The BetTom sportsbook offer is pretty decent, with a free bet of up to £25 available to you, plus the addition of 10 free spins in the casino.
As alluded to already, the bonus is not structured in the same way as a lot of more common sign-up promos. Whilst many opt for a deposit match approach, BetTom award your free bet based on how much you lose during your first day of opening an account.
Now, to be clear, this relates to the calendar day in which you sign up, not a 24-hour period, and your bets have to have settled on the day in question. With that in mind, be mindful of the day you choose to sign up.
Then there is the underlying structure of the welcome bonus. You have to have placed at least three £10+ bets with odds greater than 1/1 (2.00) to qualify for the free bet to be triggered. The free bet is then paid at a rate of 50% of your losses.

There are also some differences in what qualification looks like. You have to place at least five rounds, with four of them meeting at least 50% of your highest wager.
