Meta Betting is a new betting and casino site that launched at the start of 2026, using the Swifty Global platform. This makes it a sister site of Swifty Sports, Vickers Bet and TigerBet.
In this review, we put the site to the test by signing up, verifying our account, depositing real money, placing bets and withdrawing funds.
Our unique BL Score also combines real user tests from Trustpilot, app stores and the editorial team to give a full, honest look at Meta Betting.

Meta Betting is really hard to place on the spectrum as to how good it is. In many ways it will come down to what you look for in a bookmaker because it swings from being exceptional in one place to being, quite frankly, lacklustre in others.
There is only one place to start, which is with the negatives. The betting margins at 9.96% are tragic, albeit it might argue those margins are improved by the 5% cashback offer it has in place. That's not what our view would be, however.
On the flip side, you can deposit and withdraw funds from just £1, benefit from a genuinely good customer service and play casino & live casino games and bet on sports all under one roof.

Meta Betting is very much a newcomer to the betting market, having launched in quarter one of 2026. It isn't taking a half-cocked crack at the market though, launching with coverage across sports betting, casino and live casino.
Part of what will have assisted with ensuring it was ready for a full-scale launch is the fact that it is owned by Regency Betting Group and is operated by Clarkson Bell (61486). Clarkson Bell boasts a number of domains under its licence, which was first launched in March 2023.
With Regency Betting Group at the helm, Clarkson Bell boasting plenty of brands already and Meta Betting running on the Swifty Global Platform, there are a number of Meta Betting sister sites already established in the market. These include TigerBet and Vickers Bet from the latter and BetReg from the former.
As Meta Betting is a new entrant to the market, customer reviews are somewhat limited and there is also a risk of the brand having an element of smoke blown up their proverbial. We are not in that business and, instead, want to provide you with an all-encompassing Meta Betting review.
We will look at every corner of the site, the key processes and critical functions and we will pull no punches, if the site is not up to scratch.
Meta Betting might have only launched in early 2026, making it a new UK betting site, but its relationship under Clarkson Bell Ltd - UKGC: 61486 - a) gives it a bit more of a robust history and b) ensures the brand is regulated by the UK Gambling Commission.
That means the brand meets a certain threshold of trust and safety, ensuring you can deposit and play at Meta Betting without any stress over the site's safety.
If you search for Meta Betting on Trustpilot you will find a site with a score of 2.1 out of 5, with just a handful of reviews against it.
At first glance, you could easily think this is a legitimate rating of Meta Betting. It's not. Look deeper and the reviews pre-date the launch of Meta Betting and the profile has zero affiliation to the brand we're reviewing.
Even in a world where Meta Betting was the owner of this page, it is likely we'd be urging huge caution over reading too heavily into the Trustpilot reviews of a new platform.
It typically takes a long-time to grow the sample size of reviews to a place where they really carry any analytical robustness.
With Meta Betting newly launched in 2026, it is perhaps unsurprising that we can report a clean bill of health where regulatory action is concerned. The same is true of Clarkson Bell, which is reassuring given their slightly longer history in the marketplace.

Meta Betting is a platform that leans quite hard into "on the go" formats, as proven by the sister sites it has under the Clarkson Bell Ltd licence. You would think that might see it offer a plethora of deposit options. It doesn't.
Instead, we have just three deposit options available to us: Apple Pay, Instant Bank Transfer and debit card. On the bright side, there are three positives to pull out of the banking options from a deposit standpoint.
First, whilst there are only three methods available, each of them are widely used, meaning few people will be forced to go elsewhere as a direct result.
Second, each of the payment methods has a minimum deposit amount of just £1 attached to it, which is exceptionally good and, third, as you'd expect, our testing saw deposits processed instantly.
| Payment Method | Min Deposit | Max Deposit | Deposit Fee | Processing Time | Triggers Bonus |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Visa | £1 | Not specified | No fee | Instant | |
Mastercard | £1 | Not specified | No fee | Instant | |
| Apple Pay | £1 | Not specified | No fee | Instant | |
Instant Bank Transfer | £1 | Not specified | No fee | Instant |
Depositing funds at Meta Betting is a straightforward process. If, however, you want a guiding hand, please follow the below step-by-step instructions:
When logged into your Meta Betting account, open up the main account overview. This can be done by clicking on the "head and shoulders" icon located in the site header bar.

You will see a range of different sections in your account. Towards the top, you will see a "Deposit" option. Click it.

You will now be presented with a deposit screen. Enter your chosen deposit amount, either by using one of the quick deposit options - £5, £10 or £20 - or key in a specific amount in the top box.
Once done, hit the "Authorise" button.

Please note: on first deposit, you may see a screen before this asking you to confirm your deposit limits.
It is now a case of choosing your preferred deposit method and entering any required details. These will vary based on your choice.

Our test was conducted using Apple Pay, however, the information you will need to provide is just in line with any standard online payment for the method in question e.g. card number, expiry date, CVC for a card payment.
Once the deposit has been processed, you will see a confirmation message.
As is common practice in the UK gambling industry, Meta Betting limits withdrawals to a method that has previously been used to deposit funds.
We made our deposit through Apple Pay. Later, we initiated a withdrawal request and Apple Pay was thus our only option to pick from.
The withdrawal minimum is a low £1, which is very strong, and our test put the withdrawal time at nine minutes. We made our withdrawal request at 19:18 on 29/03/26, with funds arriving back in our account at 19:27 the same day. That's up there with some of our best tests.
| Payment Method | Min Withdrawal | Max Withdrawal | Withdrawal Fee | Withdrawal Time |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Visa | £1 | Not specified | No fee | 3-5 Days |
Mastercard | £1 | Not specified | No fee | 3-5 Days |
| Apple Pay | £1 | Not specified | No fee | 9 minutes in our test |
Instant Bank Transfer | £1 | Not specified | No fee | 3-5 Days |
Fingers crossed, at some point you will want to withdraw some funds from your Meta Betting account. Doing so is simple; simply follow the below steps:
Ensuring you are logged in to your account, click on the "head and shoulders" icon that is positioned in the site header bar.

Your account overview opens up several routes of navigation; click on the 'Withdraw' option. This is located near to the top right corner.

You now have to key in your desired withdrawal amount. Once done, click on the "Authorise" button at the bottom of the page.

You will now see a screen displaying your withdrawal options. We have only deposited via Apple Pay, hence this our only option.

Once clicked, your withdrawal will become "pending".

UK Gambling Commission rules stipulate that bookies have to verify individuals. At Meta Betting, that process forms part of the registration process - or at least has to be completed before depositing funds.

The site claims there are three steps to this process, however, we only had to complete the first two:
Our verification process took less than 60 seconds to complete, with confirmation received immediately.

The Meta Betting sportsbook might be newly launched in 2026 but it is powered by Swifty Global, meaning it is far from a newbie in terms of what you get.
Before we get into the sportsbook offering and general review, though, we have to shine a light on the betting margins. Our tests put them at 9.96%. We can't dress that up in any way; it is not good.
If you're happy to look beyond the margins, however, the sportsbook is more than passable.
There are 24 sports covered on the platform, ranging from the most popular sports of football and horse racing, through to less high-profile sports, such as volleyball and hurling.
From a horse racing perspective, you get UK and international race meets covered. The UK race meets come with Best Odds Guaranteed, which is good. The structure around the horse racing meetings is solid too.
Odds are displayed cleanly, it's easy to switch between events and there are some smart views of price changes, horse insights and more the further you drill into different sections.

The clean design continues through to the football offering, which again covers leagues from around the world. If there is plenty of competition breadth offered, the depth of markets is perhaps a slight disappointment.
It's not tragically bad at around 100 markets across Premier League matches, but it's some distance behind the market-leading numbers.
The other element of the sportsbook depth that is a disappointment is the lack of any bet builder feature. Our understanding from the customer support team is that this is with the "developers", meaning it could arrive in the near future. For now, though, you would have to choose a bet builder bookie.

Whilst not top drawer across the piece, the overall look and feel of the Meta Betting sportsbook is very good. Navigating to a sport or specific event of your choice is easy, the layout within competitions and the underlying markets is intuitive and, critically, the betting margins are attractive too.
The Meta Betting Casino is split into two different components - a casino and a live casino. Whilst the two are different, from a structure and user experience standpoint they are very similar. As such, we will talk to them as a collective.
The look and feel of the casinos spaces is quite good. There is a smart horizontal scroll bar that runs across the top of the game lobbies, which enables sub-category navigation across a whole host of different aspects. This includes things like "What's New", "Big Bass" and "Top Live Games".

The only standout criticism we have of the casino manoeuvrability is the fact that it only offers a text search by the way of game filtering. Adding the ability to isolate games by things like the number of win lines, minimum stakes and volatility would be a huge step forward. There are no signs of that coming as of April 2026, though.
From that navigation bar, you then get into the game lobby itself. Here, you have game tiles that are both well-sized and well-spaced from one another. It means there are no issues with interactions, whilst the curved edge on each tile maintains a trendy look and feel.
There is another positive in that you can "favourite" games using the heart icon embedded in each tile, however, there is no "quick info" button, which some sites offer. This is not an issue as such, but does mean that you have to load a game before understanding what a game is or how it operates.
As for the game themselves, there are a plethora of titles available, spanning across 14 different categories. They are provided by a number of the leading software companies too, with the likes of NetEnt, Pragmatic Play and Evolution just three of numerous household names we could call out.
Being a 2026 launch, you'd expect Meta Betting to produce a mobile app and it does not disappoint. There is a Meta Betting app available for Android and iOS devices.
The app itself comes with very limited reviews from customers, making it difficult to read too heavily into any ratings. However, at around 50mb it's not exactly a device-breaking app.
As for our own findings, the app loads quickly, runs smoothly and generally looks very similar to the browser version. There are, however, some very subtle differences.
The most notable is the ability to view game information in the casino without loading a game; this is one factor we highlight in the Meta Betting Casino overview section as a slight miss, so it is good to see it addressed.

We have seen bigger, more comprehensive approaches to Responsible Gambling but we have to say, the approach Meta Betting takes is good.
From a core "Safer Gambling" section, which can be found under your account, you have half a dozen sections laid out, allowing you to come and go as you see fit. The sections themselves, which are listed below, are displayed clearly and can be interacted with to explore a specific topic or tool in more detail:
Under the latter, you can see a host of additional information on what Responsible Gambling is, review questions to identify if you have a problem and also navigate to third-party support.

Above and beyond this, there are various notifications that come your way when just going about your business on the Meta Betting site that help to keep responsible gambling at the forefront of your mind. The fact it manages to do this, whilst remaining non-intrusive to your experience is impressive.

The approach Meta Betting has to customer service is very good, surprisingly so, in fact.
You can contact its team in three different manners: via email, through a 24/7 live chat and over the telephone. Beyond just the methods, there are two separate things to call out.
Firstly, phone contacts are dying out a little in 2026, but it is a superb way of being able to address a problem, should you be unfortunate enough to encounter a big one.
Secondly, there is live chat, and then there is bot-led chat. At Meta Betting, you speak to a human and, in our experience, responses are quick, informative and the agents have proactively sought to provide above and beyond, albeit not on massive issues.
If that is all positive, there is one minor negative thread to pull at, which is the FAQ. The reasons for that being a negative are:
Despite that, the overarching customer service at Meta Betting leaves us suitably impressed.
If our words about Meta Betting has encouraged you to take the plunge and sign up with the newcomer then doing so is easy. Just follow our step-by-step Meta Betting sign up instructions below:
Using one of our dedicated links, navigate to the Meta Betting website. Once there, you will be presented with a "New Customer Offer" screen.
Underneath that, you will see the title "Register Now" followed by an email address box.
Enter your email address and hit the "Continue" button.

You now have a few pages to fill in. The first consists of a few personal details, namely:
You will also need to create a password for your account and agree to the site terms and conditions.
Once done, hit "Sign Up".

The next stage in the process is simply a list of five statements around your marketing and contact preferences. Tick, or leave unticked, based on your preference before hitting "Continue".

You will now be sent a verification code to your declared email address. Enter the four-digit code accordingly.

Note, during our testing the verification email arrived immediately, but it defaulted to our junk box.
Similar to the previous step, you will now need to provide your mobile number. Once done, a text message will be received. This is to enable mobile verification.

The final step of the Meta Betting registration process is to verify your identity. This is not an obligation right now but will be needed in order to deposit funds.
The verification process is pretty straightforward, but is also covered in its own dedicated section on this page.
Once complete, your Meta Betting account is good to go.
