LiveScore Bet is one of the new additions to the market, and whilst it is still finding its place, we wanted to test how its mobile apps stack up against the many rivals out there. Mobile betting is still on an upward trend, and LiveScore Bet has looked to expand its horizons after the success of its live football score app.
The brand's reputation is very good and on the App Store, that is for iOS devices, the app has an average rating of 4.4/5 stars. This makes it one of the best sports betting apps on the platform, and the story is the same on the Google Play Store. Indeed, it has an average rating of 4.3/5 there and has over 100k downloads.
Below are links to download the official LiveScore Bet apps for Android and iOS users. Depending on your country, you will either download the LiveScore Bet app straight away, get redirected to the official app stores, or be redirected to the LiveScore Bet website so you can download the official app directly from their site.
Since LiveScore Bet is owned by the LiveScore Group, which also owns Virgin Bet, we presume that most punters are not worried about the safety of the LiveScore Bet app. Nevertheless, for those who are, the bookmaker is licensed and regulated by the Gambling Commission in the UK. This means that it is completely safe to sign up on the site.

One of LiveScore Bet's biggest strengths is the promotions section, and customers will be blown away by the consistent offers available. Indeed, the bookie covers most sports and provides great value with free-to-play games, prizes, odds boosts and free bets available.
Our favourite promotion at LiveScore Bet is called SQUADS. The free-to-play game gives players a chance to win up to £50 per goal scored by selected players during the weekend's football, which is fantastic!
Predict the scores of six fixtures every weekend to be in with a chance of winning LiveScore 6's lucrative £250k jackpot!
Unveil a new player every weekday after 2 pm and win cash every time they score during the Premier League weekend fixtures.
UK sports fans who are yet to join LiveScore Bet and get an account can register using its mobile app. Signing up with LiveScore Bet is a simple process, and new users can claim £30 in free bets as well.
When you have entered the app, tap on the 'Join' option. You will then be asked to provide some personal information to kickstart the process - in this case your email address and then first and last name.
Additionally, you will be asked to confirm your date of birth and accept the T&Cs of LiveScore Bet. Once done, tap the orange 'Continue' button.
Following this, you will be asked to provide some more personal information. Firstly, enter your phone number and then your address - and this is made easier through LiveScore Bet's assisted address finder. After completion, tap the orange 'Continue' button.
The final page of the registration asks you to create a username and password - which must have more than eight characters, a lower and upper case letter as well as a number - for your account.
After this, scroll down and you will be presented with two final things: a deposit limit set-up and also your preferences. Simply choose an amount, and the period it falls into. Then, confirm your communication choices. Following this, tap the orange 'Create Account' button.

The quick and easy steps to add some funds on the LiveScore Bet iOS or Android app are as follows:
Once you have entered the app, and of course logged in, the next step is to head to the 'Profile' area which can be found via the icon in the top right corner. Then, tap the 'Deposit' option shown.
In this area, the first step is to enter your deposit amount. Customers will be provided with some standard amounts, such as £10 and £30, but there is also a box to enter your own amount.
Following this, you will be asked to select a deposit method, and then insert the details of the chosen method - as standard, we chose to deposit with a debit card in our test.
Finally, tap the orange 'Deposit' button shown at the bottom of the screen and the process will be complete. You will be shown a confirmation screen when completed, and the money will be instantly added to your account.
The straightforward steps to withdrawal out of the LiveScore Bet iOS or Android app are as follows:
Once you have signed in to your account, you must head to the app's 'Profile' menu, which can be found via the icon in the top right corner of the screen.
After selecting the 'Withdraw' option, the next step is to decide how much you would like to withdraw. We decided to withdraw the minimum amount of £5 in our test.
Because payments must be completed using the same payment method you last deposited with, the only thing to do next is to complete the withdrawal. Then you just have to wait for the money, which in our case took 30 minutes.
LiveScore knows how to build brands gradually and seeing where the betting venture currently stands, the owners will be very pleased. Although the bookie was founded in late 2020, it is already considered as one of the better options on the market, and for good reason.
Whilst other competitors may be able to offer a 'better' streaming service for live sports, LiveScore still provides a very good streaming area, allowing customers to watch some of the best sports as they happen.
For example, a lot of the best horse racing fixtures are provided, and for an app that focuses primarily on football, this is nice to see. Additionally, the streaming choices allow more accurate in-play selections, which can never be frowned upon in our eyes.
Browsing the in-play markets is very easy to do, and there must be credit given for this. When on the home screen, the 'In-play' area is highlighted for customers to find easily and there is a wide range of markets available.
The wide variety of options, as expected, extends to pre-match betting as well. Customers can easily find selections for the Premier League, or for 'lesser-known' leagues. Of course, the range of different markets available on Premier League fixtures is more comprehensive, but there is still a nice selection elsewhere as well.
A big thing that users will look for is a 'bet builder' feature, and as expected, LiveScore provides this. The interface is really nice, and quite unique when it comes to making selections, so we have to give them marks for authenticity there.
When it comes to promotions, there is a lot to praise as well. Not only are there some really good free bets available consistently, but there are often selected fixtures that allow customers to get their money back - for example, bet and get if your horse loses.
We also have to praise the free-to-play options, and these are headlined by the 'Squads' promotion, which gives customers a chance to win up to £50 per goal scored by their revealed players. This is astounding for a daily free-to-play game.
LiveScore Bet's overall rating is high, above all thanks to the partnership with Kambi, but it is also clear that the betting margins could be improved. We found that they were around 10% on average in our test, which is really too high as the best bookies tend to be around 5-6%.
It would be understandable if the LiveScore Bet app did not have the best casino options on the market, and whilst it is by no means the best casino/sports app, there is nothing to complain about from our end.
In fact, we'd go as far as praising it. There are some really nice games available, such as 2 Wild 2 Die, which is very difficult to find. Of course, the more 'standard' games and slots are also available by the bookie.
Additionally, there is a nice range of card games offered on the app, which again, deserves praise. By no means is it the go-to casino app, but for an app that is sports-branded, the efforts should be commended, definitely.
It is, unfortunately, possible that customers may need support when using LiveScore Bet. Thankfully, the app makes getting the help you need very easy.
From the home screen, tap the 'Profile' icon in the top left corner of the screen, and from the available menu, select the 'Help & Info' option to enter the customer support area. A menu will then be displayed with several different options.
Most of the time it is recommended that you start with the FAQ section, or even the rules area, to check if your qualm has previously been solved. However, if you need to speak to customer support, this is very easy to do.
Simply tap the 'Contact us' option, and email LiveScore Bet at [email protected] or use the on-screen chat option. It will connect you to a chatbot initially, but you can ask to speak to an advisor if you would prefer.
I strongly believe that LiveScore Bet has all the marks to become one of the best betting apps in the UK. Indeed, it just seems to be a case of marketing now. As a user of the app in recent years, there has been consistent growth, and there must be praise given forthis regular improvement.
The promotions on offer are great, the sportsbook is very nice, and even the casino area is full enough to be worth using, so it gets high marks from us. Above all, though, the usability is great and this is all that you ask from an app most of the time.
