Federico Chiesa is already linked with a move away from Liverpool, despite only joining 12 months ago. A move back to Serie A is most probable it seems, but who else is involved in the runnings?

Chiesa's Next Club: Where Could He Go?

Coming into the summer, rumours about Federico Chiesa leaving Liverpool are nothing of a shock, with the Italian failing to really get much time under Arne Slot. So, a summer move is seemingly on the cards.

A return to Italy looks most likely currently, with seven of the 10 clubs in the running being Serie A members. However, the forward has a high wage on Merseyside, so the likelihood of many being able to match his demands are certainly a bit low.

AC Milan - 7/2

Reports in Italy suggest that a move to Milan is very probable, with the Rossoneri looking to bolster their attacking line in the summer. So, a move for the Liverpool winger would make a lot of sense.

Last summer, the club were in the running for Chiesa, but he chose a Premier League move instead with Milan unable to really reach the required wage requirements. One would assume the same would be the case this summer, unless a loan agreement were to be agreed.

Napoli - 7/2

Antonio Conte is a big fan of Chiesa and there have been several suggestions from the Italian media that he is the big reason why Napoli will look to sign him this summer. It is certainly a deal that would make sense with the Neapolitan outfit's attack needing a bit of strengthening.

However, it is unknown if Conte will be the head coach of the Partenopei next season and at 7/2 it is certainly a big factor in this move. So for that reason, I'd probably steer clear of this suggestion, at least until there is more clarity on Conte's future.

Juventus - 8/1

A move back to Juventus seems really out of the blue for me, and I think there are several others areas which need to be sorted before they look at wide midfielders. Furthermore, I'm unsure as to whether the winger would move back to Turin after his exit.

Once again, the wage issue would probably be a factor here, so it probably is not the most likely move, and the 8/1 pricing reflects that.

The Options Elsewhere

Roma and Inter are both also in the running for the winger, and at 10/1, I certainly like the look of the Nerazzurri, especially with their CEO reportedly a big fan of his profile. They are the most probable outfit to make a move too in my opinion, financially.

Barcelona also could be an interesting option at 16/1, considering they will look to add to their attacking line this summer, though they may have their eyes on 'bigger' profiles.

Additionally, a move to Tottenham could be of intrigue with Fabio Paratici heading back to the North London club - given he previously signed him for Juventus.
