but the market has seen some big movements, and I wanted to reassess the situation of certain people/couples.

We start with Tommy and Megan, who have been strengthened in the market once again. However, it happened in a strange way. In the first proper challenge of the series, some of the boys made a plan to go against the game.

As a result, things kicked off a bit, and Tommy was at the heart of it. Shea acted in his personal interests, kissing Megan, and when he found out about this, he was not happy, calling his fellow Islander 'snakey'.

The Daily Mail relays this, stating that viewers were left in 'hysterics', with one viewer even calling the islander 'iconic'. Since then, both his and Megan's position in the market have continued to shorten, early signs perhaps.

For Dejon, who was previously the second favourite, things have gotten a bit difficult with Heart taking a look at his situation unfolding. Not only was he made a bold offer to, but Malisha and Meg offered him an ultimatum.

Aside from that, their own squabbles have cast some doubt into people's minds, and they have both drifted a little bit in the past few hours.

The Mirror took a look at Conor's situation, and whilst some viewers were left feeling uneasy with some admissions by the rugby player who is now coupled up with Emily Moran, his market position has strengthened.

Who Is the Favourite to Win Love Island?

Picking a winner at this point is more than difficult, but slightly easier than last week. We have seen a little more of the individuals and couples, so you can get a grasp on certain ideas.

With individual markets the only option currently, we can only go off this, and given there are no really solid couples, it is almost impossible to predict.

The market, for top female and male, is dominated by one couple still, and that is of course Megan and Tommy. Both have flirted with going under the 2/1 mark, and they have now, as a result of yesterday's episode.

In fact, some betting options even have them priced at 7/4, so it would not be a surprise if they ended the week even closer to evens.

Dejon and Meg have begun to drift, as we previously mentioned in the media watch, in the market. So, if you think they are in a strong place, you can get 5/1 on them both now, should you wish to make a double.

Odds I'd be keeping an eye on are for Conor and Emily - though she is not on the betting market yet - they could strengthen quickly.

As of June 18 (before the evening's episode), Tommy Bradley is the favourite to be the Top Male in Love Island 2025 at 7/4 with Unibet.
