Liverpool have just won the Premier League with Arne Slot yet to make any signings of his own. So we could see a few players leave this summer, and Elliott could be one let go to free up space.
The latest transfer betting odds for Harvey Elliott's next club are listed below. Odds stated were correct at the time of writing.
Arne Slot did not make any signings of his own last summer, and with Trent Alexander Arnold departing this summer, it feels like there could be a Slot revolution on Merseyside. So, some players could be sold to bring in funds.
Elliott, as a young English talent, would bring in a big price, which is reported to be around the £50 million mark, which admittedly feels slightly outrageous. However, the Reds have a history of selling high.
Will a move actually happen, or could he remain? Let's look at the odds.
It seems that the most popular market so far is actually for him to stay at Liverpool, which is priced at 1/2, at the moment. Considering he has only been used 16 times in the Premier League this season, as opposed to the 30s in the past few seasons, it does come as a bit of a shock.
However, it is difficult to see him really asking to leave the club, given he is a supporter of the Reds, and is winning trophies with them - a dream for anyone. Additionally, reports of a £50 million price tag are extreme, and few clubs would spend that on him, I think.

Reports in recent weeks have suggested that Elliott could be a transfer target for Newcastle United, and this is a move that would make sense with the Magpies looking to build an English core for their side.
At 22 years old, the midfielder could become a big part of the Geordies in years to come. However, it is difficult finding a place for him in the midfield, as all three options are better than him. So, spending so much on a rotational option is probably wise.

Like Newcastle United, it makes sense why the Villains are in the running, considering they could use some extra English talent in their squad. However, I think there is slightly more chance of a move to the Midlands than the North East.
Unai Emery could definitely benefit from another midfielder through the door, especially someone more creative minded. So, if Morgan Rogers departs, part of the budget to replace him could be allocated to the move for Elliott.

The other options listed aren't particularly inspiring, with faults in each of the clubs available on the market.
Nottingham Forest probably would not take an interest considering they signed Elliott Anderson last summer, who is a very similar player to the Liverpool midfielder. For £40-50m, investments are probably needed elsewhere.
Borussia Dortmund could be interesting at 11s, but again, you would question if they are willing to spend an almost lucrative part of their budget on a rotational option.
Wolves, perhaps, could be a club of intrigue if Matheus Cunha departs, as the budget would be there to invest in the English talent. However, whether the player would choose to move to a relegation threatened side is certainly questionable.

From my perspective, this is quite a poor market, with only two clubs really taking my interest. Those being Wolves and Aston Villa. However, in both cases you can certainly find flaws, and this is off-putting.
Elliott himself has stated that he wants to continue at Liverpool, so at 1/2, perhaps it could be combined with another selection to build a transfer acca, maybe. However, I certainly wouldn't be rushing to get a bet on here...
