Dream Vegas is one of numerous brand names that are owned and operated by White Hat Gaming Limited (UKGC: 52894).
The white-label solution operates across both the sports betting and casino space but does so with a brand name that makes it difficult to standout from the crowd, with many operators choosing to utilise with some nod to "Vegas".
Our Dream Vegas review will assess every aspect of the site from sign-up through to withdrawal, with the intention of unpicking the areas that will help it make a lasting impression - be that in a good or bad way.

As white-label solutions go, Dream Vegas provides quite a strong offering. The name implies a heavily-tilted casino weighting might await but that isn't the case.
Sure, the casino is good with thousands of games from a vast number of providers but the sportsbook, which is a new launch, is surprisingly well put together.
You have an extensive choice of sports to bet on, good market depth within them and betting margins of 6.90%, which are competitive with most brands operating in the same space.
The customer service as an all round support more than holds its own courtesy of a 24/7 live chat, and responsible gambling tools are above average too.
The only downside there is that Dream Vegas does not highlight those tools in the right way, which would be an easy change.
With the site also available via mobile app, the only notable negative comes from the payment options.
Punters have plenty of choice, but £20 as a minimum deposit is "toppy" and will be a barrier to some who just want to test the water of a new bookie.
The withdrawal process was simple though and a seven-hour turnaround for funds arriving is far from atrocious.
Despite a 2018 launch date, Dream Vegas is far from a household name and with a generic feeling name, we're not sure it will ever establish itself as one either. What it is, however, is a brand name backed by a widely recognised company, White Hat Gaming (UKGC: 52894).
In total, White Hat Gaming operates 44 different domains across sports and casino betting, with brand names like 21 Prive, 247Bet and Hopa all falling under their umbrella.
With a decent experience in its rear-view mirror, numerous sister sites to learn from and the strength of a well-established company pulling the strings, it is fair to say Dream Vegas has a chance of continuing to grow its market share, especially now it has a new sportsbook to offer.
Dream Vegas might not be an instantly recognisable brand name but it has an established customer base and boasts several years experience to boot.
Throw in its affiliation to White Hat Gaming Limited and it is very much considered to be a safe and trusted brand with which to bet.
Dream Vegas currently has a Trustpilot rating of just 1.7 out of five, with a reasonable sample size of reviews too. All told, there have been 399 reviews. 77% of those have awarded one-star.
The next biggest mix percentage is 13%, which sits against five-star reviews, with two, three and four star reviews account for a combined 10% of reviews.
On the surface, that does not make great reading. Bookmaker reviews do need a pinch of salt though. Trusted brands like Bet365, which is probably one of the best bookies in the market, only has a rating of 1.3 out of five.
The bigger area of concern for us is that Dream Vegas have not replied to any of the negative reviews. It might not be the case but, it presents an image of not caring about what customers say.
Unfortunately, yes. Dream Vegas was cited as a website involved in failures relating to its "social responsibility and the prevention of money laundering". Alongside three other White Hat Gaming domains, the overall case led to a fine of £1.3m.
This was confirmed in late 2020.
The Dream Vegas deposit options have both good and bad aspects to them. The array of payment methods available to users are solid with a strong mix of both traditional and modern methods.
It is not all glowing positives though. A minimum deposit amount of £20 is steep. The vast majority of bookies will let you get up and running for half of what Dream Vegas do - or less. For clarity, there are bookies out there that accept deposits from as little as £1.

In order to actually bet at Dream Vegas you will need to deposit funds to your account. Thankfully, the Dream Vegas deposit process is simple one. Our step-by-step instructions guide you through it:
Once logged into your Dream Vegas account, an enormous orange "Deposit" button will be visible in the bottom left corner of the screen. Click it.
You will now be presented with a range of payment options from which to pick; the layout of these can be changed using the two green icons positioned in the top right corner of the screen.
From the list or grid, choose your preferred payment method by clicking on it.
Our test deposit will be made via Visa.
You will see a blank box prefixed by your chosen currency sign, for most that will be a "£" sign.
You can either directly key in your desired deposit amount or, alternatively, use one of the three green quick-key options positioned above the box.
After inputting your amount, your screen will change slightly. A "Select Your Bonus" option will appear. You can add a bonus here, however, for our test deposit we are going to proceed without a bonus.
On the same screen, you will need to enter your payment information. Once done, verify that you are happy with the terms of your deposit, utilising the tick box, and then hit the green "Deposit" box at the bottom of the page.
Your withdrawal methods are limited by the methods you use to deposit, which is standard practice. Really though, that is where the standard practice ends.
Being critical, you can get to the deposit screen at Dream Vegas in one click of the most prominent button on the entire site but the withdrawal screen is four steps away. That's not great from a usability perspective.
We did also have a couple of red flags go up at the suggestion that all withdrawals would be manually checked with a guideline of this taking "up to three days". However, we were pleasantly surprised during our withdrawal test with a turnaround time of seven hours, 13 minutes.

If things go to plan with your bets, you will reach a stage when you want to withdraw funds from your account. The Dream Vegas withdrawal process is set out step-by-step below:
When initiating a withdrawal request from Dream Vegas, your first step is to open your account section; this is the head and shoulder icon that is found in the bottom right corner.
This will bring up a new screen showing your account balance and four different options, one of which is called "My Account".
Click it.
You will see a vertical menu down the left hand side of your screen. Locate the section named "Withdraw" and select it.
On clicking the "Withdraw" button from the previous step, the withdrawal page should open. The default screen fit isn't the best though and you might need to collapse the left hand menu so it shows icons only.
Once done, the withdrawal screen will now be easy to view. Enter your password, key in your "Amount" to withdraw and select your desired payment method. The latter will be limited to your previously used methods.
Once you are happy with the details you have input, hit the "Submit" button.
You will be asked to confirm you desire to withdraw, click continue. Now it is a waiting game for your funds to be returned.
Just because Dream Vegas is heavily branded towards the casino customer, it doesn't mean the sportsbook has been neglected. The new offering boasts a really decent offering.
From a coverage standpoint, sports are spread across more than 40 different categories, including eSports, which is a really good array of options. Included in those sports are common ones like football and horse racing, but also much more niche sports like kabaddi and beach volleyball.
Navigation around the sportsbook is good too. Menu options are clearly displayed, buttons are responsive and switching between sports and specific competitions within those sports is simple too.
There is also a strong search functionality, which allows you to find specific events easily and, when in an event, the market and odds display can be customised through toggles and drop downs, which is a nice touch. It all makes for an intuitive user experience.
It is also worth commenting on the betting margins. Our tests put the margins at 6.90%, with very little variance seen across our review. Those margins are largely unnoteworthy, nowhere near market leading, but nowhere close to the worst you'll see either.
The football coverage is a critical area of any sportsbook. Dream Vegas provide betting opportunities from around 75 different countries, including some obscure ones.
It's not just a case of picking the top leagues from the larger nations either. Take Peru, for example, not only is the top tier available, but there is also coverage of the second tier and women's league. That gives you great reach.
Of course, top leagues are available to play on too. It is there where we can highlight the market depth available to punters. A Premier League fixture boasts around 200 markets, which will more than cover most bets the average punter wants to place.
Alongside those markets, there is also the option for betbuilder wagers and in-play betting. The latter, in-play football, is also accompanied by an impressive pool of live betting displays. You can't stream the matches, but there are a number of stat pages available in the fixtures. It's pretty good.
Let's get straight to it. You cannot stream football matches at Dream Vegas. You can, however, stream some horse racing - and other sports. That is a real plus point.
They keep on coming with the horse racing coverage. Dream Vegas covers race meets from every corner of the world with UK & Ireland dominating, but not without a helping hand from the likes of Spain, Mexico and USA that also have race meets covered. At the time of our review, there are 125 races live on the site to wager on.
On the downside, it does not offer Best Odds Guaranteed. Until it does that, it will probably struggle to be seen as a "go to" option for horse racing heavy punters.
We're mainly focused on the Dream Vegas sportsbook here, however, with a name that includes The Gambling City of the World, we have to at least touch on the casino. It's a positive for the site as well.
At the time of writing, you will find 4,687 games to play on that span across 15 different categories, including a live casino.
With those games provided by over 100 different software companies, there is something to interest every punter. Expect to find recognisable game names, like PlaynGo's "Rise of Olympus" and "Miami Mayhem" from Hacksaw Gaming.
Combine that wealth of gaming options with a decent search & filtering tool and a slick user navigation experience, and the casino measures up pretty well to most operators.
Despite bettors craving a mobile app to bet on these days, there are still an awful lot of punters that do not bother with launching one. Dream Vegas have though, which is unquestionably a positive that is available to both Android and iOS users.
The actual usability of the app and what is available to customers from a pure betting perspective don't really change. The site is mobile friendly after all. What it does enable though is push notifications and quicker access to your account.
With no cost attached to the app and a marginally improved all-round user experience, why wouldn't you download it?
Dream Vegas has failed customers in the responsible gambling area previously, so it is natural that punters might ask what the site offers now to assist those who need it. In truth, it isn't great.
There is no responsible gambling option immediately available in your "Account" area and it is the last section in the main menu, which means you have to scroll to find it when opening the burger menu.
Once the "Play Responsibly" page is open, it is text heavy. Don't get us wrong, the information is all there with questions that aim to flag that you might be at risk of a problem, external resource and internal tools but the presentation of it is really poor.
It is a shame because the available tools are actually pretty decent too. They include:
It's just a shame that to utilise them you have to locate the "click here" references buried amongst paragraphs of text.
There is a question mark over how much Dream Vegas care about their customers, which our comments around their Trustpilot rating a blatant nod in that direction.
Despite that, it provides a host of on-site customer support functions, while also allowing customers to contact its team through email and, importantly, live chat.
The on-site resources comes in the shape of an extensive and well categorised FAQ. As for the live chat, we tested this functionality too.
We engaged in a conversation at 18:10 BST on a Sunday and were instantly connected to a human on the other side. Our line of questioning was straightforward, but to the assistant's credit, they replied without missing a beat and, critically, answered our questions in a clear and polite manner.
The live chat is available 24 hours per day, 365 days a year.
