Karamba is owned by Karamba Limited and partnered with White Hat Gaming, which predominantly operates casino sites. However, the blue-green themed brand also includes a sportsbook, giving it a slight edge over its sisters.
In this review, we put the site to the test by signing up, verifying our account, depositing real money, placing bets and withdrawing funds. All to give you a full, honest look at what it's really like to bet at Karamba, and whether it competes with other options on the market.

Karamba is not among the biggest UK bookmakers, nor does it seem like it will be one of them in the future, since some pretty drastic changes would be required.
As one would expect from a White Hat Gaming partner, the site features a pretty nice casino section, with a lot of popular games available. Unlike most of its sisters, however, it also features a sportsbook that is provided by Altenar (similar to Dream Vegas, one of its sisters).
That said, compared to options outside of White Hat, Karamba really does not hold up well. The casino library isn't mind-blowing by any means, and the same can be said for the sports market depth, but at least the withdrawal times were rather quick in our test.
We also could not find any app to download when we did our tests, and this is a huge downside as most punters and casino players prefer that solution these days. The mobile version of the website does the trick, but it just screams average.

Many will not be familiar with the sites that are partnered with White Hat Gaming, despite it being one of the biggest casino operators in the UK. However, this is where Karamba is a bit interesting, given that it steps away from solely being a casino.
Founded in 2005 by Karamba Limited, the site initially targeted casino players. However, the addition of a sportsbook shows, despite the links to White Hat Gaming, that it is trying to compete and broaden its horizons. Whether it has been done successfully, though, is debatable.
In this review, we take a look at everything you need to know about this bookmaker. By the end, you should be able to make an informed decision about whether to sign up or not.
Given that Karamba is operated under a white-label agreement with White Hat Gaming, it does not hold a license of its own. Instead, it uses the same one as its operator, which is registered under the account number 52894.
With White Hat being a reputable name in itself, there is no reason to worry about its safety or legitimacy. If any more comfort is needed, the site is owned by its own company - Karamba Limited - which helps show it as a reputable operation.
Betting sites, and most definitely casino sites, are rarely rated well. The customer score for Karamba proves this. On Trustpilot, Karamba has a rating of just 1.6 stars out of five, with a 73% 1-star rating record. Is this harsh or just? Well, that is what we want to find out, without emotion or bias.
There has never been any regulatory action taken against Karamba Limited or White Hat Gaming, for that matter, and this is to be expected. Nevertheless, it still deserves to be praised and bodes well for any potential customers.

If you are looking for many sportsbook promotions, unfortunately, you will not find any at Karamba. Instead, the site only targets casino players, but you are hardly missing out in all honesty.
There are just two offers for customers, and the first is a weekly cashback opportunity. Where you will receive 10% of your losses on a Monday on the following day (up to £200). Running concurrently is a 25% boost on your deposits on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Neither is particularly great, but they can still be somewhat appreciated.
There are several deposit methods available to customers at Karamba, which is never a bad thing. This also means that there are a few e-wallets alongside the usual methods, from Neteller to Paysafecard (a previous pre-paid card now turned e-wallet).
With that said, that does come at the cost of a £10 deposit minimum, which is on the higher side compared to the £5 available elsewhere. We have collected everything you need to know about deposits at Karamba below:

Depositing funds into a Karamba account is very easy, but we have put together a step-by-step guide if you need some assistance:
After you have created an account, head to the 'Profile' area, which can be found via the icon in the top right. Then, tap 'Deposit'.
Following this, you will be shown a list of payment methods, and you will need to select your preferred option.
Finally, enter the amount that you would like to deposit, choose a bonus and then enter your payment information. Finally, tap 'Deposit', and you can begin betting!
The list of available withdrawal methods is also quite good, but for money-laundering reasons, the site pushes you to use the same method for deposits and withdrawals. The £10 minimum remains in place on this front too, which again is not terrible but can be improved.
When we conducted our test of the withdrawal process, the money was in our account in just under 3 hours. Not bad at all, not bad. Below, we have collected everything you need to know about the withdrawal methods at Karamba.
| Payment Method | Min Withdrawal | Max Withdrawal | Withdrawal Fee | Withdrawal Time |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Visa | £10 | Not specified | No fee | 2 hours 43 mins in our test |

If you are unfamiliar with the withdrawal process at Karamba, you can follow our step-by-step guide below:
When you are ready to withdraw your funds, simply head to the 'Profile' menu and then tap 'Withdraw'.
Once in the cashier, enter the amount that you would like to withdraw, whilst also checking that you are withdrawing to the right method.

Finally, submit the request to complete the withdrawal and wait for the payment to arrive from Karamba. In our test, which we completed in December 2025, the money arrived in our account 2 hours and 43 minutes later.

Bookmakers must know who is using their sites, which is why the sign-up process asks for so much personal information. It is a process known as Know Your Customer (KYC), and it is done automatically, but there are sometimes issues.
In these situations, you will need to upload any of the following documents to verify yourself:
Failing KYC is not the end of the world, and it can be for simple errors. Most of the time, submitting one of these documents will get your account up and running again pretty quickly.
Karamba's sportsbook is certainly of interest, given that it is rare for a White Hat Gaming partner to provide this. Nevertheless, just because it is offered does not mean it should be tried for that reason.
With more than 30 sports offered, there is a lot to applaud from the outset, more so because there are e-sports and special markets. The site gives the option to bet on the classic competitive games like DOTA 2, Counterstrike and Rainbow Six Siege, among others.
Furthermore, the betting margins of just over 6% on average must be applauded. Casino sites typically have quite high betting margins, so it is nice to see that Karamba is more competitive than its rivals.
Heading into the sports themselves, football will be the main calling point for most, and it does not disappoint. With fixtures from Europe, the Americas, Africa and Asia, you will struggle to find a league not offered.
When it comes to elite leagues, the markets are really strong, with a nice range of different options in each game. However, there are some notable omissions, like shots and fouls, amongst others that the best football betting sites have.
As a result, this means that you may struggle when making a bet builder; something to keep in mind.
A more glaring issue with the site, though, is the fact that there are no racing markets. Horse and greyhound racing are two of the biggest punting sports in the UK, and the lack of them at Karamba is felt instantly.
We hope to see them added in the future, but if they are not, it is a struggle to see Karamba competing with any option, let alone the top names.
Given its roots, the casino is where you would really expect Karamba to stand out, and it does boast a strong library of games.
In fact, there are 4000 different options to choose from, and there are several providers on offer, from Hacksaw Gaming to Pragmatic Play. As a result, there is a wide range of choices, and it is not a pigeonhole of one brand.
So, you can easily play rare releases like 'Drop 'EM' or the common choices for UK players like 'Big Bass Splash.
Of course, this process is made easier by the ability to search for the games themselves or filter by the providers. It is clear that players come first in this department, definitely.
As for the 'Live Casino', things are equally as positive, even if there are not as many options.
Between baccarat, blackjack, roulette and poker, there are around 50 different lobbies active at one time, whilst there are also several 'Gameshows' offered at once too. In other words, you will have no issues finding a game for you.
Unfortunately, as of December 2025, there is no mobile app for Karamba. However, it is not really a surprise.
Several White Hat Gaming sites lack a mobile app, but since the website is accessible from your phone or tablet, there is little reason to prioritise an app. Of course, it would help, but it is not the be-all and end-all.
If mobile betting is essential to you, it may be worth considering one of the UK's other betting sites that have a mobile app available.
Bookmakers must support punters to bet safely, and that means that certain measures have to be taken. So, there are a number of tools put into place to ensure that you gamble safely from the off, as well as being able to take action if needed:
Deposit limits and reality checks are enforced from the outset, so these are essential to using the site. However, if you wish to take more serious actions, you can time yourself out or exclude yourself from Karamba.
Additionally, charities like GamStop and BeGambleAware are listed in the bottom banner, so you can contact them for additional help.
There are two ways to contact Karamba, but you may not need to take that step straight away. An FAQ section is available, and it is fairly in-depth, we must say. There are a number of different categories, as well as a search bar to make finding answers easier.
Alternatively, you can enter the on-site live chat to get help with your problem. This option is open 24/7, so you will be supported at whatever time you need. Then, there is the standard email option as well.
A really strong set of options, and below, we have collected everything you need to know about the customer support at Karamba:
| Chat | Yes |
|---|---|
| [email protected] | |
| Phone | 02033189367 |
| Opening hours | 7 Days a week, 24/7 |
If you are looking to sign up on Karamba, you can follow our step-by-step guide on how to do so below:
You can also use our link at the top of this page, or the banner at the top, which will bring you straight to the welcome offer and the registration form.
The first step is to enter the details for your account. So, you will be asked to provide an email, as well as creating a Username and Password.
Next is the personal details part, and here you will need to fill out the boxes with things like your name, your address and your date of birth - this is the Know Your Customer process, so it is essential.
Finally, you will need to accept the terms and conditions, as well as confirm any marketing preferences. Then, you can begin betting.
