Launching in 2025, BestOdds is one of the latest bookmakers to have partnered with the recognised Playbook Gaming platform, which many may already be familiar with.
In this review, we put the site to the test by signing up, verifying our account, depositing real money, placing bets and withdrawing funds. All to give you a full, honest look at what it's really like to play at BestOdds, and whether it competes with other options on the market.

BestOdds is one of the more impressive Playbook Gaming-supported bookmakers launched in 2025. Whilst it does not really push the boundaries, it doesn't need to. Often, when it comes to bookmakers, simplicity is key.
The sportsbook, albeit slightly messy in places, is really solid and offers an enjoyable experience for punters, with good enough odds too. Furthermore, the same can be said for the casino, with neither side feeling more important than the other.
Taking the speed of the withdrawal process into account as well, 50 minutes in our test, there is a lot to like. All in all, BestOdds is a solid betting option.

About BestOdds
Playbook Gaming's interface provides one of the more recognisable sportsbooks in the game, and BestOdds is the latest brand to take advantage of this. So, despite it being launched in late 2025, it does not look brand new.
Instead, to many, it will look and feel like a well-established bookmaker, which certainly helps get things started. If you have already used a site partnered with Playbook, such as AK Bets or BetWright, you will feel right at home.
However, if this is your first time using the platform, you will also be welcomed with an easy-to-navigate interface, as well as some good welcome offers for a new betting site. In other words, you won't feel out of place.
Looks only tell us one thing, though, so in this review, we will take a look at everything that BestOdds has to offer. We will also highlight the pros and cons, so that you can make an informed decision about whether to sign up or not.
Is BestOdds Legit and Safe?

At the time of writing, BestOdds only has a few reviews. So, it is unfair to give a rating just yet. That being said, the two reviews on Trustpilot so far are not positive. In fact, both have complaints about the site and give it one star.

With it being a new bookmaker, we would hope neither BestOdds nor Razorbill Links Limited would have any regulatory actions against them, and this is indeed the case. Nothing to report here, which is only a positive. Another tick in the box for legitimacy and safety.
BestOdds Welcome Offer
With Playbook Gaming's interface offering a really solid sportsbook and casino area, it makes sense that there are two sign-up offers with bonus codes for any potential new customers, one targeting each type of player.
For sports punters, there is an interesting offer which requires you to deposit and stake £20 at Evens or better. Regardless of what happens, though, you will be given five £5 free bets in return, totalling £25.
With the casino, the offer is largely the same. Players must deposit and stake £20 on one of the selected Pragmatic Play games available. Following that, they will be given 50 free spins per day for five days. Again, coming in at a value of £25.
New bookmaker or not, this is one of the best combinations of offers that we have seen on the market. A lot to like, indeed.
BestOdds Deposit Methods
One of the drawbacks of trying a new bookmaker is often the lack of payment methods, and this remains the case for BestOdds. However, there can be a debate about whether it is a limited amount.
Across the board, Playbook Gaming normally offers two payment method options - those being debit cards and instant bank transfer - so this being the case with BestOdds is not a shock, really. Nevertheless, the addition of an e-wallet would be appreciated.
It is also worth mentioning that the site steps away from the £1 minimum normally found on Playbook sites. Whilst it only raises to £5, which is rather standard, it is still a little surprising.

When it comes to withdrawing, the process mirrors the deposit steps. So, again, we need to head to the 'Profile' area and then tap the 'Withdraw' option to enter the cashier.

How to Verify an Account at BestOdds
Bookmakers aim to verify you and your account immediately, via an electronic process. However, this is sometimes not possible, and due to KYC (Know Your Customer) regulations, they may ask for one of the following forms of identification:

BestOdds Sportsbook Review
There is quite a basic range of sports at BestOdds, but this is by no means a bad thing. In fact, the most popular sports can all be found, whilst less popular betting sports like cycling and baseball can also be found.
The Playbook Gaming-backed bookmaker also offers a TV and Specials odds section, so there is more to the site than just sports. In the modern day of betting, though, this is a must.
Despite its name, the site does not actually offer the best odds on the market. However, betting margins of 6.09% are certainly strong, indeed. Given that the site with the lowest betting margins is supported by an exchange, these independent margins are really solid.
⚽ Football Offering
Looking at a Premier League game, BestOdds offers a fantastic range of different selections. In fact, there are more than 150 different markets available to be used, in singles or in a bet builder, which rivals some of the best bookmakers.
The area, perhaps, could be a little more organised, with different areas brought into sections rather than individual selections. Nevertheless, we cannot critique this area too much, as it is really solid.
Compared to the best football bookmakers, is it a leading option? At this moment, no. However, the foundations are solid, and with a bit more organisation, it certainly could reach a better level!
🏇 Horse Racing Offering
We have often seen new bookmakers fail to offer a strong horse racing section on launch. However, this is not the case. Instead, BestOdds offer access to betting on races in the UK, Ireland and even international fixtures.
With that said, the markets are limited to Win, Each-Way, and Forecasts. So, this could certainly be improved a little. Nevertheless, the fact that a history of different prices can be seen is positive, and the antepost markets are also quite strong.
The cherry on top is the fact that punters can watch races in the UK and Ireland as they happen, thanks to live streaming being available.
🕹️ Esports, Specials and More
Unfortunately, BestOdds does not offer any esports markets at this point, which is really disappointing. Elsewhere, the special markets could also be a little broader, with only one market open at the time of writing.
BestOdds Casino Review
As briefly mentioned already, Playbook Gaming's casino areas are normally quite solid, and this is the case again on BestOdds, even if the name might not seem like it appeals to casino players.
An impressive library is available, so customers will be able to find the most popular games on the market. These include 'Big Bass Splash' and 'Gates of Olympus', as well as lesser-known options like 'Starlight Princess' and '5 Wild Wolves'.
Whilst there are a lot of games from popular studio 'Pragmatic Play', lesser-known studios like 'Trigger Button' and 'Four Leaf Gaming' can be found on the site, thanks to the 'Select Studio' feature.
Navigation is made easy thanks to the different sections available, as well as a search bar, and the option to find studios directly.
Looking at the 'Live Casino' area, things continue on the same path, meaning you will continue to be impressed. Offering popular table games like roulette and blackjack, the site also hosts several live 'Asian Games', as well as game shows like 'Mega Wheel'.
In other words, there is something for everyone, and it is difficult not to be impressed.
BestOdds Mobile App
Unfortunately, the only way to access BestOdds on a mobile device currently is via an internet browser like Safari or Chrome. A mobile application would be nice, of course. However, the site runs well when tested on our devices. So, there is no real need for an app, not yet anyway.
BestOdds Responsible Gambling
Betting responsibly is a message being enforced by bookmakers, and it cannot just be a message. So, the UKGC requires certain tools to be implemented on sites to help make players safer. BestOdds, then, offers several different tools as you would expect:
- Deposit/Loss limits (daily, weekly and monthly)

Deposit limits and reality checks are part of the sign-up process, and you cannot skip this section. Instead, you must set your limits from the start, which is a nice step, given that many offer the option to skip this.

The customer support on BestOdds is really poor, we must say. Unfortunately, this is a regular occurrence with the Playbook Gaming platform, though.
Whilst the FAQ area is found in the side menu of the site, it is not really a 'section' of the site. Instead, it is a box of text with seven questions/answers. This is miles behind what is expected.
Then, there is the lack of a live chat on the site. Instead, to contact the site, customers are pushed to social media or the email address, which wasn't super easy to locate on the site (by the way).
It is an area which needs looking at quickly if the site is to become successful.
