Having only entered the UK market in 2024, 7Bet is very much in its early stages. The white-label domain though does have a more experienced hand guiding their growth into these shores with Anakatech Interactive Limited, who are registered regulated by the UK Gambling Commission under licence 48789. Our 7Bet review will leave no stone unturned.

As a white-label offering, we are seriously impressed with lots of what we have seen during our 7Bet review. In fact, we think it is a site that has the potential to really mix it up with some of the bigger names in the business if it can turn a couple of areas away from being negatives.
Those areas of question, which we do touch on in more detail, include withdrawal speeds, deposit amounts and the mobile app. Don’t be deterred by that though; there is a lot more to celebrate here.
A strong sportsbook is worth shining a spotlight on with betting margins of an impressive 5.24% alongside a vast offering of sports and markets within each event whilst the casino side of the business makes over 1,000 games available to punters.
Even with all of that, there is still time to highlight a customer support approach that is more than half decent as well so, all in all, it’s a job well done for 7Bet…but with room to become even better.
7Bet might be the front-facing brand name that launched in early 2024 but it is not an inexperienced operation.
Anakatech, trading as Anakatech Limited (UKGC Licence: 48788) to provide software services and Anakatech Interactive Limited (UKGC Licence: 48789).
The latter is the company that operates the 7Bet.co.uk domain with the companies registered in the British Virgin Islands and Malta respectively.
Anakatech, who have their head office in Sofia, Bulgaria, were formed in 2012 with their core business being software development for the iGaming market.
Now, more than a decade on, they serve brand names Lucky Mate, Winomania, BetNero and, of course, 7Bet with their first steps into the UK taken back in 2017.
As for the specifics of 7Bet, they were founded in 2020 with their first four years of operation focused on the Lithuanian market.
7Bet has been in operation for four years after first launching in Lithuania. The brand expanded into the UK in early 2024 and are licensed to trade under the UK Gambling Commission owing to their owner Anakatech Interactive Limited; they are incorporated under Maltese laws and are licenced to the UKGC under 48789.
It is also worth noting UKGC licence holder Anakatech Limited (UKGC 48788); they are incorporated under British Virgin Islands law and support 7Bet with gambling software and web facilities.
The association between 7Bet and Anakatech should be seen as a positive with the latter having a more established track record in the iGaming space.
2.3 out of five might be dubbed “poor” by the Trustpilot website but context is everything. Bookmakers are hard pressed to get a positive review and, as is fairly common across the board, the noisiest people are those with negative views. With that in mind, it’s worth considering that much more established betting brands, such as Bet365, rank on Trustpilot at a lowly 1.3 out of five.
Admittedly, the review count for 7Bet isn’t massive with 143 reviews listed at the time of writing. 25% of those have awarded five stars with 67% falling on a one star rating. The most common theme amongst those negative reviews focus on the withdrawal times and, by association, the identification process.
7Bet have only been in operation since early last year so it won’t be a major surprise to learn they’ve had no actions taken against them by the UK Gambling Commission.
We are also able to confirm that the two Anakatech companies, which have a more establish trade under UKGC conditions, have never received action either.
You cannot knock anything 7Bet are doing in the deposit space, or at least not where the range of payment methods available is concerned.
There is a real variety of options available to bettors with something for everyone. Card payments, Apple and Google Pay, various e-Wallets along with Neosurf and Paysafecards as well.
Each of these methods has the same limits regarding minimum deposit (£10) and maximum deposit (£5,000), which helps to keep things easy. The only negative is that there are plenty of operators out there that will allow punters to deposit a lower amount.

If you have decided to give 7Bet a crack then you will want to know how to deposit funds. A step-by-step guide is detailed below:
Firstly, you will have to be signed into your 7bet account. From there, head to the grey header bar that runs across the top of your screen and click on the downward arrow icon located alongside your account balance; this will be next to the account icon in the top right corner.
This brings up a pop-up square; click the green "Deposit" button.
You will be redirected to a screen containing three different sections, ‘Deposit’, ‘Withdrawal’ and ‘Transactions’. Ensure you are in the ‘Deposit’ section; the relevant icon will show green as opposed to grey like those not selected.
From here, choose your desired deposit method.
When clicking on your chosen deposit method, you will progress into a payment screen. First, choose the amount you wish to deposit; this can be done with the quick reference buttons or by selecting the ‘Other’ option where you can then input your preferred amount.
It’s worth noting that 7Bet defaults your view to a £50 deposit whilst the lowest quick deposit option is £20. That is more than the minimum deposit amount of £10.
After setting your desired deposit, enter your payment information, tick the box to agree to 7Bet terms and hit ‘Deposit’.
The withdrawal methods at 7Bet are plentiful with card, wire transfer, Skrill and Neteller all options available to us in our test after a Visa deposit.
All withdrawal methods come with a £10 minimum but, importantly, no maximum attached to them. Then there is the matter of timescale, which is arguably one of the biggest drawbacks of its offering; the official party line is up to 10 days for withdrawals.
Payment Method | Min. Limit | Processing Time |
---|---|---|
![]() Visa | £10 | 10 days |
![]() Mastercard | £10 | 10 days |

The 7Bet withdrawal process is explained step-by-step below:
Assuming you are already logged into your 7Bet account, navigate to your account section by clicking on the ‘head and shoulders’ icon in the top right corner of your screen.
Once here, select ‘Withdrawal’ from the menu.
You will now see the withdrawal options available to you, all of which have a minimum withdrawal amount of £10. Click on your preferred method.
In a very simplified screen, enter your withdrawal amount and hit the green ‘Withdraw’ button at the bottom.
You will see a screen that states ‘Request submitted successfully’ accompanied by a white tick in a green circle; this means your withdrawal is submitted.
The sports offering at 7Bet is excellent – not perfect – but very impressive nonetheless. Firstly, you’ve got over 30 sports to choose from with the big sports like Football, Horse Racing and Basketball, where 7Bet have several sponsorships with European leagues and teams, all the way through to more obscure sports like Futsal and Curling. Beyond that, it also offers ‘Specials’ and various e-Sports.
We’ll touch on some of those sports in more detail shortly but, before we do that, it is worth shouting the betting margins from the rooftops too. At 5.24% across our testing, they are really good.
As for the sports on offer, football is the headline. It offers coverage across competitions around the world with the elite level matches, like the Premier League, having in the region of 150-200 different betting markets under each event.
A lot of these markets can be pooled together for larger potential returns in a betbuilder too, although we are not big fans of the way the betbuilder presents as you have to add each selection to see what the odds on offer are; that could be tweaked to make the user experience better.
We have called out the fact 7Bet’s sports offering is not perfect. A big part of that is down to the fact they don’t offer best odds guaranteed on their UK & Ireland horse racing meets.
Other than that, the horse racing coverage is solid, but maybe not enough to compete with the best. There are events captured from around the globe and some of those can be live streamed too; for example, events in Panama and Mexico are available as live streams as we write this very text.
General navigation around the sportsbook is easy enough too courtesy of clean icons, structured menus and hide/show options and an overarching search bar.

Betting Margins | 5.24% |

The 7Bet casino is split across three different elements of the site albeit most people would really consider it a two-tiered approach with a split between the live casino and live game shows not particularly common practice.
Those two components, together with a standard online casino operation, give you the three prongs we just touched on. All in all, the offering from 7Bet is good.
Across the casino offering as a whole, there are 1,243 games available for punters to play on with no fewer than 25 providers propping those games up. The biggest share of those games belongs to Pragmatic Play; they support 139 games plus an additional 33 under their ‘live’ umbrella.
With such an array of games, including well-known titles like NetEnt’s ‘Starburst’, it’s fair to say players will not get bored.
It's not just bog-standard slots either. With a host of table games, such as roulette variations, blackjack, poker and more, available in both the casino and live casino, slots, scratch and win style games and the aforementioned game show entertainment, which includes ‘Monopoly Live’ and ‘Lightning Dice’ from Evolution, there really is something for everyone.
With regards to the casino navigation, it is very easy to manoeuvre around the site. There is a search bar allowing you to jump straight to your favourite games, clean menu icons to browse in specific game types whilst there is also the ability to filter your search options by provider.
On one hand, you can argue that 7Bet does not need a mobile app such is the mobile readiness of their website but failing to have mobile betting apps in 2025 is a bit lazy. Let’s face it, there is a reason a lot of the big players in the online sports betting space offer apps.
Perhaps it will go down the mobile app route in the future but that is not based on anything concrete.
In addition to including a couple of high-level responsible gambling options during the sign up process, 7Bet also provides users with a dedicated Responsible Gambling section, that can be found under the ‘Help’ section of the site.
It is a fairly comprehensive offering too. From a pure tools perspective, the options available to punters are:
What we really like about the approach it takes though is the fact each tool is clearly defined as to what it is and what happens if you choose to apply it to your accounts. Alongside that, questions for bettors to consider are also posed to help those with undiagnosed addictions with external links to expert support services.
The customer service at 7Bet is very good. The main bugbear we hold about it is the fact none of the service sections are immediately accessible from the main menu; instead you have to scroll to the bottom of the page and find the “Help” section. Once accessed though, there is a lot to praise it for.
Firstly, you have a fairly lengthy FAQ section that includes circa 30 questions plus separate sections dedicated to things like responsible gambling, banking and certain game rules; that puts the overall FAQ at a decent size compared to a lot of the smaller operators.
If those Q&A sections don’t address your needs then 7Bet can be contacted via email or through a live chat that operates seven days a week with hours of 06:00 to 23:00 on weekdays and 09:00 to 21:00 on weekends.
The absence of a phone number is a bit of a miss from 7bet but it does have a small presence across social media with accounts on X, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok giving bettors several routes of contact should they be required.

Hit the green ‘Create My Account’ button.
Although you are now officially signed up, you will be presented with the option of depositing funds and verifying your identity at this stage. You can, however, do both of these things at an alternative time.
