Who Were the Winners of Baller League Game Week 11?

Defining the winners and losers of a Baller League game week has never been easier. With the chaotic rules attached to the short-form football, anything could happen over the course of an evening. Ultimately, it was all about locking down a top-four spot, which was still a possibility for multiple teams.

Two of them - Deportrio and Yanited - have looked fairly nailed on from the start of the competition. They managed to get over the line, albeit somewhat limping, whilst MVPs United and SDS FC have joined them in what should be an enthralling final four shootout on June 12th.

Who Are the Favourites to Win Baller League UK?

Here are the latest outright Baller League odds and how they have moved from last week.

  • Deportrio 7/4

Deportrio came into Baller League UK as the outright favourites and, bar for a few weeks, have remained at the forefront of the bookies' odds throughout. It's little surprise they come into the final round of matches still leading the way when you consider they did top the table over the 11 game weeks.

We would offer a word of caution, though. They might have lost only three games throughout the season but two of those defeats came against teams they're up against in the final four. It is also worth noting that they closed out the season with just one win from three games, which could be an indication of form dropping away at just the wrong time.

  • Yanited 2/1

Like Deportrio, Yanited have long been a well-fancied side with the bookmakers and they remain that now with their price having shortened from 12/5 last week. The similarities between the two sides don't end there, though.

Yanited amassed as many points as Deportrio during the regular season and, based purely on the head-to-head record, could consider them fairly hard done by not to rank higher in the betting odds. After all, Yanited beat them 3-0 when they met during the season.

They did, however, lose to MVPs United and could only draw with SDS so their record is far from unblemished where the final four is concerned.

  • SDS FC 7/2

We won't get too smug just yet with there plenty of time to get egg on our faces, but we did shine a light on what good value 25/1 was for SDS to win Baller League outright last week. They might rank behind Deportrio and Yanited in the betting but have seen by far the biggest improvement in probability week-to-week with a whopping 18.4% increase.

It is easy to see why too. Not only have they ended the regular season in good form in respect of results, but they've notably closed the campaign out by smashing Deportrio 8-3 whilst notably avoiding defeat against Yanited during the season as well.

  • MVPs United 15/4

MVPs United might be the least fancied side left in the Baller League but that doesn't mean much. They ended the regular season on a run of five games without defeat, which is arguably a sign they won't be a pushover in the final four. That is further evidenced by their record against the sides they are up against in the playoff format.

During the regular season, they beat both Yanited and SDS. Admittedly, the less said about their 4-0 humbling at the hands of Deportrio the better but in a one-off game, they've shown enough to not be written off.
