Once you have entered the BetVictor app, the interface is immediately striking, which deserves credit from the off. Of course, the important thing about a betting app is not how it looks, but rather how effective it is laid out, and BetVictor impresses with this as well.
For customers, the most popular sports are presented on the 'home' screen, with horse racing, football and the Olympics being presented to us - at the time of this review. Additionally, the app presents notable fixtures at the forefront of the app - in this case, we were presented with the horse racing at Goodwood.
From this home screen, it is easy to find every sport. BetVictor offers the ability to view selected sports through a scrollable menu on this page. However, if you seek different markets, they can be found by clicking the 'Menu' button in the bottom left corner, which presents an 'A-Z Sports' list, and users will be overjoyed at the extensive list of markets.
Taking a look at the football section, BetVictor presents several options to you once loading into this area. Immediately, we were presented with an option to find different competitions, boosted selections and specials. Additionally, the app allows customers to find pre-made accumulators and bet builders, which is great especially for big leagues like the Premier League.
Searching for fixtures themselves is very easy, simply refer to the previous 'Competitions' option, and scroll the list of available leagues. Once you have found the fixture you would like to bet on, the range of markets is fantastic, and the Bet Builder options are extensive and easy to browse.
The app also excels for avid horse racing punters. When entering this area of the app, it is easy to find daily specials, promotions, and fixtures, allowing customers to quickly find their market of choice, and there is, again, an exceptional range of fixtures.
Furthermore, BetVictor allows customers to watch selected races live, and also offers punters the chance to view analyses of certain horses before a race, which is a rare feature, especially considering we hadn't placed a bet on the market.
On the topic of live sports, there is a fantastic selection of in-play sports and the markets within them are fantastic. Football was the first market we were shown, but you can bet on many more sports such as snooker, futsal and Esports.
Finally, it is easy to find BetVictor's promotions - such as the 'Lucky Dip' on their app. Once again, you must tap the 'Menu' option in the bottom corner, and then tap the 'Offers' tab.
