Here we are at the end of Baller League game week 3 and we are down to three unbeaten sides and three 100% records as Yanited, Deportrio and MVPs United all sit unblemished from their first trio of matches.
At the other end of the standings, four teams remain winless with John Terry's 26ers the headline side that remain without a victory. They did, however, break their losing start to the campaign on Monday courtesy of a draw with the fellow winless side Round the World.
As for the other notable action, Ian Wright was dominating the headlines. He went full Jose Mourinho down the indoor touchline to celebrate Domingos Pires' last gasp equaliser in an enthralling 5-5 draw against Trebol.
The evolution of the Baller League continues with each passing game week and we're continuing to see some considerable shifts in betting odds. Here are the latest outright Baller League odds and how they have moved from last week.
The wise head of Gary Lineker, aided by Alan Shearer and Micah Richards, continues to guide their Deportrio team through the early stages of this competition with great success.
Deportrio were pre-tournament favourites and remain that after game week three, having won each of the games they have played so far. With their latest price coming in at 5/2, Deportrio's chances are increasing by the week with their 1.9% probability shift putting their actual probability up to just shy of 29% to go all the way.
Angry Ginge could probably make a fuss about the fact his Yanited side are not ahead of Deportrio in the Baller League betting odds as they currently top the table with three wins from three and a goal difference of +9.
It's not all doom and gloom for Yanited though. Their week-on-week price shift from 11/2 down to 3/1 is by far the biggest leap we've seen in probability; that is a 9.4% improvement with the odds on offer second to only Deportrio.
Will they be able to knock Deportrio off that 'favourites' perch by this time next week?
The pricing around Santan's Baller League title chances are perhaps a nod to the unpredictability of this new competition. Last week, we spoke about how they were the big positive movers shortening from 10/1 down to 11/2. One week and one defeat later and it's all change again.
Now, not only has their outright price drifted out to 8/1 but that price change also makes Santan the biggest negative mover where probability is concerned with their position softening from around 15% down to 11%.
MVPs United haven't seen a particularly dramatic change to their outright probability from last week but a steady increase of 1.4%, taking them from 11.1% to 12.5%, sees them become third favourites for the Baller League crown.
That improvement in their chances, together with their opponent for game week 3 - SDS - dropping by 2.4%, is an example of how small the margins in this small-sided game are; MVP ran out 6-4 winners on Monday after going 3-0 up but SDS missed two penalties in as many minutes before MVP netted a fourth just seconds later.
Whether it will prove a sliding doors moment in their hunt for the title remains to be seen.
Rules the World aren't going to win Baller League but they do provide a great example as to the value that exists on this competition from a betting perspective.
They arrived into the contest as a 10/1 shot. Last week, after game week 2, they were out to 11/1. Now, another game week has passed and RTW are still winless and their price has drifted to 20/1.
Looking at the field of odds, that makes them a bit of a no-hoper from where we sit but it probably gives a nod to the fact the bookies are struggling to price the competition as it remains in a relatively infant state.
