Luke Humphries' world number one spot is in serious danger now, and he will know in the back of his mind it's probably just a matter of time until Littler overtakes him. Having said that, I'm not sure if it bothers him as much as you think, as he's looked extremely impressive so far in this tournament.
Cool Hand has breezed through his knockout matches, 10-3 against Jurjen van der Velde and 16-8 against Michael Smith. The manner of his performances has been most impressive, though, 108 and 104 averages, and making it look so easy was a joy to watch, and he'll, without doubt, be in a confident mood today.
Gerywn Price has also come through the knockout stages nicely, with wins against Martin Schindler and Ricky Evans. The Welshman, at times, has looked back to his very best, but he still lacks consistency, especially mid-game, and he can't afford to let his concentration slip today.
The Iceman always remains dangerous, especially when he's in this focused, bullish mood, and especially at this event where he has had so much success. The problem is, he won't be able to bully Humphries, as he's far too experienced for that, but if Price remains focused, he can cause the world number one huge problems.
I'm looking forward to this match, and I expect it to be a closely fought contest. It's all about how Price plays, though, because Luke has looked so good in this tournament; it would be a surprise to see him drop his performance levels.

As usual, it's unbelievably difficult to find value in a match involving Luke Littler, but never fear, I've found some!
Luke Littler proved exactly how tough he is to live with over a longer format in his match with Josh Rock. The Nuke was in trouble at 9-6 down, but found a burst of brilliance to win the next 7 legs and take control of the tie. He is a joy to watch in these kinds of formats, and he will be hard to beat once again today.
Danny Noppert was his usual solid self during his 16-8, quarter-final win over Lukas Wenig. The Dutchman averaged 97.61 and hit 10 maximums en route to a 5th TV semi-final of the year. This afternoon is clearly a tougher test, but Noppert knows exactly how to keep in touch in big matches, and I'd be shocked if he was steamrolled.
Noppert has consistently hit maximums in this year's Grand Slam, and over a long format, in a match I believe will be closer than you think, he will have plenty of opportunities to score.
